Here is My Movie Review of Ezra

Here is My Movie Review of Ezra

So basically what happens and then you have this guy named Max Bernal who is a stand up comedian who has a son named Ezra who has Autism who he shares custody with his ex-wife Jeena  who tells him that he needs to be taking care of but Max Beral does not want to he has to take care of his own son. But eventually he decides to and he decides to take Ezra on a road trip to get him to explore the world in which the two start to bond and Max  Bernal has to balance stand up comedy  well taking care of his son Ezra and that's basically what the story is for this film. Now the storyline in this movie is really beautiful and emotional because the focus is around two characters going on a road trip together and it is very similar to the fundamentals of Caring because in that film Ben, played by Paul Rudd had to take care of a teenager with disabilities. Well in this film Max Bernal, Played by Bobby Cannavale, has to take care of his son who has Autism.

The acting in this movie is terrific because all the actors Are really putting in 110% effort into their performances. Also you can tell that all of them are having fun as their characters. Also the acting s is probably up there with the acting in Strange World as one of the best acted films of the 2020s.

Bobby Cannavale plays Max Beral In the film.I have to say he does a wonderful job as this character because he is giving a beautiful and  powerful performance he has ever done in his career.  Now Max Beral as a character really incredible because you can tell that this guy loves doing standing comedy he likes to make it a lot of people laugh and has  taking  care of his son Ezra he doesn't want to because he want to focus more on comedy but eventually he decided to take care of him after he gets hit by a car and ends up in the hospital and he decided to take him on across country road trip so they can get to know each start to bond as father and son. Probably the best moment with Max Beral Is were he takes his son Ezra to school and tells him to give him a hug and not only is it really emotional and beautiful but it makes sense because you can tell that Mex Beral really loves and cares about his son. It is probably one of the most powerful moments of the entire film. The chemistry between him and William A Fitzgerald, Rose Byrne, and  Robert De Niro is perfect.

Now for this being William A Fitzgerald´s very first movie he ever started. I had to think he completely steals the entire show  as Ezra because he gives one of the most beautiful and emotional performances as the character. Now Ezra as a character is probably the most emotional character of the entire film because he has autism and he has control his emotions and he doesn't believe that his dad Max Beral likes to spend time with him because he mostly cared about doing his stand up comedy on stage but on the film got the money starts to accept him as his father and the two do start to bond. Probably the best moment with Ezra and when he sees his dad Max Bernal And having a panic attack and tell them to look Look at him in the eye and not only Is it really powerful and Intense but it makes sense because Ezra had to tell his dad Max Bernal that he has to take a deep breath and  relax. Is probably the most Intense and Suspenseful moment of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Bobby Cannavale is perfect.I am looking forward to seeing what William A Fitzgerald Is going to do in the future as an actor.

Roseburn plays Max Bernal´s Ex-wife Jenna in the film. I have to say she does a spectacular job as the character. Now Jenna As a character is really Entertainment because you can tell right from the start she's very protective over her son Ezra don´t want him to get into trouble she doesn't believe that Max Bernal could take care of him and just wants him to be back home with her. Probably the best moment with Jenna  where she tells Max Bernal to bring Ezra back home. Not only is it a Powerful scene but it makes sense because she wants Ezra back home safe and sound so she can see him and raise him. It is probably the most intense part of the film. The chemistry between her and Bobby Cannavale is excellent.

Robert De Niro plays Ezra's grandpa Stan in the film. I had to say he does a terrific job in the film. Now Stan as a character is really incredible because you can tell that he really cares about his grandson Ezra and does that want him to go to a special needs school and wants him to stay at a public school. Probably the best moment with Stan and where he and his  grandson son are watching his dad doing a stand up routine. Not only is it really emotional and beautiful but it makes sense because so that stand really care about his father. It is probably the most heartwarming scene of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Bobby Cannavale is magnificent.

The directing by Tony Goldwyn Is tremendous because what I love about his directing is that he does an excellent job of tackling the subject of autism because in real life there are people who are born with autism who need to be taken care of and raised the way that the parent wants them to be.  Also I like how he discusses special needs because in real life there are people who have special needs that need help learning or Coping Mechanisms  to help them control their emotions. I think it is really tremendous of how he did that. I also find it funny that this film did the same thing with the movie music tried to do and did it a lot better than that film because that film made fun of autism. Well this film actually takes it really seriously. I think it's because this film is directed by a guy that has directed a couple of films. Well Seea has not directed any films aside from now and she did not do a terrific job of tackling the subject so she's a great singer just not a great filmmaker and director.

So in conclusion I really enjoyed this movie because the storyline is actually really powerful and beautiful because it focuses on the bonding between Max Bernal and his son Ezra going on a really interesting and beautiful road trip together. This is probably up there with Spaceman with Adam Sandler's one of the most beautiful and one of the most emotional films of this year. Also the performance that William A Fitzgerald Gives as ever is probably the most beautiful and emotional performance of the entire year. I'm really looking forward to what he is going to do as an actor in the future. I also like how the movie tackles the subject of autism perfectly and takes it really seriously because they realize there are people that have autism and they have to live with it. I highly recommend you watch this film especially if you enjoy the movie Inside Out 2 with Amy Poehler.  I give this movie a 10/10.
