Here is My TV Show Review of Marvel's What If...? Season 2

Here is My TV Show Review of  Marvel's What If...? Season 2

So basically what happens is that takes place right after season 1 left off you have the Watcher narrating about the multiverse and then you have Captain Peggy Carter who wants to be reunited with Steve Rogers But then she task to join the Avengers in 1601 to fight against Happy Hogan In the medieval times and then the watcher tasked her to take down Doctor Strange who wants to open a portal to bring back the love of his life Christine and It is up to Captain Peggy Carter and Kahhori to take down Supreme strange and save the multiverse and that's basically what the story is for this season.

Now the characters / voice acting in the season I have to say is really amazing. I have to say I think I like it better than season one because they introduce new characters and returning characters.

The Watcher comes back from season 1. I have to say he's still a tremendous character. He basically serves the same purpose as he did, that he watches over the multiverse and does show up later on as the season goes on. Probably the best moment with the watcher is when he tells Captain Peggy Carter that he can return her back to her universe and not only was it really emotional but it made sense because she really wanted to go back to her universe. It is one of the most powerful moment in this season. Jeffrey Wright comes back to voice the watcher and I had to say he did a magnificent job at the character.

Now when it was announced that Yon Rugg  was going to come back in the season I was not happy because Yon Rugg  is one of my least favorite Marvel Cinematic Universe villains he was really boring in Captain Marvel but I was pleasantly surprised of how this season utilized him he is a lot better written he is really funny and the twist he goes down in this season is a lot more believable than it was in Captain Marvel. Now in Captain Marvel Jude Law did not give a really great performance. He was really flat and boring but I have to say Jude Law actually gave a far better entertainment performance in this season. Probably the best moment with Yon Rugg is where he double crosses Nebula and is revealed that he was working with Nova Prime. Not only was it really intense but it made sense because he just pretended to ally with her just so he can lead the alien Invasion to Xender.

Nebula comes back in the show and she basically appears in the what if episode, what if Nebula joined the Nova corps and she's basically tasked to take down Nova Prime and prevent the aliens from attacking Xandar. Now Nebula´s personality in this season is basically how it is in the MCU. She doesn't take nonsense from anybody she wants to get the job done. Probably the best scene with nebula is where she is fighting Nova Prime and it is probably the best action sequence in this season because she wants to prevent the aliens from attacking Xandar. She is voiced by Karen Gilligan and she still does a tremendous job as the character.

Hank Pym comes back in the season. Now in the first season he was the villain in that season and he was Yellow Jacket trying to kill all the Avengers to avenge his daughter Hope. But in this season Hank Pym is The original Ant-Man and he wants to help Peter Quill fight against his evil dad Ego and save the universe. Probably the best moment with Hank Pym is where he gives Peter Quill a hug and not only was it really emotional but it makes sense because he really cares about him. Hank Pym is once again voiced by Michael Douglas and he still does a fantastic job as the character.

Scott Lang / Ant-Man comes back from season 1. I had to say well I liked him in that season. I have to say he is better in this season because he actually is Ant-Man in this season. Now the character of Scott Lang / Ant-Man is a relative The same he cracks a lot of jokes to really stress just like we did in Avengers End Game how when he's stressed out he makes funny comments or funny remarks too relieved his stress and it the same thing here he is still really funny and very entertained to watch. Probably the best moment with Scott Lang / Ant-Man is where he is fighting the destroyer and Making fun of it saying  it can't catch him and not only was it really funny but it made sense because he was Trying to avoid being blasted by the way there It is probably the funniest moment of the entire season.  Scott Lang / Ant-Man is voiced by Paul Rudd and he still does an outstanding job as  the character.

Now let's talk about the newest character in this whole season that is Kahhori. Now Kahhori as a character I have to say she was a really wonderful new character to the show she had the very first Native American MCU character. What makes  Kahhori Such a terrific character that she wants to Protector people from The Now  England settlers and this is really accurate to real life because Native Americans at that time had to fight against it the English to protect their land. Probably the best scene with Kahhori  Is where she and Captain Peggy Carter Are fighting against superior strange and not only was it really intense but it made sense because they had to stop him from destroying the multiverse it is probably the strongest moment of the entire season. Kahhori  is voiced by Devery Javobos. I have to say she still does a spectacular job as the character.

Hale Is introduced in this season. Now this is a very different interpretation of Hela because originally Hela was the main antagonist of Thor Ragnarok but in this season she is and still evil but she is the hero of her own story who is trained by the Ten rings to take down her father Odin. Probably the best moment with Hela is where she and Xu Wenwu Are drinking tea together and not only was it really emotional but it made sense because they really cared about each other. It is probably the most beautiful scene in the entire season. Much like her live-action counterpart Hela is voiced by Cate Blanchett and she still does an excellent job as the character.

Bill Foster / Goliath is introduced in this season. Now this is a very different variant of Bill Foster/Goliath from Ant-Man The Wasp because in that film he wasn't really evil he was just desperate to save his adopted daughter Ava Star from dying and he will do everything in his power to help her. Season he is the hero and he is a member of the Avengers. I find it funny that even in animation Hank Pym / Ant-Man and Bill Foster / Goliath still don't like each other they still don't get along. Probably the best moment with Bill Foster / Goliath is where he and Hank Pam / Ant-Man are comparing who has grown the biggest.  Not only was it really funny. It was a clever call back to  Ant-Man the Wasp where Scott Lang / Ant-Man and Bill Foster/Goliath did the same thing. Much like his live-action counterpart Bill Foster/Goliath is voiced by Lawrence Fishburne and he still does a spectacular job as the character.

Ego comes back from season 1. Now in season 1 he was a setup character. But in this season he's actually the main villain in the what if episode what if Peter Quill attacked earth's mightiest heroes. Now Ego´s motivation is exactly the same as it was in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2. He wants to extend himself to make everything he wants to have the universe all to himself and he wants his son Peter Quill to join him. Probably the best moment with ego And where he tells Peter Quill that he and the one who killed his mother and not only was it really intense but it is exactly how he Mentioned it to Peter Quill / Star Lord from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2. It is probably the most shocking moment of the entire season. Much like his live action counterpart Ego is voice by Kurt Russell and he still does an extraordinary job as the character.

Happy Hogan is introduced in this season. Now Happy Hogan appeared in the what if episode what if happy Hogan saved Christmas. Now Hogan is Happy Hogan as the character much like his live-action part is relatively the same because he is Tony Stark's best friend and he is tasked to save Christmas from Justin Hammer. Probably the best moment with Happy Hogan is where he turns into this Hulk-like character called The Frank and he fights Justin Hammer and not only was it really awesome but it made sense because he had to stop Justin Hammer from stealing all of Tony Stark's Iron Man suits. Much like his live action Counterpart Happy Hogan and voiced by John Favreau, I still think he does a marvelous job as the character.

Xu Wenwu Is introduced in this season. Now much like what I said with Hela this is a very different Interpretation of Xu Wenwu because originally he was the main antagonist of Shang Chi And the Legend of the Ten Rings. Now in this season he is Still a villain but he is also a anti-hero who wants to help  Hela defeat her dad Odin. Now unlike the rest of the characters who are voiced by their original  actors, Tony Leung did not come back to voice Xu Wenwu. Instead Xu Wenwu Is voiced by Feodor Chin. I have to say he still does a fantastic job as the  character that hints that he Kind of sounds like Tony Leung. Also I can understand why Tony Leung didn't come back he'll either busy doing another movie or TV show or he simply did not want to do it again and this is the case with a lot of actors they sometimes want to come back at the characters or they're just too busy to do it or they are done with a movie or TV show and want to do other things.

However the absolute big stand out of the entire season is Captain Peggy Carter. Now Captain Peggy Carter was a really emotional and awesome character from Season 1. But I have to say I like her better in this season because she had a really emotional character arc that she goes through. She wants to be reunited with The love of her life Steve Rogers and she wants to save the multiverse From Superior Strange. Probably the best moment with Captain Peggy Carter is where she tells Superior Strange that would this be something that Christine wants you to do and not only was it really emotional but But it makes sense because she wants the period street strange to stop destroying all life in the multiverse because it wouldn't bring Christine back to him. Now much like In season 1 she is once again voiced by Hayley Atwell and she does an excellent job as the character.

Justin Hammer is introduced in this season. Now Justin Hammer appears in the what if episode, what if happy helping save Christmas and his motivation is And relatively the same and it was in Iron Man 2 he wants to take over Stark Industries Make a lot of money and wants to show that he is more superior than Tony Stark / Iron Man. Probably the best moment with Justin Hammered where he donned the Hulkbuster armor and said " I am Santa Claus and not only was it  really funny but it made sense because he wants to show that he is better than Iron Man. Now much like his wife-action counterpart Justin Hammer is voiced by Sam Rockwell and I have to say he still does a tremendous job as the character.

Now let's talk about the big bad of the season. Now the big villain was infant Ultron from season 1 and he was a tremendous and terrifying villain. Now in this season Superior Strange is the big villain. In this season I have to say I like him  more than infant Ultron. Now Infinite Ultron with a fantastic villain. But what I like about Superior Strange and I hear they really awesome and interesting villain motivation is that he wants to go back to his universe and be reunited with the love of his life Christine who back in season 1 he's been trying to get back to ever since she died in that car accident. So he basically thinks if he conquers the multiverse it will bring her back. Probably the best moment with Superior Strange is the way it tells Captain Peggy Carter that he will go back to his universe she wants to be reunited with Christine and not only what it really emotional but it makes sense because that was his main goal In season 1 to bring her back and spend more time with her. Now much like His live-action counterpart he is voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch and I have to say he still does a tremendous job as the character.

Wanda Maximoff/The Scarlet Witch is introduced in this season. I have to say she was a brilliant new addition to the season. Now the character of Wanda Maximoff / the Scarlet Witch is relatively the same; she wants to fight against The Destroyer and Prince Happy Hogan. Probably the best moment with Wanda Maximoff / The Scarlet Witch is where She and the rest of the Avengers are fighting against Prince Happy Hogan and his crew and it is One of the best action sequences In the hall season and not only was it really intense but it made sense because they were trying to save their reality from Prince happy how good it's probably the strongest moment of the entire series. Now much like her live action kind of part she is voiced by Elizabeth Olsen and much like I said a lot of the times she knocks it out of the park as the character.

Bruce Banner / The Hulk comes back in the season. Now I liked him and see the one but I have to say I like him better in this season as well Because this isn't kind of fixes the problem what the Hulk has become in the MCU because he become way more to family-friendly and too happy. But I'm happy to say in this season he actually tragically causes chaos and he Is not played as a joke he is actually treated very seriously. Probably the best scene with Bruce Banner / the Hulk is where he says to Captain Peggy Carter that he doesn't want to help her because he doesn't want to turn into the Hulk but eventually he decides to turn to the Hulk too rescuer from Prince Happy Hogans Castle. Not only it was it really powerful but it made sense because he wants to control his emotions It's probably the saddest moment in the entire season Now much like his live action counterpart Bruce Banner / the Hulk is voiced by Mark Ruffalo and I have to say he still does a fantastic job as the character.

The directing by A.C Bradley Is Exquisite because I liked his directing in the first season but I had to say his directing in this season that's a very because he Brexit some of the old characters and introduces a lot of new characters to the season that got a lot of character development and I think it is really excellent of how he did that.

So in conclusion I think this season is a lot better than the one. Even though I enjoyed Season 1  I still think  I like this season more because you get a lot more characters and you get a much more interesting storyline than you get a really great big villain at the end of the season that being Superior Strange. I am so excited for season 3 and I highly recommend you watch the season especially if you enjoy season 1. I give this season a 10/10.

Here is My Movie Review of Palmer

Here is My Movie Review of Palmer

So basically what happenes is that you have this guy named Eddie Palmer Who has been in present for 12 years and he is been let out and he has determined to turn his life around and they can meet this boy Sam who At first he doesn't want to spend any time with but after his grandmother Vivian Passing away any Palmer is tasked to look after them they start to have a bond but Sam's mother Shelly wants him back and it is up to Eddie Palmer to protect Sam and turn his life around and that is basically what the story is for the film.

The acting in this movie is fantastic. I still think everyone does a terrific job as their characters.

However the absolut big standout of the entire film isJustin Timberlake as Eddie Palmer in the film. Now much like what I said in my review of The Farewell, this is a very different performance from Justin Timberlake because he  plays really funny or really down to earth characters but in this film he plays the character of Eddie Palmer. Surprisingly very serious and he does a spectacular job of doing it. What makes Eddie Palmer such a terrific character that you really feel bad for him because He has been in present for 12 years and wants to turn his criminal life behind and he really reminds me of Scott/Lang / Ant-Man from the Marvel Cinematic Universe because both characters were released from present and want to turn their lives around the difference in that Scott Lang/Ant-Man is a really funny and down to earth character. Well Eddie Palmer is very serious and doesn't crack any jokes. Probably the best scene with Eddie Palmer is where takes Sam away from his alcoholic mother Shelly and it not only was it really intense but it made sense because he didn't want to see Sam get abused by his parents. It is probably the most powerful moment in the entire film. The chemistry between him and Juno Temple, Ryder Allen, and Alisha Wainwright Is amazing.

Now for this being Ryder Allen´s very first movie he did. I have to say he still does a remarkable job as the character of Sam. What makes Sam such a really marvelous character is that you feel really bad for him because he has to live with his mother Shelly who constantly drinks and he really wants to have a  normal life. Probably the best moment with Sam is where he Tells his mother that she never really cared for him and he had to watch any power being taken Back to jail in the breaks down crying and not only was it really emotional but it made sense because they didn't want Eddie Palmer  to be taken away it is probably the saddest moment of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Justin Timberlake is exquisite.

Juno Temple Play Sam's mother Shelly. I have to say she still does a spectacular job as the character. Now the character of Shelly is really interesting because to say that she is deranged is too nice of a word to describe her. She has a lot of alcoholic addiction and mental issues and gets mad that her son is being taken away from her. Probably the best moment with Shelly is at the end of where she apologizes to Sam of the way she treated him and not only is it really emotional but it made sense because deep down she really loves her son and it is probably the second saddest moment in the entire film. The chemistry between her and Justin Timberlake is excellent.

Alisha Wainwright plays  Sam's teacher Maggie in the film. I have to say she still does an awesome job as the character. What makes Maggie such an incredible character is that you can see that she really cares for a student Sam and really wants him to be happy and to have a normal life. Probably the best moment with Maggie is when Eddie Palmer and Sam are at the bowling alley and they are having fun together and not only was it a really strong moment. But it made sense because you could tell that she really cares for students saying It is probably the most powerful moment in the entire film. The chemistry between her and Justin Timberlake is astonishing.

The directing by Fisher Stevens is wonderful because what I like about his directing is that Hey does a terrific job of tackling the subject of Turning in life around because if you go to jail and once you are relieved from there you have to get job and turn your life around to make your life better and I like how it takes it really seriously because being in jail is not a laughing matter you have to take the subject really seriously. I still think it is really outstanding of how he did that.

So in conclusion I still really enjoy the film. I still think the storylines are really powerful. Having Palmer try to reform and turn his life around is the strongest aspect of the film. The bonding between him and Sam is probably the best part of this entire film. I also like how even though this movie is not an A24 film. But at the same time it kind of is in A24 film because you have really powerful and emotional elements to it and a very fun and simple story to follow. This is probably up there with Swan Song as one of the most powerful and one of my favorite Apple TV plus films. Both Justin Timberlake and Ryder Allen Play off each other very well and you can tell that they were having fun as their characters.  Also this is probably up there with the tomorrow war with Chris Pratt as one of my favorite movies of 2021. It is one of the most powerful and beautiful films and it is the true art of cinema at its finest. I think if you enjoy really powerful movies like Cherry with Tom Holland then I'm sure you're going to like this one. I give this movie a 10/10.

Here is My Movie Review of Self/Less

Here is My Movie Review of Self/Less

So basically what happens is that you have this guy named Damian who is super rich and he is approached by this guy named Albright who asks him to sign this contract to have his business over to him So he can own the company and try to fix people who are dying but Damien refuses. Then one day he is at the restaurant. He Passes out. So Dr Francis Jensen decides to put him in an MRI machine and transfer his mind into a man's body. Then he wakes up and his name is Damien Hale and he finds out that he has this wife named Madeline that he never knew he had and he Have a daughter named Anna and he starts to bond with them but then he learns that Albright in his crew are trying to kill them so he has to do everything his power to protect his wife and daughter from being killed by Albright and his crew and it's up to  Damien Hale to protect his family and that is basically what the story is for this movie.

Now a lot of people say that the acting is Really bad but to be perfectly honest I 100% disagree with that statement. I think the worst acting in 2015 was accidental love because nobody gave any good performances. Well definitely I still think a lot of the actors are doing really Terrific job as  their characters.

However the absolute big standout of the entire film is Ryan Reynolds as young Damien Hale/Mark Bitwell. What makes young Damian Hale such a terrific character is that he really wants to protect his wife Madeline and  his daughter Anna from Dr Francis Jensen and his crew. Probably the best scene with young Damien Hale/Mark Bitwell Is where he is taking his medication and he is having PTSD and thinking of his deceased wife and daughter and not only is it really intense but it makes sense because he really misses them. It is probably the most disturbing scene in the entire film. The chemistry between him and Natalie Martinez, Matthew Goode, Victor Garber, and Jaynee Lynne- Kitchen Is still remarkable. This is probably Ryan Reynolds’s Must underrated performance he has ever done.

Natalie Martinez plays Young Damien Hae/Mark Bitwell’s wife Madeline In the film. I have to say she still does a spectacular job as the character. What makes Madeline such an excellent character is that  she wants to help Damien Hale/Mark Bitwell protect her and their daughter Anna from Dr Francis Jensen and his crew. Probably the best moment with Madeline Is where she and Damian Hale are escaping from Albright and his crew and not only is it really suspenseful but it makes it because they are trying to avoid being killed by him and his crew. It is probably the most intense scene of the film. The chemistry between her and Ryan Reynolds is marvelous.

Now for this being Jaynee Lynne- Kitchen’s very first film she did. I have to say she still does an astonishing job as The character of Anna. What makes Anna such an extraordinary character is that she really cares about her dad Damian Hale/Mark Bitwell really wants  to make him happy. Probably the best moment with Anna is when she and her dad Damien Hale/Mark Bitwell are in the swimming pool  together and not only was it really emotional but it makes sense because they  really care about each other. It is probably the most beautiful scene in the entire film. The chemistry between her and Ryan Reynolds is magnificent.

Victor Garber plays Martin in the film. I have to say he still does an amazing job as the character. What makes Martin such an Incredible character is that he really wants to help Damien Hale/Mark Bitwell and Madeline and their daughter Anna from Dr Francis Jensen and his crew. Probably the best Moment with Martin is where he tells Damien Hale/Mark Bitwell that he and his family have to leave his property and not only was it really intense but it made sense because he didn't want anyone to find out what happened to his real son because he was made in a lab It is probably the darkest moment in the film. The chemistry between him and Ryan Reynolds is outstanding.

Matthew Goode plays Dr Francis Jensen in the film. I have to say he still does an astonishing job as the character. What makes Dr Francis Jensen such a incredible villain is that his motivation makes sense he wants to kill Damien Hale/Mark Bitwell So he can regain youth and this is what he has been doing to the people he experiments on he transferred them into young bodies and then killed them and take their blood DNA so he can regain give and stay young forever and slow down his aging process. Not to mention Dr Francis Jensen is a villain that you just love to hate and you really want something bad happen to him and something bad does happen to him Damien Hale/Mark Bitwell Kill him by setting him on fire with a flamethrower. Probably the best moment with Dr Francis Jensen is where he tells Damien Hale/Mark Bitwell Kill That if he He kills him He ends up killing himself because he would relapse because he doesn't have his medication with him and not only was it really intense but it made sense because Damien Hale/Mark Bitwell  needs his medication to stay alive. This is probably up there with Hugh Jackman's performance as Vincent Moore from Chappie and one of the most underrated villain performances. The rivalry between him and Damien Hale/Mark Bitwell  Is tremendous. The chemistry between him and Ryan Reynolds is astounding.

The directing by Tarsem Singh Is really entertaining because while I walk about his directing that he does a really exquisite job of discussing the subject of the future of technology because in real life technology is  Evolving really fast we have self-driving cars, we have Streaming services, and we also have  robots doing stuff in Japan. I still think it is really amazing how he did.

So in conclusion I don't think this is as bad as the why people say is there are four worst movies then just this one like Suicide Squad from 2016 and Surf's Up 2 wave Mania from 2017 those two films are way more unwatchable than this one. I still think it is one of the most underrated movies of all time. A lot of people seem to either don't talk about it as much or just say it is a bad film. I still think this is the most underrated Ryan Reynolds film. I still think this is up there with Chappie as one of the most underrated films of 2015. I still think more people should give this a watch before calling it one of the worst films of all time or one of the worst films of 2015. Also if you like Ant-Man with Paul Rudd then I'm sure you'll like this one. I give this movie a 10/10.
