Here is My Movie Review of Tramps
Now the storyline in this movie is incredible because you have this guy named Danny who has been jail and he need to Get the money so you can get out of jail and commit this girl named Ellie but they accidentally get the wrong bag and the two have to get the right back back before things get ate any worse and all on the way they start to bond and they start to open up about why they want to make their lives better for one another and that's essentially what happens in the film. I think the storyline this movie is up there with the storyline in the fundamentals of caring and what the best storylines of any Netflix film.
Now the acting in this movie is incredible I think all the actors do a terrific job with their performances because you can tell that they give Captivating and terrific performances and it manually focuses around two characters and you can just tell that both of these actors are having a lot of fun as these characters and I think the acting this movie is probably up there with the acting in The Fundamentals of Caring with Paul Rudd and one of the best acted Netflix films.
Callum Turner plays Danny in the film and his performance is tremendous because he gives a really incredible and captivating performance as this character. Now the character of Danny is really incredible because basically he wants to get the money back so he can bail his friend down to jail and he also Starts to have feelings for Ellie and they start to build a connection and bond while they're trying to get the briefcase back. The scenes with Danny are incredible whether it is him meeting Ellie for the first time Telling her that he needs to get the money to Get his brother Darren out of jail Or him bonding with Ellie Talking about what they want to do For each other's Futures and it doesn't lead to some really powerful some very beautiful moments throughout the film. The chemistry between him and Grace Van Patten, Michael Vondel Is perfect.
However the absolute big standout of the entire film is Grace Van Patten as Ellie because she gives a really powerful and emotional Performance. I still think Grace Van Patten performance is up there with Brian Larson's performance in Room as one of the best Actress Performances of the 2010s Because you can tell that she is having a lot of fun in this movie as her character. Now the character Ellie Is incredible because what I love about her character Is that at first she doesn't want anything to do with him She finds them kind of annoying and wants him to just get the briefcase so they can don't have to see each other again they can put this whole thing behind them But as the film goes on she starts to really like him and she agrees to help him get the money back so he can get his friend Darren out of jail. The scenes with Ellie are Probably some of my favorite moments in the film Especially the scene where she tells Danny that she wants to go Somewhere else so she can start a new life and make it better or her and Danny bonding By going to the carnival in just talking with one another explaining why they want to make their lives better or Her getting ready to go to her job which is a restaurant. and it really reminded me of the scenes between Trevor and Ben in The Fundamental the caring Also the bonding between her and Danny is the strongest aspect of the entire film because They are the characters we see throughout the majority of the film The film that they terrific job of making you care for these two characters because both of them are in a difficult spot in their lives like Danny wants to get his money back while Ellie wants to start a new life and make her self happy. The chemistry between Her and Callum Turner is brilliant.
Now the best thing about this film is the directing by Adem Leon Is really interesting because of what I really Like about his directing is that he does a glorious job of of developing these characters because Danny wants to get the briefcase to bail his best friend out of jail because it's full money and Ellie wants to help him get the briefcase so she can move out and start new life in a different state so she can be happy. I also like how he incorporates the message It's okay to start a new life to make yourself happy because in real life some people are not really happy they want to start over and become a better person and accomplish more things and I think he does a glorious job of putting that lesson into the film. i also like how he takes this very simple Story of following two people that have to get the right back back and along the way they start to develop feelings towards each other and starts to bond does sound boring but somehow Adem Leon make this story both emotional and really captivating and fun to watch.
So in conclusion i still really love this film the storyline is really incredible have it revolved around these two people who at first don't like each other and they're only together to get the bag back Danny so he can bail his brother out of jail but they start to get along and they start to like each other is a real interesting concept because you'll think that just two people going around trying to get a bag full of money back And along the way they start to bond might sound really boring. but somehow the film makes it really light-hearted and really emotional and executed set perfectly. To be honest I think the storyline in this film is up there with The Fundamentals of Caring with Paul Rudd As one of the best Netflix original story lines. Also the bonding between Danny and Ellie is actually the best thing in the film because they're interactions together are terrific and they have some really amazing moments whether it's them meaning for the first time or them talking about each other's Futures and what they want to deal in life. Also it does lead to some really powerful and some really emotional moments between the two characters. Also the performances are incredible Callum Turner give a really emotional and a really incredible performance as Danny. But it is really Grace Van Patten who completely steal the show as lace she gives one the best performances in the entire film and her performance is probably up there with Anya Taylor-Joy´s performance in The Northman as one of the most emotional performances. I think this film is up there with The Fundamentals of caring with Paul Rudd as one of my favorite Netflix original films. I still think this film is up there with Murder On The Orient Express with Michelle Pfeiffer as one of my favorite films of 2017. I think this film is in my top five favorite films of 2017. I highly recommend you watch this film especially if you like really powerful and emotional films like Tallulah with Elliot Paige or The Fundamentals of Caring with Paul Rudd. Then I'm sure you're going to like this film as well. I give this movie a 10/10.
