Here is My TV Show Review of Loki Season 2

Here is My TV Show Review of Loki Season 2

So basically what happens is that it takes place right after season one left off. You have Loki went to this alternate timeline to the time variance authorities and he tries to enlist the help of Mobius but this  Mobius does not remember him and the timeline branch of their falling apart. So Mobius decides have help of Oralboris or OB for short to fix the time variance authority Headquarters so they can fix the secret timeline so in order to do that then list the help of another Kang variant named Victor Timely and it's up to you Loki Mobius and Victor Timely and OB to fix the time variance authority and that is basically what the story is for this season. I have to say I like the first season but this one was a lot better because it gets Loki to develop more of the character.

Now the acting in the season believe it or not is even better than the acting and season one because in season one all the performances were amazing but here they all stepped in up a notch especially the new actors they got for the season.

Now Tom Hiddleston still knocks out the park as Loki. He still knows who the character is. He is still having a lot of fun. I think his performance may be even stronger than it was in season 1. Now Loki in the season 1 didn't want didn't want to help the time variance authorities but in this season evening he really wants to help and fix the secret timeline and restore it to the way it was. Also of his interactions between Sylvie, Ouroboros Are astounding. Probably the best moment was Loki is what he tries to get Mobius to remember Who he is and not only was it really Suspenseful but it may sense because this will be if it does not know who Loki is Because it's from a different timeline and it is probably the most shocking moment of the entire season. The chemistry between him and Ke Huy Quan, Tara Strong, Owen Wilson, Jonathan Majors, Sophia Di Martino is astounding.

Owen Wilson comes back as Mobius. I have to say I liked him in season one. I have to say he's even better this season than he was that season. Now the character of  Mobius Is very interesting because well I liked him and see the one I think he didn't even better in this season they wasn't answering it because in this season we found out that he  Just a ordinary guy who had a family and wanted to have a speedboat but unfortunately the TVA kidnapped him and forced him to work for them. Probably the best moment with Mobius is where he tells Loki to seek help from Oralborts and not only was it really interesting but it made sense because Loki kept on slipping between timelines. They need help to fix that and it's probably the most important moment of the entire season. The chemistry between him and Tom Hiddleston is tremendous.

Now let's talk about the newest character in this season Oralborts played by Short Round himself Ke Huy Quan and he did a magnificent job with his performance because you can tell he was having fun as the character. Also out of all of the characters in Loki Oralborts is probably my favorite character in the entire show because not only is he really funny but you kind of feel bad for him because later on he revealed that before he was kidnapped and forced to work for the time variance authority he was a writer who wrote a book and he fell in love with a woman but she left him so he had a very tragic backstory. He also wants to help Loki and Mobius fix the secret timeline and fix the TVA headquarters. Probably the best moment with Oralborers is what he meets Victor Timely for the first time he mentioned that he read his book and the two of them are just fan boying at one another and it's just some of the funniest moments in the show and not only was it really funny but it made sense because Oralborers was a big fan of Victor Timely. If it's probably the funniest moment of the entire season. The chemistry between him and Tom Hiddleston is extraordinary.

Tara Strong comes back to voice Miss Minutes. I have to say I liked her in the first season. I have to say she  plays a much stronger and more committed performance In this season than she did in season 1. No the character of Miss Minutes is very interested because in season 1 she wasn't really bad she was just neutral but in this season you could say she's kind of the The main villain in the season because she wants to destroy the sacred timeline and her backstory with he who remains how they used to be best friends and then she shot her out and decide to rule the second timeline on his own is very interesting and probably the best moment with Miss Minnes is where she is talking to Victor Timely and explaining that they used to be good friends until he shot her out and not only is it really intense. But it also gives Victor Timely a very interesting and Compelling backstory. It is probably the most powerful moment in this entire season. The chemistry between her and Tom Helston is wonderful.

However the absolute big standout of the entire season is Sophia Di Martino as Sylvie. Now Sylvie as a character I really enjoyed and see the one She was kind of low keys friend slash psychic and helper and that was very interesting but in this season you could say she's kind of a secondary villain because her motivation is that she wants to kill every Kang variant because she says none of them are good and they can't be trusted. The bonding she has with Loki is probably even stronger than it was in season 1. Probably the best moment with Sylvie is where she is chasing Victor Timely at the train station and not only was it a really good action sequence but it makes sense because she wants to accomplish her mission on killing every king variant across the multiverse and it is probably the most intense and nail biting moment of the entire season. The chemistry between her and Tom Hiddleston is astounding.

Jonathan Majors comes back this season as a new Kang variant named Victor Timely. Now well I like him in season one as He Who Remains. I have to say he is even better this season than in  season 1. Now Victor Timely as a character is very entertaining because despite being the least evil Kang variant he is still evil in a way because he Manipulates Loki,  and Oralboris to fix the sacred timeline in the time variance authority headquarters. Probably the best moment with Victor Timely is where he Is trying to fix the machine by going inside of it and well he is trying to do that he is trying to get to the end of the tunnel and get back in time so they can hit the switch to fix it unfortunately the radiation is too strong and Vector Timely gets turned to spaghetti which means he dies and not only was it really shocking but it made sense because They had to get in and out of the machine as fast as possible before the radiation kills them and it is probably the darkest moment in the entire season The chemistry between him and Tom Hiddleston is wonderful The rivalry between him and Loki is brilliant. I think Victor Timely is probably up there with  Oliver Quick from Saltburn as one of the best villains of 2023.

The directing by Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead Is wonderful because while like about their directing and that they give lucky more character development with his relationship with Sylvie his friendship with Mobiles and they actually make you feel bad for both Mobius and Oralboris because both of them had tragic backstory evolving their former lines being ruined by the TVA and I think it is really astounding of how they did that.

So in conclusion I really enjoyed this season because it had a lot more steaks to it. It was a lot more intense and it had a lot more emphasis on the Sylvie and Loki relationship. Also I did like the relationship between Victor Timely and Oralboris I thought that was really funny. They had some really funny interactions and Oralboris is my favorite character in this entire season and maybe of the entire Loki series. Sylvie's Valentine is also really interesting how she wants to kill all the Kang variance and that they're all evil none of them can be trusted Also Victor Timely is probably up there with Dracula from Renfield as one of the best villains of the 2020s. Now as much as I am praising this season there's one thing I do not like and that is the McDonald's product placement. I just thought it was really stupid but luckily they don't show it a lot but when it's there I'm like Marvel added it just for a product placement. But aside from that I think everything in this season is perfect. The performance of Miss Minute's backstory is very interesting. Pretty much everything else aside from that one problem is excellent. If you enjoy Loki Season 1 then I'm sure you're going to love this season. I give this season a 10/10.
