Here is My Movie Review of Ready Player One

 Here is my movie review of Ready Player One. 

So basically what the story is about is that you have Wade who likes  to play this virtual reality game called the Oasis. Then you have this guy named Sorento who  wants to take over the Oasis and win the contest. So it's up to Wade  and his  friends to take down Sorrento to win the contest and save the Oasis. That is basically the story for this movie.  

 The acting in this movie is still great. 

Tye Sheridan plays Parzival/Wade In the film. I have to say I still think he does a fantastic job as this character. What makes Parzival/Wade such a terrific character all he wants to do is save the oasis from the evil corporation known as IOI. Probably the best moment with Parzival/Wade is when making the speech about if we team up we can save the oasis and not only was it really powerful but it makes sense because he didn't want the oasis to be taken over by Nolan Sorento. It is probably the Strongest moment of the entire film.  The chemistry between him and Olivia Cooke,Ben Mendelsohn, Lena Waithe, TJ Miller, Philip Zhao, Hannah john-kamen, and Win Morisaki I still think is really awesome.

Olivia Cooke plays Art3mis/Samantha. In the film. What makes Art3mis/Samantha Such a powerful and emotional character is that you really feel bad because she is still trying to cope with the loss of her dad who died of a rare illness. But at the same time she wants to help Parzival/Wade Prevent Nolan Sorento from taking over the oasis. Probably the best moment with Art3mis/Samantha is when she tells Parzival/Wade that he can't use his real name Not only was it Hey powerful moment but it made sense because those were the rules of the oasis. It was probably the most emotional scene of the entire film. The chemistry between her and Tye Sheridan I still think is really excellent.

Lena Waithe plays Aech/Helen In the film. I have to say she still does a fantastic job as the character. What makes Aech/Helen such an interesting character is that much like the rest of the characters she also wants to prevent Nolan Sorento from taking over the oasis. Probably the best thing with Aech/Helen Anywhere they are in the shining and she is freaking out and see you wants to get out of there and not only was it really funny but it made sense because she does not like horror movies. It is probably one of the most funniest moments of the entire film. The chemistry between her and Tye Sheridan is still marvelous.

TJ Miller voices I-ROK in the film. I have to say he still does an amazing job as the character. Now the character I-ROK Is basically Nolan Sorrento's right hand man who assists him in taking over the oasis. Probably the best thing with I-ROK Is where he Tries to tell Nolan Sorrento not too Activate the device that would destroy the Oasis and not only was it really suspenseful but it made sense because he didn't want to die in the explosion. It is probably the darkest scene of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Tye Sheridan is astounding.

Now for this being Philip Zhao ´ s first film he did. I still think out of all the performances his performance as Sho is probably my favorite performance in the entire film. What makes Sho such a remarkable character is that he basically wants to help Parzival/Wade prevent Nolan Sorrento from taking over the Oasis. Probably my favorite moment with Sho Is the running joke is that the other characters think he is a grown up but in reality his only 11 years old and not only is it funny to see him keep mentioning that he is that age but it makes sense because no one really understood how old he is. Also Sho Is very similar to Data from The Goonies because both of them are really funny and they show they are really smart. The chemistry between him and Tye Sheriden Is outstanding.

Win Morisaki plays Daito in the film. I have to say he still does a marvelous job as Daito. What makes Daito Such a Incredible character that much like the others he also wants to prevent Nolan Sorrento from taking over the oasis Probably the best scene with Daito Is during the final battle he sacrifices himself In the game to help Parzival/Wade To get to the final key to when the contest and not only was it a really strong and emotional scene but it make sense because he needed to help him get to the last challenge of the contest. It is probably the saddest moment in the entire film. The chemistry between him and Tye Sheridan, Olivia Cooke, Lena waithe, and Philip Zhao is  still awesome.

Hannah john-kamen plays F´Nale Zandor In the film. I still think she does a great job as the character. Now the character of F ´ Nale Zandor Is basically Nolan Sorrento's Assistant who helps him try to win the contest and take over the oasis. Probably the best moment with F´Nale Zandor Is where she Threatens to take over his company from him and not only was it a really intense moment by made sense because it showed that she was more smarter than he was. It is probably the most shocking moment in the entire film. The chemistry between her and Tye Sheriden Is still awesome.

    Ben Mendelsohn plays Nolan Sorrento. In the film. I have to say he still does a spectacular job as the character. What makes Nolan Sorrento such an entertaining and underrated villain is that his motivation is that he wants to win the contest so he can take over the Oasis for himself. Probably the best scene with Nolan Sorento is where he tells Parzival/Wade That he has not home any sets off and explosive to destroy his house and causes him to run back to his house and not only was it really intense but it made sense because he knew that Parzival/Wade wasn't at his house at all. It is probably the darkest and most emotional moment of the entire film. The chemistry between the ham and Tye Sheridan is astounding. Also the rivalry between him and Parzival/Wade Is tremendous.

The action scenes are still great and the final battle is still awesome because it really reminds me of the final battle in Avengers Endgame with all the pop culture references joining Wade  to take down Nolan Sorrento. 

The directing by Steven Spielberg. What I like about his directing and that he is able to bounce the ton of the movie. For example one minute you'll have a really funny joke like no one knowing that Sho is only an 11-year-old boy. But then you'll have a really dark dark moment like Nolan Sorrento destroying Wade's house. I also like how he has social commentary in this movie about greedy corporations who just scam you of online games for your money.  Fun fact directors like Edgar Wright, Peter Jackson, Robert Zemeckis, Matthew Vaughn, and Christopher Nolan were all considered to direct this movie.

So in conclusion I still think this is a really great sci-fi movie. I still think this is a really underrated movie of 2018. I think still more people should watch it. I still think this is in my top 5 best movies of 2018. Although the storyline it's really interesting how focus on virtual reality games And how greedy people can get with money by trying to take over somebody else's business that the original founder made. Also Sho and probably up there with Data from The Goonies as one of the funniest characters In a film. Also knowing Sorrento is probably up there with Thanos from Avengers Infinity War as one of the best villains of 2018. Also you enjoyed films like The Goonies with Josh Brolin Or if you are a fan of The Fundamentals of Caring with Paul Rudd. I think you'll really like this movie. I give this movie a 10/10. I'm really looking forward to Ready Prayer Two in the future.
