Here is My Movie Review of Getaway 

So basically what happened to that you have this guy name Brent Magna who is a former stuntman Then one day he find out that the wife is so he has to try to reconnect means this kid who he and then he tag along with so they can get horse to and that is all what the story is that the storyline of this movie is just Brent Magna and this kid trying to get his wife back They're this guy who threatens to kill her If he doesn't do as he has told and this is one of the most bland and dumbest storylines I have ever seen for a film Maybe not the dumbest but one of the dumbest movie story on the 2013. 

The acting in this movie is fine but I feel like some of it is just really flat and unmemorable. 

Now If I had to pick the best performance in the film I guess It would be Ethan Hawke as Brent Magna. l but it feels like Ethan Hawk is just going through the motions just not really just a fuck of what he's doing despite him  being the most entertaining part of the film It's not enough to redeem it. Also this is probably the worst film that Ethan Hawke had ever done and what is really disappointing is that Ethan Hawk is a tremendous actor He can play really interesting like Arthur Harrow in TV show MoonKnight because he gave a far better performance in that show they did this movie or if you look as his performance  Sheriff Jake in Strange Way of Life he gave a much more powerful and entertained performance That film as well him did in this.  But the character of Brent Magna is so unlikable and so boring because entire character of Brent Magna he wants to rescue his and he yells a lot that's It we only have a few of his wife at the beginning but that's really character development and he is probably one of those blandest main character developed you would ever see in a film. The chemistry between him and Selena Gomez, and John Voight is decent. 

Selena Gomez plays The Kid In the film. Now to be fair she is trying her best to give a great performance. But it just feels like she doesn ´ t know that want to do this and this is probably her worst character that she had ever played in a movie. I said about Ethan Hawke. Also really disappointed because Selena Gomez is a really great actress if you seen her in The Fundamental of Caring as the character of Dot because at least you can tell that she was having fun in the movie  as that character and she was actually to watch. But the character of the kid is everything I thought Kamala Khan/Miss Marvel was going to be in The Marvels because in this movie she is annoying because all she does yells about a lot of things and that yelling and freaking out about everything and she swears a lot is not that funny. I found that more funny in The Fundamentals Caring when Dot and Trevor saying a lot of raunchy jokes because it was wrong it to the story but this is just there for no reason ever also Her and Brent Magna don't get along because all they do It's just argue and yell at one another and this film get along it just seems very bland and when they and it just doesn't mean anything necessary to the audience It feels like it'll just in there because oh we need Two characters to get along. The chemistry between her and Ethan Hawke Is  really great. I do think they have pretty awesome chemistry with each other. 

John Voight Plays The Voice in the film. They got all the performances he gave the worst in filmed because he just is hamming it up. But not in a fun way like Gary Oldman was hamming  it up the fifth element and Zorg. It is more like in a bad way like Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Louthor in Batman versus Superman Dawn of Justice. But the character of The Voice is just a bland villain who wants to kill Brent Magna and The Kid and that's it  there is nothing else I can say about the character. The chemistry between him and Ethan Hawk is okay. The rivalry between him and Brent Magna and The Kid Is So and boring that did nothing I can say because it doesn't feel like they don't have a rivalry in the film. 

The directing by Courtney Solomon Is awful Because they're trying to make this move speed but the only difference being that speed was actually a really the movie film and you fell all the intense moments With this awesome. But I feel like you just wanted to make his own version of Speed and just make it very boring and boring and this is one of the most boring action Movies Ever made and he tried to put drama in the film. It really doesn't work so overall I didn't not like his directing whatsoever.

So in conclusion I hated this movie. I just think it's really bland and very boring. It is one of the worst films I have ever seen. But I have seen worst films Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad in those two films I hate way more than this but this one does come from 2016 Now the only positives I have to say about those I enjoyed the Christmas soundtrack It was really fun to listen to. Also both Selena Gomez and Ethan Hawke give decent Performances and they do have dent chemistry with one another But aside from those two things this movie is Very uninteresting and just a really bad rip off to Speed With Keanu Reeves. The only difference  is that was a really awesome and intense movie. But with this film it's just very dull and Not really interesting to watch. It is probably up there with The Host as one of the worst films of 2013. This is also up there with Death Note as one the worst films of the 2010s. I say just skip it and go watch The Fundamentals of Caring with Paul Rudd It is a lot more fun to watch and Selena Gomez give the way better performance than she did in this film. I give this movie a 2/10.
