Here is My Movie Review of Cyrano 

So basically what happens is that you have this guy named Cyrano De Bergerac and he Is a really great swordsman who lives in In the kingdom who falls in love with princess Roxanne. But He means this guy named Christian De Neuvillette  want to win her over so Cyrano De Bergerac  decide to help him accomplish that mission but then you have De Guiche Who wants to marry her and be by her side but she refuses it is up to Cyrano De Bergerac to prevent De Guiche from marring Roxanne and that basically what the story is for this film. I have to say the storyline this movie is really interesting because it reminds me a lot of Beauty and the Beast because the same thing happened the girl fall in love with the beast but Gaston wants to Mary Bell and kill the Beast so they can be together and see refuse it though It's basically that movie but If it was a rated R musical. 

The acting in this movie is remarkable. I still think everyone does a glorious job as their characters and this other lot of big named actors and all of them give powerful emotional performances. 

However the absolute big standout of the entire film is Peter Dinklage as Cyrano De Bergerac because he really gives a powerful and beautiful performance and this is probably his best performance because the route the majority of the film he sings really well all of the songs that he sings are really emotional and really entertaining to listen to. Now Cyrano De Bergerac  is a  character that is really interesting because when you're first into him he is a swordsman. He loves to do sore duels on stage but they fall in love with the beautiful princess Roxanne and wants her to be with him throughout his entire life. Probably the best moment with Cyrano De Bergerac  Where he sings on stage well is doing a Sword duel in  this song When I was born and not only was it a really awesome introduction scene to the character of  Cyrano De Bergerac but it explains  his past. Is probably one of the best songs in the film. It is probably one of the most powerful moments in the entire film. The chemistry between him and Haley Bennett, Kevin Harrison Jr., Ben Mendelsohn Is excellent. 

 Haley Bennett plays Roxanne in the film. I have to say she still does a spectacular job as the character. Now Roxanne is shown to be very caring and is shown to be very kind that she really cares for her people in her kingdom and she wants to find someone to love her so she falls in love with Cyrano De Bergerac. Probably the best moment with Princess Roxanne is where She sings her song Every letter Along with Cyrano De Bergerac and Christian De Neuvillette   and not only was it a beautiful song but it makes sense because it's shown that she really has feelings towards both Cyrano De Bergerac and  Christian De Neuvillette. It is probably the most powerful moment of the entire film. The chemistry between her and Peter Dinklage is terrific. 

Kevin Harrison Jr. plays Christian De Neuvillette In the film. I have to say he still does an astonishing job as the character. Now Christian De Neuvillette as a character is really incredible because he really wants to show that he really loves Princess Roxanne and he wants to fall in love with her and he also wants to help Cyrano De Bergerac Prevent King De Guiche from falling in love with Roxanne and marry her. Probably the best moment with Christian De Neuvillette Is when He first meets Cyrano De Bergerac. He wants to help him fall in love with Roxanne not only that, it is really powerful and beautiful. But it makes sense because it shows how much He really cares about Him to make him and Princess Roxanne happy. It is probably the strongest moment of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Peter Dinklage is tremendous. 

Ben Mendelson plays De Guiche  In the film. I have to say he still does a perfect job as the character. Now De Guiche as a character is a really interesting going because he is really similar to King Magnifico from Wish because both of them are shown to be very power hungry and Very selfish only caring about  themselves now De Guiche's Motivation is really similar Gaston from Beauty and the Beast because in that film he wanted to marry Bell but she refuses and then this one De Guiche was to marry Roxanne but she refuses. So he decides to lust after her By manipulating her into falling in love with him. Probably the best moment with  De Guiche Is where he starts to singing his song What I  Deserve and not only is it what the best songs of the film but it's probably up there with Hellfire is one of the best movie villain songs and this shows that De Guiche That he deserves respect and it showed that he has lustful feelings towards  Roxanne. It is probably one of the most powerful and  Incredible moments of the entire film. I still think  De Guiche Is up there with Ikaris from Eternals as one the best villains of 2021. The rivalry between him and Cyrano De Bergerac Is magnificent. That chemistry between him and Peter Dinklage is astonishing. 

The directing by Joe Wright Is terrific because what I love about him is directing because he gives Cyrano De Bergerac a really powerful and emotional character because he really loves princess Roxanne but She also wants to protect her kingdom as well. I also like Developed the character of De Guiche Because he could have made him a very generic one-dimensional and boring villain. But luckily he doesn't did that he gives De Guiche a really interesting motivation and a very Interesting personality because he is Very reminiscent of king Magnifico from Wish in terms of of them being both selfish and power hungry. He also gives them a very entertaining and catchy villain song in the form of What I Deserve. I think it is really excellent of how he did that. 

So in conclusion I still really enjoy this movie because of the storyline that revolves around  Cyrano De Bergerac Falling in love with Princess Roxanne and wanting to protect her kingdom from King De Guiche. Now the Soundtrack in  film is probably out there with Spirited as one of the best Soundtracks of the 2020s. Also De Guiche is a really awesome villain and has motivation is really simple but really interesting. It has done What I Deserve and it is a really catchy and interesting villain song. He is probably up there with The High Evolutionary from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 as one of the best villains of the 2020s. This is definitely in my top 20 favorite films of 2021. This Is probably up there with Boy Kills World with Bill Skarsgard as the one my favorite films of the 2020s. I highly recommend you watch this film especially if  you enjoy the film Gran Turismo with David Harbour. Then I'm sure you're going to like this one. I give this movie a 10/10.
