Here is My Movie Review of Werewolf by Night

Here is my Movie Review of Werewolf by Night

So basically what happens is they have Jack Russell and he has been hunting and killing monsters for a very long time And he has been recruited by this woman named Vanessa Bloodstone to participate in the hunt for the Bloodstone. But then he finds out that Verussa Bloodstone had other plans and it's up to Jack Russell to take down Verussa Bloodstone and control his powers of turning until his werewolf farm and find his friend Ted aka Man Thing and that is basically what the story is for this movie.

The acting in this movie is still really amazing but the thing is much like I said in other movies I have reviewed. I don't have much to say about the cast in this movie because there were only really three actors in this entire film. But that being said all three actors give it they're all in terms of giving great performances.

Gael Garcia Bernal still Does a awesome job as the character of Jack Russell. What makes Jack Russell Such a interesting character is that All he wants to do is to find the Bloodstone and be reunited with his best friend Ted/man thing. Probably the best moment in the film is when he turns into the werewolf and when he turns into the Werewolf the CGI to bring the Werewolf to life looks astonishing. The chemistry between him and Laura Donnelly and Harriet Sansom Harris is still awesome.

Laura Donnelly Still does a tremendous job as the character of Elsa Bloodstone. What makes Elsa Bloodstone such a great character and that she basically wants to help Jack Russell find the Bloodstone and find his friend Ted/Man Thing and the Royalty between her and Jack Russell is the strongest aspect of the film. The chemistry between her and Gael Garcia Bernal is still  astounding.

However the absolute stand out of the entire movie is Harriet Sansom Harris as Verussa Bloodstone. Verussa Bloodstone, such a terrific villain in that she really has an understandable motivation is that she wants to finish the job that her husband Ulysses Bloodstone never got to fish and that is to harness the power of the Bloodstone. Probably the best moment with Verussa Bloodstone uses the Bloodstone to attack Jack Russell where he becomes the Werewolf. It is probably the best file battle MCU Phase 4. The rivalry between her and Jack Russell is still excellent. Verussa Bloodstone's death in this movie is probably the most gruesome on screen death in the entire faithful of the MCU Basically the way she dies is that Man Thing picks her up and take away all her powers she explodes and he throws her into the coffin. The chemistry between her and Gael Garcia Bernal  is still really amazing.

Ted/ Man Thing in this movie and he is a really interesting character. The bonding between him and Jack Russell is  probably some of the sweetest moments in the entire film. The CGI to bring Man Thing to life is astonishing.

The directing by Michael Giacchino is terrific. What I like about his directing is that he basically pays almost to own 1950s horror monster movies. I although like how he makes Jack Russell accurate to the comic books because in the comics Jack Russell becomes the Werewolf. I still think it was very interesting how did that.

So in conclusion I still really enjoyed this movie. I thought Verussa Bloodstone worked very well as the main villain of the movie. The CGI and special effects were very great and probably one of the best special effects that I have seen in phase 4  of the MCU. I hope to see more of Jack Russell and Man Thing in future MCU projects. I also like how this movie felt like a movie directed by Tim Burton because It has that dark tone it has throughout the movie. I still think more people should watch this movie. Especially if you liked the movie Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special. I give this movie a 10/10.

Here is My Movie Review of Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special

Here is my Movie Review of Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special

So basically what happens is that it is Christmas time and you have the Guardians celebrating Christmas. But Star Lord is still very depressed after the love of his life Gomorrah has died. The Mantis gets the idea of giving Star Lord the best Christmas ever by going to earth with Drax to find Kevin Bacon and bring him to space to make Starlord happy. That is basically what the story is for this movie.

The acting in this movie is still really great. A lot of the acting is tremendous.

Chris Pratt plays Star-Lord in this movie and he still does a great job . Now Starlord isn't in this movie as much. But for what he does have you really feel bad for him because he is still moaning over the death of Gamora who he really loved. Probably the funniest moment in this movie is where the band 89 which in this movie they are portrayed as aliens and they sing the song I don't know what Christmas is and Star Lord he's gay annoying because gets everything wrong about Christmas in the song. It's just really funny just to watch Star-Lord's reactions to the whole thing. The chemistry between him and Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Sean Gunn, Pom Klementieff, Dave Batista, and Kevin Bacon is still really amazing.

Vin Diesel voices Groot in this movie and much like all his other MCU appearances he still does a spectacular job voice in the character. Probably the best moment with Groot in this movie is where he pushes the cart that has Kevin Bacon all wrapped up in wrapping paper and it is probably the best moment in this movie. The chemistry between him and Chris Pratt is still awesome.

Sean Gunn plays Kraglin In this movie and he doesn't have much to do in this movie. But for what he has he is still very entertaining as this character. Probably my favorite moment with Kraglin is when he talks to Kevin Bacon about what's like being out of space That's probably one of the most emotional moments of this entire movie.

Bradley Cooper voices Rocket Raccoon in this movie. Much like with his other MCU projects Bradley Cooper is still very funny as Rocket Raccoon. Probably the funniest moment is where he is trying to teach Cosmo the dog how to use her telepathic abilities. The chemistry between him and Chris Pratt is still great.

Dave Batista is just as entertaining and Really funny as Drax. Also, much like I said with Bradley Cooper as Rocket Raccoon Dave Batista is still really funny and really entertaining as Drax. Probably the funniest moment in the film is where Drax throws Mantis over the fence and what makes it so funny is that he throws her over the fence before she even finishes her sentences and it was just really funny to watch that. The chemistry between her and Chris Pratt is still really amazing.

Pom Klementieff absolutely nails it as a Mantis. Not only is she really funny but she also is very sympathetic because she wants to give Starlord the best Christmas ever and she'll do anything in her power to make him happy and I still think that is the strongest aspect of this entire film. The Twist revealed that her and Star-Lord brother and sister is a very interesting twist that I predict that's going to play a big role in going to the Galaxy Vol 3. The chemistry between her and Chris Pratt is still really astounding.

Kevin Bacon in this movie he essentially played himself throughout this entire movie. I have to say out of all the characters in this movie. He is probably the funniest character in this film. I just like how Kevin Bacon just wants to be left alone but Drax and Mantis keep following him. My favorite moment is when he first meets Drax and Mantis  he just freaks out because they're not human they're actually aliens then his reaction is very funny. another moment that I found funny is where Kevin Bacon said is that a talking raccoon ?¨ Then Rocket Raccoon says  I'm going to kill you. Probably the funniest moment between him and Drax and Mantis is where he reveals to them that he is an actor and their reactions are really funny because they thought he was Ren McCormake from Footloose. But he told them that he's just an actor. The character is not real. It is just him playing a character and It was just really funny to see their reactions to the whole thing. The chemistry between him and Chris Pratt is still really awesome. Fun fact this is Kevin Bacon's second appearance in a Marvel property because the first Marvel related thing that he was in was he played the main antagonist  Sebastian Shaw from X-Men First Class.

The directing by James Gunn is still very remarkable. What I like about his directing and that he does a tremendous job of developing the relationship between Star-Lord and Mantis. I  still think it is really astonishing how he did it. looking forward to how he is going to direct Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 next year. I hope the movie mainly focused on Star-Lord and Manchester developing more of their relationship.

So in conclusion I still really enjoyed this movie. I still think it is really funny but I did still think that the strongest aspect of this entire movie is the emotional stuff but between Mantis and Star Lord. I'm looking forward to Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3. I still think if you enjoy the Guardians of the Galaxy movies or if you enjoy the movie Werewolf by Night you would definitely enjoy this. I give this movie a 10/10.

Here is My Movie Review of Green Room

Here is My Movie Review of Green Room

So basically what happens is that you have this Puck Rock band and they are performing at this Nazi bar But then the band  gets stuck in this green room and they witnessed a murder so they have to do everything in their power to try to get out of the green room and that is basically what the story is for this movie.

Now the acting in the movie Is terrific. I still think everyone does a great job as The characters.

Anton Yelchin plays Pat In this movie. I have to say he still does a fantastic job as the character of Pat. What makes Pat such a sympathetic character is much like him and The rest of the band wants to get out of the green room. Probably in the best moment with Pat is where he and the band Are stuck in the green room and they trying To keep the door open so Darcy Banker doesn't come in but unfortunately Pat gets his arm cut open really bad and not only was it really intense but it made sense because he was screaming in pain because his arm was gushing blood. It is probably the most intense moment in the film. The chemistry between him and Imogen Poots, Aila Shawkat, Joe Cole,  and Patrick Stewart is still great.

Imogen Poots plays The character of Amber. I have to say that the character of Amber is really interesting because much like the rest of the band, she just wants to get out of the green room. Find the best scene with Amber is where she is getting attacked by the dog and she tries to fight it off and not only was it really intense but it made sense because She didn't want to be killed by it. It is probably the most disturbing moment in the entire film. The relationship between her and Pat is the strongest aspect of the entire film. The chemistry between her and Anton Yelchin is still really tremendous.

Aila Shawkat plays the character of Sam. I have to say she does a remarkable job playing the character. What makes Sam such an interesting character Now much like the rest of the band she wants to get out of the Green Room. Probably the best moment with Sam is When she sacrifices herself so the team can't escape from the Neo-Nazis and not only was it really emotional but it made sense because they didn't want to be killed by them. And then probably the most powerful moment in the film. The chemistry between her and Antonio is still interesting. I could tell that the two actors were having fun with their characters.

Joe Cole plays Reece In the film. I have to say he still does a terrific job as this character. What makes Reese Such an incredible character is that he much like the rest of the band wants to get out of the green room. Brian the best moment with race is where he's talking to Pat tell him to become and relax and telling him everything going to be okay not only was it really emotional but it made sense because he and the rest of the band will get out of the green room alive. It probably was a must strongest moment in the film. The chemistry between him and Anton Yelchin is phenomenal

However the absolute standout of the entire film is Patrick Stewart Darcy. Now much like what I said in my Breaking News in Yuba County review with Awkwafina. This is a really different performance for Patrick Stewart because he usually plays really nice and calm characters but in this movie he basically plays a villain who is a Nazi. I still find it really interesting. What makes Darcy Baker such an interesting villain Is that he has a really great but simple motivation because he wants to cover up the crimes that his crew has made. Probably the best moment with Darcy Banker And when he tells the band to give him the gun then he will let them out and not only was it really suspenseful but it made sense because he gave them an option if they give him the gun they get to leave. It is probably the most disturbing scene in the entire film. Also Darcy Banker is probably the one the best of the 2010s. Probably the best moment with Darcy in this movie is when he went up on the stage to make a speech in the bar. It is probably the best moment in the entire film. Now is he the best villain from A24? Well he is the best second A24 villain. The best A24 villain is Joy Wang/Jobu Tupaki from Everything Everywhere All at Once The rivalry between him and Pat is still interesting. The chemistry between him and Anton Yelchin is really awesome.

Now the directing by Jeremy Saulnier is really remarkable. What I like about his directing that he does a great job of capturing the claustrophobia of being stuck somewhere What is really scary that some people actually get stuck somewhere in the actuy start game anxiety and panic attacks because they're worried that they might not get out of that place. I still think it is really interesting of how I did that.

So in conclusion I still really enjoyed the film. I still think the storyline is really interesting with this band trapped in this Neo Nazi bar. I also still think that the chemistry between the band and the strongest aspect of the film. Patrick Stewart as Darcy Baker is probably my favorite performance in the entire film and he is probably up there with Ian McKllen's performance as Magneto in the excellent films as one of the best villain performances. This is still up there with the Lighthouse as one of my favorite A24 films. I still think if you enjoy the movie A Ghost Story with Casey Affleck. I'm sure you'll like this one. I give this movie a 10/10.

Here is My Movie Review of Jonah Hex

Here is My Movie Review of Jonah Hex

So basically what the movie centers around is that it tells the origin story of Jonah Hex how he had to watch Burke and Quentin Turnbull kill his entire family. So he decides to get revenge on Burke and Quentin Turnbull for killing his entire family. then you have Burke and Quentin Turnbull wanting to build a weapon to kill the US government so they can see his control over the city. It is up to Jonah Hex to take down Quentin Turnbull and Burke and save the city and that's basically what the story is for this movie.

Now the acting in this movie I don't think is as bad as the other people make it out to be. I still think most of the actors are doing a great job and their characters you can tell they are having fun in their roles.

Now Let's talk about Josh Brolin as Jonah Hex. You know everyone knows him as Thanos from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Also a lot of people know him as Cable in Deadpool 2. But I have to say I  still don't think he is that bad as Jonah Hex. I do think he does a great job as the character. What makes Jonah Hex such an interesting character that all he wants to do is to get revenge on Quentin Turnbull and Burke for killing his entire family. Also I don't mind the makeup on Josh Brolin's face I do think it looks accurate to the comics. Fun fact Josh Brolin would go on to play two Marvel villains He would go on to play Thanos in Guardians of the Galaxy to Avengers Endgame. He would eventually go on to play Cable from Deadpool 2. The chemistry between him and Michael Fassbener, Megan Fox, and John Malkovich is still really terrific.

Megan Fox in this movie is rather decent and the character of Lilah Black. But the character of Lilah Black is rather bland; she just serves as Jonah Hex's love interest in the film. She kind of suffers the same problem as Blake Lively did Ryan Reynolds wife in Green Lantern wear her character much like Megan Fox's character in this movie is just the main characters love interest but I think Green Lantern did the romance between Green Lantern and Carol Feris was done a lot better because I actually bought that chemistry for the most part in that film. I just didn't really care for the romance between Jonah Hex's and Lilah Black. I would say that Josh Brolin and Megan Fox did work well together in this movie. I still think that chemistry was pretty good.

Michael Fassbener in this movie plays Burke In the film. I still think Michael Fassbener  still does a spectacular job as the character of Burke. What makes Burke such an interesting villain is that he basically wants to help Quentin Turnbull kill the US government and take over the city. Probably my favorite moment with Burke is at the very beginning with his boss Quentin Turnbull and he burns down Jonah Hex´s house and kills his entire family and not only is it really dark but definitely sets the tone of this movie very well. fun fact Michael Fassbender would eventually go on to play Magneto in X-Men First Class. The chemistry between him and Josh Brolin is still really amazing.

However the absolute standout of the entire movie is John Malkovich as the character of Quentin Trunbull. What makes Quinton Turnbull such a tremendous villain is that he really has a really understandable motivation. He wants revenge on Jonah Hex for  killing his son. I still think this is the most underrated DC movie villain performance.  I could tell John Malkovich was having fun in the role. His death is still really excellent. I also still think he is one of the most underrated movie villains of the 2010s.  The rivalry between him and Jonah Hex is still excellent. The chemistry between him and Josh Brolin is still remarkable.

The directing by Jimmy Hayward is still really interesting. What I like about his directing is that he does a great job of getting the origin of Jonah Hex accurate to the comic books as possible. I still think it is really interesting how he did that.

So in conclusion I don't think this is the worst superhero movie ever made. I still think movies like Fantastic Four 2015 and Batman versus Superman Dawn of Justice are even worse than this movie because at least with this movie it's very entertaining and it has way better written villains than Fantastic 4 2015 and Batman Versus Superman Dawn of Justice. I still think this is Josh Brolin's most underrated movie that he has done. I still think more people should re-watch this movie before calling it a piece of garbage movie. I give this movie a 10/10.

Here is My Movie Review of Other Side of the Box

Here is My Movie Review of Other Side of the Box

So basically what happens  it is Christmas time and you have this couple spending time together on Christmas. until they get the present from their old friend named Shawn. They open the box But then they find out that there's nothing in it nut they realize there's something sinister inside the box so they have to do everything in their power too find out what it wants from them. That is basically what the story is for this movie.

Now the acting, like I have said multiple times in other reviews, I don't have much to say because it's movie doesn't really have a lot of characters so it only has 4 actors in the entire movie but I still think they all give great performances.

Nick Tag plays the main character Ben in this movie. been in the character who is very paranoid about this box and he doesn't know what is in the box. He thinks it will lead to horrible things happening and you understand why he is so concerned about what's in this box. Probably the most suspenseful scene is where he gets a flashlight and tries to see what is inside the box. The relationship between him and his wife Rachel is so tremendous. The chemistry between him and Teagan Rose,  Josh Schell, and Tyler Poschop is still really excellent.

Josh Schell is not in the movie a whole lot but I still think for what he does have he does a pretty great job as the character of Shawn. Shawn basically gives expeditions explaining what the note says on the box of what to do and that's basically all he does in the film again not a huge part but I did think he is a decent character.

But the absolute standout in the entire movie is Teagan Rose as the character of Rose. Rose much like her husband Ben is really concerned about what the box really holds and you can just see The Terror in our eyes she is worried that this box may hold a demon or a evil spirit and the religion between her and her husband been is the strongest aspect of the film.

Tyler Poschop plays the man in the box and he does a tremendous job at the character. What makes him so scary is that he doesn't really talk much in the film he said they feel worthy just looking at the main characters and it is really creepy and it proves that you don't really have to have a villain that talks that much and they can just be intimidating with their body language or with just their eyes. The rivalry between him and Ben and Rose is still really awesome. The chemistry between him and Nick Tag, Teagan Roes is still really  amazing.

The directing by Cabeb J. Phillips Is really interesting because this movie is only 15 minutes long but yet he makes It really interesting with a very simple story and What I like about it is that It takes place during Christmas  I like how he did that because they're not really a lot of Christmas horror movies out there now there are a few but a lot of them take place around Halloween.  I still think it is really interesting how he did that.

So in conclusion I still really enjoyed this movie. I still take the story well and the story was really interesting and really fun to follow. I also like how this movie is not really an A24 film but yet it feels like an A24 film because of the simple story. I think more people should watch this movie especially if you like movies with one or a few actors like Buried with Ryan Reynolds. I give this movie a 10/10.
