Here is My Movie Review of Sisu

So basically What happens is that you have this guy named Antami Korpi Who is a gold miner during the end of World War II and then you have this guy named Bruno Helldorf and his crew who steal his gold and is up to Antami Korpi To take revenge on Bruno Helldorf and kill him and his crew to get his gold back. That is basically what the story is for this movie. 

The acting in this movie is terrific. I still  think everyone does a great job of playing the characters and you can tell that they are having fun in their roles. 

However the absolute big standout of the entire movie is Jorma Tommila as Antami Korpi. What makes Antami Korpi such a fantastic character is that Have a really great motivation because he wants revenge on Bruno Helldorf and his crew for stealing his Gold. Probably the best moment with Antami Korpi Is when he sees his horse being killed by Bruno Helldorf and his crew and he gets revenge on them by throwing landmines at them which explodes and kills most of them. Not only was it really Powerful but it makes sense because he would revenge on them for killing his horse. It is probably the most intense moment of the film. The chemistry between him and Jack Doolan, Aksel Hennie Is marvelous. 

Jack Doolan plays Wolf In the film. I have to say he still does an awesome job as the character. What makes Wolf such a great secondary villain and that he basically wants to help his boss Bruno Helldorf kill Antami Korpi and keep his Gold all to themselves. Probably the best thing with Wolf is where he and his boss Bruno Helldorf hang Antami Korpi. Leaving him to die They can keep the gold to themselves and not only was it a really dark moment but it makes sense because they don't want Antami Korpi to run any more of their plans. It is probably the most disturbing scene of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Jorma Tommila Is really remarkable. The rivalry between him and Antami Korpi Is incredible. 

Aksel Hennie plays Bruno Helldorf In the film. I have to say he still does a tremendous job as the character. What makes  Bruno Helldorf  Such a awesome villain is that he has really great and simple motivation because all he wants to do is to kill Antami Korpi and keep his gold all to himself.  Also Bruno Helldorf  Is really fun to hate because you really want him to die and he does die by being tied to Nuclear bomb and being flown out of the plane and then It lands in the water and it explodes and kills him. The rivalry between him and Antami Korpi  Is really excellent. The chemistry between him and Jorma Tommila Is spectacular. 

The directing by Jalmari Helander Is really incredible because what I like about his directing Is that he  does a great job of Tackling the subject of World War II because in real life World War II with a really dark time in history because the Nazis killed millions of people Because all they Did was cause violence and brutal death to millions of innocent people. I think it is really astounding how it kept the subject really serious and really accurate to real world history. 

So in conclusion I still really enjoyed the film because it had a really great and action packed and simple adventure and I also like how the film did not pull back with the violence because there is a lot of blood in this movie and it reminds me of the gore in Renfield. This is still up there with Beast of No Nation with Idris Elba and one of my favorite war films. I also think this is also up there with Guy Ritchie´s The Covenant with Jake Gyllenhaal as one of the best films of 2023. I still think more people should watch the film especially if you like The Catcher Was A Spy with Paul Rudd. I give this movie a 10/10.
