Here is My Movie Review of A Trip to The Moon

Here is My Movie Review of A Trip to The Moon

So basically what happens is that you have the president having this idea To take a trip to the moon, so he decides to have Five Astronomers go to the moon and they go to the moon and they have to get back to earth and that is basically what the story for this film.

Now Usually I'll be talking about acting. but this time I'm going to do something a little bit different. This time I'm going to be doing a film history about how the film influenced  film directors to make movies.

What I like about this movie is that it really inspired a lot of film directors to pursue their dreams of making films. I also like the film Inspired Martin Scorsese to make the film Hugo from 2011 because that film teaches you how to follow your dreams and tell you that anything is possible when you put your mind through it. Something that is really incredible about this movie is that the movie is based off of Georges Mellies’s Book of the same name and it's sequel Around The Moon. Something Is really remarkable about this film is that even though this film has no dialogue but Georges Mellies was still able to give us really great characters and these characters have a very simple motivation they all want to go to the moon but once they get to the moon they find these weird creatures that try to kill them and they try to escape and they take one of the creatures back to Earth a very simple concept that works surprisingly well. Probably the best part of the film is that just by having No CGI because this was way before CGI was used in films and TV shows they have to rely on practical effects and the special effects in this film still look tremendous.

So in conclusion this is a really inspiring film and I like how it inspired other filmmakers to To follow their dreams and pursue the art of making films. what is really interesting is how the film builds up the trip to the moon and once the characters get to the moon That's where the film goes from great to terrific. I also like how the film takes this time and not rushes Because you want the audience to be with the characters and not be oversaturated with a lot of rushed moments so I give the film major props for that. I give this movie a 10/10.
