Here is My Villain Review of Killmonger

Now I'm going to discuss the character of Killmonger who is the main villain in 2018's Black Panther and explain why he is one of the most tragic and one of the most Tragic villains and best villains in the MCU. 

Origin- Now Killmonger's origin is really tragic because His real name is Erik Stevens Was a young boy who had to watch his father be killed by the previous Black Panther TChaka and his mother was wrongfully accused and got arrested. So ever since then he's been an orphan who witnessed a lot of death in life and he got angered because Wakanda did not bring him home and did not give anyone resources to live. The way decide to go to war with Wakanda you don't agree with what he's doing but you understand what drew him to make that decision. I think the film did a tremendous job of giving Killmonger this really beautiful and emotionally tragic backstory. 

Character- Now killmonger as a character is really tragic because again he had to watch his father be killed by the previous Black Panther. He had witnessed a lot of death and wakanda did it bring him home and just left him to sit there with his dad's corpse. So you can understand why he wanted to go to war with wakanda because they just left him behind and never brought him back and made his life worse. Also Killmonger is super serious because he doesn't crack stupid or out of place jokes. He is so desperate to succeed that he even kills his own girlfriend to accomplish that Mission and you can just see how sad killmonger felt killing his own girlfriend. I think the film did a terrific job of making Killmonger a very tragic but intelligent villain. 

Motivation- Now Killmonger's motivation is that He wants to overthrow T'Challa and become king of wakanda to get revenge for his father's death. He also wanted to distribute vibranium to sell to the people around the world to make a lot more weapons. Now Killmonger actually succeeds and becomes king of wakanda because he won against T´Challa for the throne. He also becomes the New Black Panther and Exiles his cousin T´Challa. I think the film does a terrific and excellent job of giving Killmonger a really powerful and really emotional motivation because again he lost everything he was neglected by wakanda so when he decided to rage war on them you don't agree with him but you understood why he chose to go down that path. To be honest it's kind of similar to the way Xu Whenwu from Shang Chi Went down a dark path because he lost his wife and he wanted to seek vengeance on the people responsible and he wanted to bring her back but instead caused more chaos but you did understand what drove him to become bad. 

Best Scenes- Now Killmonger has a lot of powerful and tremendous moments in the film. But if I had to pick my favorite moment with Killmonger it'll be the scene where he says Is this your king? Huh? Is this your king? The Black Panther, Who's Supposed  to Lead you into the future? Him? He's about to protect you? Nah I'm your king. Not only they really intense and nail biting sin by make sense because killmonger beaded T´Challa and claim the throne of wakanda so he can roll over the kingdom. It is all things to Michael B Jordan's intense and nail biting performance. 

Evil Deeds- Now killmonger does a lot of evil stuff in this movie he throws T´Challa Off of Cliff so he can claim the throne and become king of wakanda. He waged  war against wakanda. He breaks Klaw out of jail till get them to help him but then betray them by killing him and his own girlfriend. He tried to distribute vibranium to other people around the world so that they can make weapons. I think the film does a tremendous job of making Killmonger evil because  well the stuff that he is doing is inhumane at the same time you do understand why he is doing all this because wakanda left him behind and he wanted to revenge on them by invading their land so he could become king and rule it. He also wanted revenge on T'Challa for the death of his own father who was killed by the previous Black Panther. 

Conclusion- Killmonger is a tremendous villain because his backstory is really tragic and really emotional about him watching his father be killed by the previous Black Panther and being left behind by wakanda See you can understand why he will want to rage war on wakanda because of that reason. His motivation is magnificent because he wants to get revenge on T'Challa  because he wants to avenge the death of his father. The scene where he is battling T´Challa and that monologue is outstanding because it showed that he won against T'Challa and now hears the king of wakanda.  It is all thanks to Michael B Jordan's powerful and exquisite performance. I think Killmonger is up there with Xu Whenwu from Shang Chi as one of my favorite villains in the MCU. I'm going to give Killmonger a 10/10.
