Here is My Movie Review of Lean On Pete 

So basically what happens is that you have this teenager named Charley and he visits this horse ranch he meets this guy named Del Teaches him how to train a horse to race and he means this horse named Pete and the two start to bond. But then he finds out that the horse is getting sold and he has to get the horse  all the way to Wyoming. That is basically what the story is for this movie. 

The acting in this movie is still great.

Charlie Plummer as Charly. I still think he does a great job as this character. I still think he is really smart and really sympathetic because when you find out that his dad died in the hospital you could see how hard and affects him. Also he had to watch Pete get hit by a car and he dies and you can see how hard that  devastates  him because he really liked the horse Pete.  The chemistry between him and Steve Zahn, Chloe Serigny, and Steve Buscemi is still really great. 

Chloe Serigny as Bonnie. I still think she does a great job as this character. I still think she is really smart and really sympathetic Because she wants to help Charly train Pete for an endurance race. The chemistry between her and Charlie Plummer is still really great. 

Steve Zahn as Silver. I still think he does a great job as his character. I still think he is really smart and really sympathetic because He has to say goodbye to his son Charley In the hospital and you can see how hard it affects him because he really loves his son. The chemistry between him and Charlie Plummer is still really great. 

Steve Buscemi as Del. I still think he does a great job as this character. I still think he is really smart and really sympathetic because all he wants to do is to teach Charley how to train a horse. My favorite scenes of the movie are where Charley and Del are bonding. The chemistry between him and Charlie Plummer is still great. 

The directing by Andrew Haigh. What I like about directing is that He does a great job of tackling the subject of domestic abuse because in real life there are couples who yell at each other or possibly hit each other because either the wife or the husband is really drunk. I still think it was really cool how he did that. 

So in conclusion I still think this is one of the best A24 films. I still think this is a really great movie from 2018. I still  think more people should watch it especially if you like the A24 film The Farewell. I still think this is in my top 20 favorite movies of 2018. I still think this is in my top 20 best movies of 2018. I give this movie a 10/10.
