Here Is My Villain Review of The Thinker

Now I'm going to discuss the character of the finger who is the secondary villain in 2021's The Suicide Squad and explain why he is really underrated villain and why he is one of the most underrated DCEU villains. 

Origin- Now The Thinker´s origin is really interesting because he was a guy named Gaius Grieves who was a Glaswegian scientist based in Corto Maltese and he was granted Telepathic abilities that greatly enhanced his intelligence Thanks to the thinking cap that he developed that helped him advance has talent in his field. 90 years later in his life he started to experiment on Project Starfish also known as Starro The Conqueror. I think the film did a fantastic job of telling The Thinker´s origin because in the comics the exact same thing happened. He makes a special thinking camp to improve his telepathic abilities as well as boosting his intellect to become more  intelligent. 

Character- Now The Thinker as a character Is relatively the same as he was in the comics he is shown to be very smart he knows a lot about project starfish and despite him not being in the movie a whole lot He still leaves a big impact on the film because he foreshadows events that will happen in the final battle of the film like the release Starro The Conqueror. I think the film does a terrific job of adapting The Thinker from the comics to the big screen. 

Motivation- Now The Thinker´s motivations are very interesting because he wants to expand his research on Starro The Conqueror so he can experiment on it more by making it way more intelligent and evade its conquest and make it more deadly. I think the film  does a remarkable job of giving The Thinker a very Interesting and smart motivation because he wants to make Starro The Conqueror more dangerous and more advanced and intelligent than it already is. 

Best Scenes- Now even though The Thinker is not in this movie a whole lot he still has a lot of memorable and incredible scenes. If I had to pick my favorite moment with the thinker it will be the scene where Starro The Conqueror grab him with his tentacles and he begs it not to kill  him and not only was it really disturbing but it made sense because she was trying to apologize to Starro but unfortunately Starro ripped him in half and killed him and all tanks to Peter Capaldi´s chilling and nail biting performance. 

Evil Deeds- Now The Thinker does do a lot of evil things in this film. He tortured and experimented on Starro The Conqueror. Him manipulate the Suicide Squad in  helping take down Project Starfish. He Released Starro The Conqueror and caused it to kill millions of people. I think The film does a glorious job of showing how dark and despicable The Thinker is as a character.

Conclusion- The Thinker is a really incredible villain because his backstory is really interesting  how he started to Obsess over the idea of experimenting on Project Starfish. His motivations are very interesting. He wants to experiment on Starro The Conqueror and make it more advanced in intelligence and more deadly. The scene where he Begs Starro The Conqueror  not to kill him Not only was it really dark. But it made sense because he was trying to apologize to it for torturing and experimenting on against it well and It is all thanks to Peter Capaldi´s chilling and nail biting performance. I'm going to give The Thinker a 10/10.
