Here is My Movie Review of Guardians of The Galaxy

Here is my movie  review of Guardians of the Galaxy.

So basically what the plot is about is that you really have Peter Quill and after the mom dies he gets abducted by aliens. Then he meets Gamora, Rocket Raccoon, Groot and Drax the Destroyer and they all must team up to take down Ronin and save the Galaxy and that's basically what the story is for this movie.

The acting in this movie is still awesome.

However the absolute standout of the entire film is Chris Pratt as Peter Quill/ Star-Lord. What makes Peter Quill / Starlord such a fantastic character is that she wants To take down Ronin the accuser and save all of Xendar and the galaxy. Probably the best thing with Pier Quill / Starlord is where he and the rest of the team get arrested by the Nova Cor and Peter Quill flips the middle finger at them and not only was it really funny but it made sense because they didn't know how the device worked. I also like how this film develops Peter Quill / Starlord because at first he is this legendary Outlaw but as the film goes on he becomes one of the best leaders in the entire galaxy. I still think the film does an excellent job of it. Fun fact actors like Wes Bentley, Joel Edgerton, Jack Huston, Lee Pace, Jim Sturgess, Eddie Redmayne, Garrett Hedlund, Aaron Paul, Cam Gigandet, Sullivan Stapleton, Zachary Levi, Chris Lowell, Jensen, Michael Rosenbaun, John Krasinski, Logan Marshall Green, Glenn Howerton, James Marsden, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt were all considered to play Star Lord.

Zoe Saldana plays Gamora In the film. I have to say she still does a spectacular job as the character. What makes Gamora such a great character is that she's not necessary a villain but she didn't want Ronan to use the power stone and destroy all of the Galaxy and you why at first she didn't like Peter Quill / Star-Lord because she didn't like him with him but add the film goes on they start to gang a bit of a friendship / romance. Probably the best moment with Gamora is where She tries to tell her sister nebula To help her and the rest of the guardians to take down Ronin and not only was it really emotional but it made sense because she wanted to team up with her sister but she refused to help them. Not only was it really powerful but it made sense because she wanted her to help them save the galaxy. The chemistry between her and Chris Pratt is excellent.

Dave Bautista plays Drax the Destroyer In the film. What makes Drax The Destroyer Such an awesome character is that you can understand what his motivation is he wants to help Peter Quill / Starlord save the galaxy but he also wants to get his revenge on Ronin for killing his wife and daughter. Probably the best moment with Drax the Destroyer Is where Peter Quill / Starlord calls him The Walking Taurus And Drax Says to Peter Quill / Starlord don't call me a Taurus Not only was it really funny but it made sense because he didn't like being called that. Fun fact actors like Brain Patrick Wade, Isaiah Mustafa, Shad Gaspard, Djimon Hounsou, Chadwick Boseman, and Jason Momoa were all considered to play Drax the Destroyer.

Vin Diesel voice Groot In the film. I have to say he still does an astonishing job as the character. What makes Groot such a awesome character that you could tell that he really cares about the Guardians of the Galaxy and wants Help them take down Ronin and save the universe. Probably the best scene with Groot is during the file battle of the film he sacrifices himself to save the team and not only was it really emotional but it may sense because he needed to die to prevent his friends from being killed by Ronan. It is probably the saddest moment of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Chris Pratt is remarkable.

Brandy Cooper voice Rocket Raccoon In the film. I have to say he still does a terrific job as the character. What makes rocket raccoon such an interesting character in that at first he doesn't want to join Peter Quill/Star Lord he's only doing it so he can get paid but as the film goes on he starts to care about him and the rest of the team. Probably the best moment with Rocket Raccoon is where he gets drunk a breaks down explaining that he didn't want to be experimenting on being teared apart and put back together and not only was it really emotional but it actually foreshadows guarding the galaxy volume three because in that film it finally tells Rocket Raccoon's full origin story about him getting tortured and experimented on by the High Evolutionary. It is probably the most emotional scene of the entire film. Fun fact actors like H John Benjamin, Adam Sandler, Jim Carrey, Danny DeVito, Sharlto Copley, and  David Tennant were all considered to voice Rocket Raccoon. The chemistry between him and Chris Pratt is still marvelous.

Josh Brolin voices Thanos In the film. I have to say even though you only see him in one scene he still does an excellent job as the character because he wants Ronan to follow his orders and destroy all of Xender. I also like how the film foreshadows Thanos' motivation to find all the infinity stones and destroy half of you made by wiping out half of the universe by snapping his fingers which he does just that in Avengers Infinity War. Not only was it a really intense scene but it actually foreshadows the events in that film. The chemistry between him and Karen Gilligan is amazing.

Michael Rooker plays Yondu Udonta In the film. I have to say even though he's not in the film a whole lot he still does a great job as this character. Now Youndu Udonta is not a villain. But he did do some bad things like abduct Peter Quill when he was a kid and trained him to be a ravenger. Probably the best moment with Youndu Udonta is where he explains to Kraiglin At least they didn't take him to his real father because he was a jackass and not only was it a really interesting and powerful moment but actually foreshadows Guarding the Galaxy Vol 2 because in that film Peter Quill / Star Lord meets his real father Ego and it turns out he was the one that was responsible for killing his mother. It is probably the most important scene of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Chris Pratt is astounding.

Benicio Del Toro as The Collector I still think he does an okay job as this character. I still think he is really smart. but the problem is he is rather boring in the Marvel Cinematic Universe he's basically just there as a cameo. But luckily they made him more comic book accurate on Disney+'s Marvels what If...? Fun fact actor Benicio Del Toro does the voice for the Collector on the show. The chemistry between him and Chris Pratt is decent.

Karen Gillan plays Nebula In the film. I have to say she still does a marvelous job as the character. What makes Nebula such a great character is that you understand What she is doing because she is Ronan's servant and she wants to help him destroy Xendar with the power stone. Probably the best scene with nebula is where she She is fighting Gamora and telling her that she was always weak and not only was it really intense but it made sense because she was more experience in terms of fighting And she wanted to kill Gamora Because she betrayed her. It is probably the most intense scene of the entire film. The chemistry between her and Chris Pratt is amazing.

Lee Pace plays Ronan the Accuser In the film. I have to say he does a great job as the character. Now a lot of people say that Ronan the Accuser is a really terrible villain but to be perfectly honest I disagree with that statement I think overall he has a pretty understandable motivation because you understand what he wants to do he wants revenge on the Nova Cor for killing his father. But to be honest out of all the Guardians of the Galaxy villains he is probably the weakest one out of them because well I like him I don't think he has good as Ego from Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 or as nearly as scary as The High Evolutionary from Guardians of the Galaxy volume 3. I'll say that he is way better than Ultron Avengers Age of Ultron because Ultron was way too silly to take seriously as a villain well Ronan The Accuser is a better written villain than him.  Fun Fact actors like Owen Wilson, Christopher Lloyd, Hank Azaria, Tony Hale, John Oliver, Harry Shearer, Gilbert Gottfrey, Well Arnett, John Goodman, Billy Eichner, Danny DeVito, John Leguizamo, Kelsey Grammer, and Jesse Eisenberg were all considered to play Ronan the Accuser.

The directing  by James Gunn Is astonishing because what I like about his directing is that he really makes you root for Peter Quill / Starlord because at the beginning he watched his mother die and he was known as this legendary outlaw by as the film goes on he starts to become a leader inform his own team called the Guardians of the Galaxy. I also like how he told Gamora's origin story how her family was killed by Thanos and she was Turned into a weapon against her will so she could be the perfect assassin to kill a lot of people and I also like how he sets up The relationship between her and Peter Quill / Star Lord because at first she doesn't like him but add the film goes on she starts to like him and the friend and the leader. I think it is really tremendous how he did that.

The soundtrack to this movie I still think is an amazing soundtrack. I'm favorite song is the opening song Come and Get Your Love and my other favorite song is Hooked on a Feeling.

So in conclusion this is still in my top five favorite movies of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Out of all the characters I think Pure Quill / Star-Lord is my all-time favorite character because from the start he was not really a leader until near the end of the film. I like how the film builds it up really slowly and I also like how it makes you care for the guardians of the Galaxy and not only a team but they're kind of like family to each other. Now to be honest Ronan of the villain is my least favorite villain in the trilogy but to be honest he's not that bad as Ultron from Avengers Age of Ultron because at least he had a on-screen presence and there were some really memorable action sequences with him and he had a pretty great villain motivation. If you enjoy Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 or Ant-Man I'm sure you'll like this one I give this movie a 10/10.
