Here is My Movie Review of Sisu

So basically What happens is that you have this guy named Antami Korpi Who is a gold miner during the end of World War II and then you have this guy named Bruno Helldorf and his crew who steal his gold and is up to Antami Korpi To take revenge on Bruno Helldorf and kill him and his crew to get his gold back. That is basically what the story is for this movie. 

The acting in this movie is terrific. I still  think everyone does a great job of playing the characters and you can tell that they are having fun in their roles. I also think that this film is probably up there with Guardian of the Galaxy Vol 3 at one of the best acted films of 2023.

However the absolute big standout of the entire movie is Jorma Tommila as Antami Korpi. Now Antami Korpi as a character because he wants revenge on Bruno Helldorf and his crew for stealing his Gold and he also wants to protect his dog from being killed by the Nazis and this character arc that Antami Korpi Have is probably one of the best character arcs of 2023 because it shows how tough and determine he has to get his gold back and kill all the Nazis. The scene where Antami Korpi Chasing after the Nazis on the on his horse is not only a really powerful and awesome action sequence by make sense because he wants revenge on the Nazis for stealing his gold. It is probably one of the most entertaining and nail binding moments of the entire film. Also you can tell that Jorma Tommila was having a lot of fun in this movie. The chemistry between him and Jack Doolan, Aksel Hennie Is marvelous. 

Jack Doolan plays Wolf In the film. I have to say he still does a spectacular job as this character Now the character of Wolf Is tremendous because wants to help his boss Bruno Helldorf kill Antami Korpi and keep his Gold all to themselves. The scene were Wolf and his boss Bruno Helldorf hang Antami Korpi and leaving him to die they can keep the gold to themselves and not Not only is it really disturbing and really chilling but makes sense because they don't want Antami Korpi to ruin any more of their plans So they can keep all the gold to themselves and kill and many people as they can. It is probably the most horrifying scene of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Jorma Tommila Is really remarkable. The rivalry between him and Antami Korpi Is incredible. 

Aksel Hennie plays Bruno Helldorf In the film. I have to say he still does a tremendous job as the character. Now Bruno Helldorf as a  villain Is tremendous because his motivation is really simple because he wants to kill Antami Korpi so he can keep all the gold for himself and he doesn't care that his crew get killed by Antami Korpi because you want to kill him on his own so that really shows how thick and Twisted he is adding character the fact that he doesn't care if his team gets killed. The scene where Bruno Helldorf Tell this crew to release the dog it's not only really dark end suspenseful moment but it makes sense because he wants Antami Korpi to brutally killed so he can have all the gold to himself. The chemistry between him and Jorma Tommila Is spectacular. 

However the best thing about the film is The directing by Jalmari Helander Because what I love about his directing that he does a glorious job of capturing the dark and depressing times of World War II because The Nazis killing innocent people and they didn't care who they had to kill a lot of people get their job done. I also like how he doesn't pull back on the violence he shows everything because this film is really bloody Because there are people who get violent axed in the head. I also like how he gives Antami Korpi and really powerful and interesting character Arc because he wants to get revenge on the Nazis for stealing his gold and protect his dog From the Nazis. I think it is really incredible how he did that.

So in conclusion i still really enjoying this film because of the storyline revolving around Antami Korpi getting revenge on the Nazis for stealing his gold and having it take place around World War II is a brilliant idea in the film execute sent perfectly. I also like how the film does not hold back with its violence is definitely up there with Renfield with Nicolas Cage as one of the most gory films of 2023. Also the performances are really terrific because the tooth stand out performances are Jorma Tommila and Jack Doolan because both actors do a glorious job and the characters and both of them play off each other perfectly. I still think this film is up there with the boogeyman 2023 with David Dastmalchian Add one of the most underrated films of 2023. I highly recommend you watch the film especially if you like the John Wick films with Keanu Reeves then I'm sure you're going to like this one as well. I give this film a 10/10.
