Here is My Movie Review of Shrek 2

 

Here is my movie review of Shrek 2

So basically what happens is that it takes place after the first movie left off Shrek and Fiona are now married and They decide to go to Far Far Away to meet Fiona's parents However Shrek doesn't want to go because he wants to stay in the swamp. But after some convinceing they go to the kingdom to meet Fiona's parents. However Fiona's dad doesn't like Shrek  So he decides to hire a hitman to get rid of Shrek. Then Shrek and Donkey are lost in a forest and meet Pussin Boots and at first He doesn't like them and attacks them. But after a while they start to get along. So Shrek, Donkey, and Puss to see The Fairy Godmother But she tells them that ogres don't live happily ever after.Then Shrek and Donkey Drink Happily Ever After potion and Shrek turns into a human and donkey gets turned into a horse and Fairy Godmother wants Her son Prince Charming mary Fiona. So what's up to Shrek, Donkey, and Puss to get Shrek to kiss Fiona before midnight and take down the fairy godmother. That is basically what the story is for this movie. 

The voice acting in this movie is still great. 

Mike Myers as Shrek. I still think he does a great job as this character. I still think he is really funny and really smart. The chemistry between him and Eddie Murphy, Cameron Diaz, and Antonio Banderas is still really great. 

Eddie Murphy as Donkey. I still think he does a great job as this character. I still think he is really funny and really smart.  The chemistry between him and Mike Myers, Cameron Diaz, and Antonio Banderas is still really great. 

Cameron Diaz as Fiona. I still think she does a great job as this character. I still think she is really smart and really sympathetic Because all she wants to do is to make her father and mother happy. the chemistry between her and Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, and Antonio Banderas  is still really great. 

Antonio Banderas as Puss In Boots. I still think he does a great job as this character. I still think he is really funny and really smart. The chemistry between him and Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, and Cameron Diaz is still readily great. 

John Cleese and Joey Andrews as King Harold and Queen Lillian. I still think they do a great job as these characters. I still think they are really smart and really  sympathetic because All they want to do is to make their daughter Fiona happy. 

Rupert Everett as Prince Charming. I still think he does a great job as this character. I still think he has really funny and really smart. I still think he is a great secondary villain. I still think Prince Charming is a good villain in Shrek the Third. But I think he was better in this movie because he was a secondary villain.

Jennifer Saunders Completely steals the show as  Fairy Godmother. She is still really smart, really funny, and really intimidating. She also has a really great singing voice. The chemistry between her and Rupert Everett is still really great. My favorite monologue is where Fairy Godmother says stop the car.¨ Harold  you force me to do something I really don't want to do.¨ Then Harold says  Where are we?¨ Then the Fairy Godmother says My diet is ruined. I hope you're happy.¨ It is probably the funniest scene in this movie. I still think she is the best Shrek villain. 

The directing by Andrew Adamson, Kelly Asbury, and Conrad Vernon. I still think they do a great job directing this movie. I still think that they do a great job bouncing the humor with the emotional scenes really well. 

So in conclusion if you like the Shrek movies. Then I think you'll like this one. I give this movie a 10/10.
