Here is My Movie Review of Venom

 

Here is my movie review of Venom 

So basically what happens is that You have Eddie Brock and he has recently lost his job and then the symbiote Who called itself Venom bonds to Eddie And they must both team up to take down Carlron Drake/Riot and save the world. That is basically what the story is for this movie. 

Now to be completely honest I did the acting is really tremendous because there are far worst comic book films that have worst acting Because films like Joker too and suicide Squad 2016 nose films have really bad acting to the point that the actor they're not even trying to give a good performance with this film I think all the actors are giving it they're all you can tell that they are having a lot of fun In the film.

However the absolute big standout of the entire film is Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock and Venom because you can tell that Tom Hardy is having a lot of fun as these characters. Now I will stay though I think Tom Hardy's Bane is better written and better acted. But I think his Eddie Brock and Venom are really fun to watch. Now the character of Eddie Brock is really incredible because he is this guy who is going through a lot of problems his girlfriend Anne Weying is leaving him. He lost his job he is unhappy so you can understand why Venom bonds to him because Eddie Brock had a horrible life because he was depressed and he wants to help Venom take down Rito. The scenes with Eddie Brock are really incredible Whether it is him freaking out that Venom is inside of him or him battling Carlton Drake/Riot with Venom it does leads to some really funny and suspenseful moments in the film. Now the character of Venom I will say is a lot better than the one Spider-Man 3 because that one was way too small well in this film he's a lot more intimidating and a lot more bigger like how he is in the comics And in this film he wants to protect Eddie Broke and take down Riot. The scenes with Venom are really Are terrific whether it is him demanding Eddie to apologize because he didn't like being called a parasite or him saving any from being killed by Riot it does lead to some really fantastic and really find moments in the film.

Michelle Williams plays Anne Weying In the film and her performance is really fun and entertaining because you can tell that Michelle Williams is having a lot of fun in this film. Now the character of Anne Weying Is shown that she Does care about any Brock and Venom even though they're a relationship is pretty complicated but she wants to help any Brock and Venom take down the evil symbiote Riot. Still think that her and Eddie Brock do have a maiden chemistry in the film. One of my favorite moments with Anne Weying Is when she turns into She Venom she bites that random guy's head off and she says did I just bite this guy's head off and Eddie Brock says yeah I done it before it's not that fun. It is probably one of the funniest moments of the entire film the scene where she helps Eddie Brock and Venom take down Riot with also a really awesome and really fun moment in the film.

Peggy Lu plays Mrs. Chen In the film and her performance is terrific because you can tell that she is having a lot of fun playing this character because I can tell she really liked being in these movies because she comes back as Mrs Chen in Venom Let There Be Carnage and Venom The Last Dance. Now the character of Mrs Chen Is shown that she really cared about Eddied Brock and Venom And the bonding between the three of them is the strongest aspect of the film. One of my favorite moments with Miss Chan is that it happens in the end of the film where she asked Eddie okay and he says oh I have a parasite inside me and she had this awkward luck on her face but in the later Venom films she learn to understand it. It is probably one of the funniest moments of the entire film.

Woody Harrelson plays Cletus Kasady In the filming his performance is really entertaining even though he doesn't appear until the post-currency scene she was still really fun to watch the scene where he tells Eddie Brock There's going to be Carnage which foreshadowed the events of Venom Let There Be A Carnage. The chemistry between him and Tom Hardy is really awesome.

Riz Ahmed plays Carlton Drake/Riot in the film and his performance is probably the most Entertaining and captivating performance in the film you can tell that Riz Ahmed Is having a lot of fun in the film. Now Carlton Drake/Riot Of a character is really Is really interesting because he had the scientist who wants to have the symbiotes the dominant race so he wants to experiment on people so he can have an army of symbiotes. The themes with Carlton Drake / Riot are really fun and entertaining whether it is the scene of Carlton Drake turning into Riot or Riot turning his limbs into weapons and killing all those people in that building and then going after Venom and Eddied Brock it does lead to some really nail biting and some really awesome moments in the film.

However the best thing about this film is The directing by Ruben Fleischer Is really interesting because this is the same guy who directed Uncharted and I still think he did a glorious job directing that film and as for this film he did a really terrific job because what I like about his directing and that he does a glorious job of getting Venom and Eddie Brock accurate to the comics because it's Spider-Man 3 they were completely ruined in that film and he Brock was just some weirdo Venom was too small but in this film they are a lot more comic book accurate. I also like how he pushed the violence as well how many feet venom finding someone's head off or Riot chopping off someone's head with his have lambs that he could turn into weapons. So I think he did a glorious job directing the film.

So in conclusion i still really enjoy this film and to be completely honest I don't think it is as terrible at a lot of people say and I think films like Joker 2 and Kraven The Hunter those films are very hard to sit through because they are really dumb and really boring and very unwatchable. Would I'll stay with this film at least it had the storyline you know what is going on and it was really interesting got in focused around the Friendship between Eddie Brock and Venom and I think that is the strongest aspect of the entire film in the bonding between Eddie Brock and Venom. The performance says are really amazing obviously the big standout is Tom Hardy who played boss Eddie Brock and Venom and he does a terrific job in this film you can tell that he's having a ton of fun in the film. The moments in the film are really entertaining whether it is Miss Chan reacting to Eddied telling her that he had a parasite. Or Venom biting people have heads off. This film just has a lot of fun and entertaining moments throughout. I still think this movie is up there with Ant-Man And The Wasp with Paul Rudd and one of the most underrated films of 2018. I highly recommend you watch this film especially if you enjoy underrated comic book films like Captain America brand new world with Harrison Ford. Then I'm sure you're going to like this film as well. I give this film a 10/10.
