Here is My Movie Review of Iron Man 3

Here is  my  movie review of Iron Man 3.

So it takes place after Avengers left off You have Tony Stark / Iron Man having PTSD because he almost died during the battle of New York when he went through the warm hole and he starts having anxiety attacks and starts panicking while having flashbacks of that event that happened to him and then you have this This guy called the Mandarin who threatens to kill the president of the United States because he wants to show what true political and dark ideologies can happen to the world. Then you have the guy named Aldridge Killian who starts to resent Tony Stark / Iron Man because he didn't meet him on the roof in this causes him thick vengeance on them and try to kill him and adopt you Tony Stark / Iron Man to take down Aldridge Killian and figure out who is the true Mandarin and get over his PTSD and that's basically what the story is for this movie. Now to be honest I don't need the storyline if that's bad at all people saying is yes it is very confusing and it is the weakest storyline in the Iron Man trilogy but I do think it works really well for the most part there are a few parts in the story with kind of goes down in terms of quality but I think for the most part it is a really interesting storyline for the MCU.

The acting in In the film is really interesting because Because to be honest even when this movie doesn't work as well as it should the actor still give powerful and emotional and entertaining performances you could tell most of the actors are still into being in the MCU. to be honest there is really one bad performance in the film of that being said is not the actors fault if the character that they chose him to be.

However the absolute big standout of the entire film is Robert Downey Jr as Tony Stark / Iron Man Because even in parts where this film isn't working Robert Downey Jr still gives a powerful and emotional performance. Now the character of Tony Stark / Iron Man is really interesting because in the first two movies he cracked a lot of jokes but in this film he's a lot more serious because he has PTSD of the battle of New York how he almost died during the alien invasion and he doesn't want to talk about it so in this film he suffers through a lot of anxiety and texting has to try to control it and I think that in the strongest aspect of the film. Probably the best moment with Tony Stark / Iron Man is where he tells Harley Keener that he has anxiety and not only that really suspenseful but it makes sense because he almost died in the battle of New York well trying to take down the aliens. It's probably the darkest moment of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Gwyneth Paltrow Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce, Ben Kingsley, Ty Simpkins is still terrific.

Gwyneth Paltrow plays Pepper Potts In the film. I have to say she still does a spectacular job as the character. Now the character of Pepper Potts in the film is really interesting because she is worried about tony Stark / Iron Man because he has severe case of PTSD and she wanted to do everything in her power too help him get over his PTSD. Probably the best moment with Pepper Pawn is where she sees Tony Stark/Iron Man and he wishes her a Merry Christmas and not only that really sweet but it makes sense because it shows how much Tony Stark slash Iron Man really cares about her. It's probably the most heartwarming scene of the entire film. The chemistry between her and Robert Day Jr is excellent.

Don Cheadle as James Rhodes/War Machine In the film. I have to say he still does a spectacular job at the character. The character of James Rhodes / War Machine is really interesting because he wants to help Tony Stark / Iron Man Tried to get him over his PTSD and help him take down Aldridge Killian. Probably the best Moment with James Rhodes / War Machine is where he and Tony Stark / Iron Man are at the restaurant Either where he is asking Tony Stark / Iron Man what is going on and not only that really dark but it makes sense because he wants to know what is going on with him why he is having a lot of panic attacks. It's probably the Darkest moment of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Robert Downey Jr is remarkable.

Ty Simpkins as Harley Keener In the film. I have to say he still does a terrific job as the character. No the character of Harley Keener is really interesting because he wants to help Tony Stark / Iron Man try to get over his PTSD and Help him take down Aldridge Killian And rebuild his Iron Man suit. Probably the best moment with Harley Keener is where he first meets Tony Stark/Iron Man Any tell them to make him a sandwich and not only was it really funny but it makes sense because Tony Stark / Iron Man was hungry he needed something to eat. It's probably the funniest moment of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Robert Day Jr is still excellent.

Ben Kingsley plays Trevor Slattery In the film. I have to say he still does a great job I will say he is the weakest performance in the film but not the worst performance in the film. Now the character of Trevor Slattery is really interesting because at first the movie makes you think he had the main villain he is the Mandarin and to be honest I like the idea of making the Mandarin more of a realistic threat for the first 2/3 of the movie it was actually really fun to see but the problem is that the twist revealed that he was just an actor pretending to be the Mandarin was Was really weird and out of place because people were expecting the real Mandarin to be the big villain of this movie but instead he was not And Aldridge Killian was revealed to be the man during the whole time was really dumb. Probably the best moment of the film is where Trevor Slattery reveals to Tony Stark's / Iron Man that he has done an actor and well the scene is ridiculous it is relatively funny just because of Tony Stark / Iron Man's reaction to the whole thing. The chemistry between him and Robert Downey Jr is perfect. Fun fact 8 years after the film was released Ben Kingsley would eventually reprise the role of Trevor Slattery in 2021's Shang Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings.

However the worst performance of the entire film is Guy Pearce as Aldridge Killian Because he goes so over the top that you can't take it seriously and it's not his fault that he was bad in this movies mainly the writing and the script and the character that he was chosen to be because  they are so many other Marvel villains that he should he could have been in this movie To be honest I think he should have played M.O.D.O.K in this film because Advance ideal mechanics is a big part of this film and he could have been George Tarleton in the film who was turned into M.O.D.O.K against his will by A.I.M and he would have been a really great or possibly awesome MCU villain but unfortunately he was cast as one of the most boring villains in the MCU. Now well his performance is not really good at all That's nothing compared to the character of Aldridge Killian because he is so awful because the way you can just sum him up and I know a lot of people have said this a lot and I'm not the only one who has mentioned it but he essentially just a terrible rip off of Syndrome from the incredible because both of them I don't always they hear the heroes neglect them and ignore them and they turn bad but the only difference being that when Syndrome turned evil it made sense but when Aldridge Killian turns bad it comes off as really dumb and not interesting in the slightest the worst thing with Aldridge Killian and one of the worst scenes in the entire film is where during the final battle he says you Said you wanted the mandarin well you're looking right at him and he says I am the Mandarin and is so dumb it fell so cheesy and one of the dumbest MCU was online and The CGI for Aldridge Killian is probably the worst CGI in the MCU because people say M.O.D.O.K from Ant-Man and The Wasp Quantum Mania is awful. But to be honest I never thought he was that bad but the effects on Aldridge Killian are even dumber because it just looked like he got his face burned and I would forgive the CGI if he was M.O.D.O.K then I'll say okay that is accurate because my dog is supposed to be a grotesque and ugly looking Marvel character but here the CGI for Aldridge Killian is really bad and just looks really weird. The rivalry between him and tony Stark/Iron Man Is really dumb because you don't really buy their rivalry in the film because in the first Iron Man you do buy the rivalry between him and Obadiah Stane/Ironmonger because they built it up but in this one it felt like they rushed it for no reason. The chemistry between him and Robert Day Jr is okay. Fun fact actors like Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Jude Law were both considered to play Aldridge Killian.

The directeding.  by Shane Black Is really interesting because there's some stuff I like about his directing there's some stuff I don't like and things I do like how he made this film more Darker than the previous onion movies because this film is about Tony Stark/Iron Man Trying to get over his PTSD and Isaac when the film focuses around that it really works and I also like how he gives Tony Stark's watch I am in a compelling character arc because he is really stressed out because he almost died during the events of the Avengers Athens he wants to try to move past that and to be like that is the strongest aspect of the entire film. I also like that he had Harley Keener as Tony Stark/ Iron Man's psychic and friend that helpes him get over his PTSD and helpes him take down Aldridge killing. I think that also works. But the problem I have with his directing is the depiction of the Mandarin because In this film they make him American they make him actor by the name of Trevor Slattery and it was well a good concept and it does work for the first two halves in the movie It does fall apart and the eventual reveal from the main villain is that being Aldridge Killian was really dumb and didn't make sens. To be I think he should have cast Guy Pearce as George Tarleton/M.O.D.O.K that way this film can have me more powerful and memorable villains to have a bland and terrible villain. I think he did a decent job directing this movie.

So in conclusion i don't think this movie is bad at a lot of people say it is because there is stuff to like about this film Robert Day Jr still does a tremendous job as Tony Stark/Iron Man and well the storyline is the weakest in the Iron Man trilogy it does have some good elements to it. This does have some of the best action in the Iron Man trilogy especially the final battle against Aldridge Killian though was really awesome climax. But I think the climax in the first movie he battled against Obadiah Stain Iron Monger was a better climax but this one was not that bad because it was actually really interesting. Also the character arc that Tony Stark/Iron Man going through is really powerful because he has to get over his PTSD during the events of The Avengers where he almost died in the wormhole I think that is the strongest aspect of the entire film. The bonding between him and Harley Keener is one of the best parts of this movie. The only thing I really don't like is Aldridge Killian because he was a really terrible and very boring villain to be honest I think M.O.D.O.K should have been the main villain voice by Guy Pearce I think a lot of people would like that better. But other than that I do think this movie is really entertained to watch Yes it does have problems It's not perfect but to be on I do think this film is better than Black Widow because I think it is a lot more memorable than that film. I have to say if you like Ant-Man and The Wasp Quantum Mania with Paul Rudd then I'm sure you're going to like this one. I give this movie a 7/10.
