Here is My Movie Review of 127 Hours

Here is My Movie Review of 127 Hours

So basically what happens is that it tells the real life story of famous mountain climber Aron Ralston who fell into the Blue John Canyon and got his arm stuck in between the rock and he has to do everything in his power to try to survive and get  out of the canyon. That is basically what the story is for this movie.

The acting in this movie is still really terrific. But much like what I said in my other reviews of these movies that only feature one actor, I really don't have much to say about the acting.

James Franco plays Aaron Ralston and I have to say he still does an outstanding job as this character. What makes Aaron Ralston such a really sympathetic character is that all he wants to do is to get out of the canyon. Probably the darkest moment of the whole film is near the end where Aaron Ralson cut his whole arm off to get out of the canyon and you can see the pain he is going through because as he is doing it he actually screaming in pain because of how painful the process of cutting off your own arm with a knife and wires. It is probably the darkest moment in the entire film. This is probably Up there with Robert Redford´s performance as Our Man  All Is Lost as one of my favorite solo performance.

The directing by Danny Boyle Is still excellent. What I like about his directing is that he kept it really accurate to the real life events of Aaron Ralston Because in 2003 he really did get stuck in the Blue John Canyon. I still think it is really awesome how I did that.

So in conclusion I still really enjoyed this movie. I still think this is the most accurate biopic movie ever made. I still think this is up there with Buried with Ryan Reynolds as one of my favorite solo acting movies. I still think If you enjoy the movie Zodiac with Jake Gyllenhaal you might like this as well. I give this movie a 10/10.
