Here is My Movie Review of The Gorge

So basically what happens is that you have these Two Snipers are named Levi and Drasa and they are send on this mission from their respective nations then they start develop a relationship with each other starting to like each other but then they learn about this thing called The Gorge but then they accidentally fall down into The Gorge and they encounter these creepy zombies  it's up to Levi and Drasa battle zombies and get out of The Gorge and that's basically what the story is for this film. Now the storyline of this movie is really interesting because you have these two snipers battling zombies in The Gorge and trying to get out of there  It has a lot of potential and the film executes it perfectly. 

The acting in this film is tremendous. I still think everyone does a terrific job with their performances because you can tell that the actors were having a lot of fun in the film. I think this movie is up there with New Mutants from 2020 is one of the best acted films of the 2020s. 

Miles Teller plays Levi in the film And his performance is really incredible. I still think he does a brilliant job and this character just nailing all the emotional and the more tragic elements of Levi really make his performance incredible. Now the character of Levi is fantastic because he is shown that he is a really strong and Intelligent soldier who wants to help Drasa get out of the gorge and fight all the zombies and survive. The scene where Levi  first meets Drasa Not only is it a really powerful and interesting moment but makes sense because of the foreshadowing of their relationship and teamwork in the rest of the film and it is probably one the remarkable moments of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Anya-Taylor-Joy, Sigourney Weaver Is terrific. 

However The absolute big standout no No surprise here is Anya-Taylor-Joy because she is a tremendous actress and she has given some really powerful and really awesome performances like in Furiosa A Mad Max Saga and The Northman. Among many other films, her performance as Drasa Is probably the best performance of the entire film because she does a tremendous job as this character and you can tell that she was having a lot of fun in this film. Now the character of Drasa Is a really spectacular character because she wants to help Levi  get out of the gorge and survive against all the zombies that live down there. The scene of her and Levi in the Gorge fighting all the zombies it's probably the best moment of the entire film because not only is it a really suspenseful nail buying sequence but it makes sense because both of them want to go down the gorgeous alive without being killed by the zombies. It is probably one the most disturbing and suspenseful moments of the entire film. The relationship between her and Levi is the strongest aspect of the entire film. The chemistry between her and Miles Teller Is magnificent. 

Sigourney Weaver plays Bartholomew In the film. Now even though she doesn't play a big role in the film she still does an excellent job as the character. Now the character of Bartholomew  Is interesting because she wants Levi to follow her orders by not failing the mission. The scene where she called Levi to do the mission and not interact with the person on the other side of the gorge is not only the most suspenseful and interesting moment of the entire film. But it makes sense because she doesn't want him to be killed on this mission. It is probably one of the most powerful  moments of the entire film. The chemistry between her and Miles Teller Is brilliant. 

However the best thing about this movie is the directing  by Scott Derekson now Scott Derek and the director I really enjoy. I liked his work on Doctor Strange from 2016. I thought he did a wonderful job directing that film. I also liked his directing of the black phone from 2022. I thought you did a Marvelous job directing That film because he nailed the Creepy atmosphere as well as developing a lot of the characters. Now here it's no different because I think he does a splendid job of directing the film because why I love about his directing like he does a glorious job of developing both of these characters because Levi as the character is the soldier who wants to complete the mission and get out of the gorge and survive against all the zombies. Well Drasa  is a person who enjoys listening to music and likes spending time with Levi but she also wants to get out of the gorge and survive against the zombies much like him. I think it is really incredible how he did that. 

So in conclusion I still really enjoy the film because The storyline revolving around two people surviving against zombies well getting stuck in the gorge does have a lot of potential and the film executes it extremely well. Also both Miles Teller and Anya-Taylor Joy Play off each other perfectly. The relationship between Levi and  Drasa  Is the strongest aspect of the film. The action sequences in The Gorge are really intense and really incredible. The CGI for the zombies looks really awesome. This is probably up there with Finch with Tom Hanks and one of my favorite Apple TV Plus films. This is one of the best films of the year so far. I highly recommend you watch this film especially if you like Furiosa A Mad Max Saga  With Chris Hemsworth then I'm sure you're going to enjoy this one as well. I give this movie a 25/10.
