Here Is My Movie Review of Last Breath

So basically what happens is that tell the real life story of these divers named Chris Lemons, Duncan Allcock, and David Yuasa In the North Sea working on under the gas lines Chris Lemons falls into the ocean and he gets trapped down there so the other diverse have to go in and try to rescue him before he runs of oxygen and almost dies and have to do everything in their power to save him and that's basically what the storyline is for the film. I have to say the storyline in this movie is Denon accurate because this really happened in real life because these divers were in the North Sea and one of them got stuck at the bottom of the ocean struggling to to breathe before his oxygen ran out and he almost died and they had to get them out. I have to say it is probably up there with the storyline in Love Hurts as one of the best storylines of this year so far. 

But as good as the storyline is, the best thing about this movie is the acting because all of these actors are giving it they're all because you can tell that all they were giving a lot of captivating and nail biting performances as their characters. I have to say this probably has the best cast of the entire year so far. 

However the absolute big standout of the entire film is Woody Harrelson as Duncan Allcock because he gives one of the most powerful and exorating performances he has ever given in his career because it hurts so much emotion and intensity as this character. Now the character Duncan Allcock is really accurate to his real life counterpart because in real life Duncan Allcock was what does deep sea diver who desperately wants to save Lynn with crew mate from drowning to death underwater that being Chris Lemons  because they need to get him out of the water before he dies. The scene where Duncan Allcock is trying to pull Chris Lemons  Out of the water so he doesn't drown to death is probably one of the most terrifying scene of the entire film because in real life He and the rest of the divers had try to get Chris Lemons  out of the water before he runs out of oxygen. It is probably the most nail-binding moment of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Simu Liu, Fin Cole Is terrific. 

Simu Liu plays David Yuasa In the film. I have to say he still does a glorious job as this character. In fact he is one of my favorite performances of the entire film because he gives a really terrific and emotional performance in the film. Now the character of David Yuasa  Is  accurate to his real life counterpart because in real life David Yuasa   When the diver that had to help Duncan Allcocks  Rescue Chris Lemons from the bottom of the sea and prevent him from drowning to death. The scene where Duncan Allcocks and Chris Chris Lemons preparing To go underwater check on the gas lines see if they are working properly Start to run out oxygen and they need to get back to the ship and not only was it really suspenseful but it makes sense because in real life that's what they did they checked on the gas lines and Chris Lemons trouble breathing which caused him to be stuck underwater. It is probably one of the most chilling moments of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Woody Harrelson is tremendous. 

Fin Cole plays Chris Lemons  In the film. I have to say he still does a glorious job as this character because he gives such a terrific and nail biting performance in the film. Now the character of Chris Lemons Is accurate to his real life counterpart because in real life Chris Lemons got trapped underwater and almost died because he almost ran out of oxygen until he was rescued and got back on the boat. The scene where Chris Lemons is underwater and he is panicking because he is trapped underwater he needs help and he has to use the flare to use as light because it is pitch black down in the water. Not only Really intense and really disturbing but It makes sense because in real life Chris Lemons was stuck underwater he needed to use the flare for a source of light. It is probably one of the most suspenseful and one of the most  Shocking Moments of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Woody Harrelson is magnificent. 

However the best thing about this entire movie in the directing by Alex Parkinson Because what I love about his directing is that he gets everything about this film completely accurate because this really did happen this divers went underwater to try to fix a gas line but one of the divers Chris Lemons got trapped underwater and the rest of the divers had to save him before he ran out of oxygen and die. I think it is really terrific of how he did it.  So overall I think he did a remarkable job directing the film.

So in conclusion I still really enjoy the film because the storyline was really interesting and really incredible because it was based off of the true story of the divers that were trying to save their friend Chris Lemons Who got trapped underwater and had to survive with limited oxygen so he would not die. It is probably up there with the storyline in love hurts and one of the best storylines of the entire year so far. The performances are all really excellent especially from Woody Harrelson who steals the entire film as Duncan Allcock because he gives a raw and terrific performance and the character. Also the cinematography was excellent because the underwater setting looked like they really filmed the entire movie underwater as well as on an actual boat. Also Simu Liu gave a really fun and entertaining performance as  David Yuasa because he is actually my favorite performance in the entire film. I still think this film is up there with Love Hurts with Ke Huy Quan as one of the best films of this year so far. I highly recommend you watch this film especially if you like really Intense and nail biting films like Buried from 2010 with Ryan Reynolds then I'm sure you're going to like this film as well. I give this movie a 10/10.
