 Here is My Villain Review of Ikaris

Now I'm going to discuss Icarus the main villain In 2021 Eternals and I'm going to mention why I still think he is one of the best MCU twist villains and one of the most underrated villains in the MCU overall. 

Origin- Now Ikaris´s origin is very interesting because he was Created by the Celestial name Arishem The Judge and he has tasks along with the rest of the eternals as a synthetic life form to take down the deviance and to be perfectly like the film does a brilliant job of giving Ikaris a very interesting and powerful origin. 

Motivation- Now Ikaris´s motivations are very interesting because at first he wants to take down the deviances. But in reality he wants to kill Ajax and prevent her from stopping Tiamut ´ s Emerge in the name of Arstem The Judge. I still think I could say motivations make sense because in headlines he thinks he's doing the right thing he is wanting to restore balance to the universe to impress Arstem The Judge but he is actually doing it in a very horrific and dangerous way I think the film handles his motivations extremely well because again he thinks he's doing the right thing but he's doing the wrong thing. 

Best Scenes- Now Ikaris has a lot of Incredible moments but if I had to pick my absolute favorite it'll be the same way he turns against the eternals and becomes bad and not only was it really shocking but it makes sense because at first you don't believe that Ikaris is bad but the film handles his villain transformation really well and the twist reveal that he wants to kill Rest of the Eternals to impress  it is probably the most shocking villain twist of In the MCU. And that is all thanks to Richard Madden's tremendous performance. 

Evil Deeds- Now Ikaris has done a lot of bad things such as he tried to kill his entire team of eternals to impress Arstem The Judge He also psychologically abuses a jack by staying that he should have been the one that was the leader of the eternals and tries to kill her and yes the stuff Ikaris does is very bad but at the same time you do understand why he's doing the thing that he does he thinks that he is doing the right thing by restoring balance to the universe but he's just going about it the wrong way and I think the film does a wonderful job of making him evil but understandable at the same time. 

Conclusion- Ikaris is probably the most underrated MCU villain because his motivations are very Interesting because he wants but at the same time you understand where he's coming from you want to restore balance to the universe but just do it in a horrific endangered way. The path he goes down is so unpredictable that you don't even know that he is the villain because the whole time the film makes you think he is the hero of the movie. But In reality he has his own evil agenda going on in the film and handles his villain turn extremely well. Also the performance that Richard Madden gives is probably one of the most underrated MCU villain performances. I'm going to give Ikaris a 10/10.
