Here is My Movie Review of Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes

Here is My Movie Review of Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes

So basically what happens is that it takes place 300 years after  War for the Planet of the apes left off and you have this new ape named Noah and he living with his father Koro And the rest of his family and they are haunting for eagle eggs until Noah see a human named Mae And he wants to figure out what she is doing in the woods but his father Koro forbidden from going outside their territory.  But unfortunately he and the rest of Noah's family get kidnapped so he left the help of this other ape named Raka  and wants to help him find his family and then he wants to  find out that someone took his family to this island and it's this evil ape named Proximous Caesar.  Who wants to use human technology to advance the apes to make them a lot more intelligent than they can overthrow the humans and it's up to Noah And the rest of his family to take down Proximous Caesar and return home and that's basically what the story is for this movie. Now it comes to the storylines of these plant of the apes films they are actually really  tremendous. I enjoyed the storyline in Ride of the Planet Apes. I loved the storyline in Dawn of Planet of the Apes. But War for the Planet of The Apes has the best story line out of the trilogy And this movie is no different because it's struggling is very interesting and way more emotional and a lot more powerful than the other storylines in this franchise.

Now when it comes to the acting for these player of the apes films they all have been consistently wonderful and entertaining but I have to say this movie might have some of the best acting in the entire franchise.

However the absolute big standout of the entire film is Owen Teague as Noah.  Now the character of Noah is a very interesting character because his father doesn't think he can  be one with the Eagles and he wants to prove that can be a very powerful and excellent leader. Probably the best moment with Noah is where he first meets Mea and he thinks she is an animal like them but turned out she's not and not only was it a very Really surprising but it makes sense because he thought that she was an animal but turns out she is a human the whole time that can actually talk and it's probably the most powerful moment of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Freya Allen, Kevin Durand, Peter Macon, and Neil Sandilands Is fantastic.

Freya Allen plays Mae In the film. I have to say she does a spectacular job as the character. Now Mae is not really a villain per say but she is desperate to have the humans talk again and hear and she wants to use the technology that belongs to Proximous Caesar. Probably the best moment with Mae Is where she betrays Noah and wants to take the equipment for herself and not only was it really shocking but it made sense because she wanted to help the humans get their hearing back. It is probably the most surprising moment of the entire film. The chemistry between her and Owen Teague Is remarkable.

Neil Sandilands plays Koro In the film. I have to say he does a marvelous job as the character. Now Koro Is a very interesting character because you can tell that he's very overprotective of his son Noah. He doesn't want him to go to the outside world because humans are dangerous and he doesn't believe that he could become a great leader and be one with the eagles. I think that is the strongest aspect of the character, the father and son dynamic you see in the film is very interesting. Probably the best moment with Kro  Is where he tells his son Noah to not go into the tunnel and not only was it a very powerful moment but it makes sense because he is overprotective of his son he doesn't want him to be captured by humans and it is probably the most emotional and strongest moment of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Owen Teague  Is astonishing.

Peter Macon plays Raka In the film. I have to say he does a glorious job as this character. Now the character of Raka Is really interesting because he is essentially Noah's best friend. He wants to help him take down Proximous Caesar And return back to his family. Probably the best moment with Raka Is where he references Caesar from the first three movies and explains that he was very wise and a very awesome leader and not only was it some of the most emotional moments but it makes sense because Cesar was a very powerful and respected leader and it was a neat callback to the first three Planet of the apes films It is probably the most beautiful moment in the entire film. The chemistry between him and Owen Teague Is fantastic.

Now let's talk about the villain of the film. Now when it comes to the villains in In the plant of the apes trilogy they were actually really awesome. I liked Steven Jacobs from the first movie. I love Dreyfus from the second movie played by Gary Oldman out of all the villains in the trilogy he is still my favorite one His backstory is very tragic and he is very fun to watch. Also Koba from Dawn of Planet of the Apes was a really awesome emotional villain played tremendously by Toby Kebbel. The Colonel from the third movie is a very awesome and fun villain to hate Woody Harrelson gives one of the most chilling and nail biting performances and every time you see The Colonel on screen you just want something horrible to happen to this evil piece of shit and he is also very entertained to watch and he has a very smart motivation and in this movie it's no different Proximus Caesar is probably one of the scariest villains in the entire series because he has a very smart and dark motivation he wants to use the technology from the humans to advance him and his kind to make them more intelligent and more dangerous than they already are. He is played by Kevin Durand and he does a spectacular job as the character and you can tell he's having the time of his life playing this character. Probably the best moment with Proximas Caesar is what he says to his fellow apes what a wonderful day and not only was it a very awesome villain introduction scene but it makes sense because he's explaining to the apes his motivation how he wants to evolve and become more intelligent it is probably the most suspenseful and one of the best villain introduction moments of the entire series. I think Proximous Caesar is up there with Scar King from Godzilla X Kong New Empire the best villains of this year.  The rivalry between him and Noah is excellent. The chemistry between him and Owen Teague Is marvelous.

The directing by Wes Ball Is perfect because what I like about his directing Is that he further develops The Apes as characters and he actually gives Noah a very powerful and emotional character much like Matt Reeves did for Caesar in The Planet of the Apes Trilogy. I also like how he develops the villain of Proximous Caesar and a character because then the character wants to evolve and become more intelligent and I think he does a great job of giving him a very powerful and interesting motivation. I think it is really exquisite of how he did that.

So in conclusion I really was surprised at how awesome this film turned out to be. I love the storyline in this film because it is probably my second favorite storyline of The planet of the apes franchise. I think Dawn of Planet of the Apes had the best storyline. Noah was a very emotional and interesting character to follow  in the film. He has a lot of Interesting and powerful moments. I also like how this movie had a few funny moments. But I also like how it was mostly serious. I think Proximous Caesar is probably up there with Dreyfus from Dawn Planet of the Apes as one of the best villains in the franchise. I Also Think Proximous Caesar is up there with The High Evolutionary from Guardian of the Galaxy Vol 3 as one of the best villains of the 2020s. I think this is one of my favorite films of the entire year and I think it's one of the best movies of the entire year. I highly recommend you go see this film in theaters especially if you like the Planet of The Apes Trilogy. I give this movie a 10/10.
