Here is My Movie Review of Green Room

Here is My Movie Review of Green Room

So basically what happens is that you have this Puck Rock band and One day they are bored and don't know what to do so they decide to go to this bar and the audience wants them to play this very offensive song but they don't want to but then they find out this is a neon Nazi bar and they get locked in a Green Room and then there's this guy named Darcy Baker  Who wants to cover up his crimes by his followers by using his son to run his drug trade and then The band has to find a way to get out of the green room and take down Darcy Baker and that's basically what the story is for the film now the storyline this film is very interesting because the about a Band who is stuck at green room and they had to figure out way out and what the concept like that how the line potential and the film does the exit drama executes and computing that concept

Now The acting in this movie is really incredible because I still think they do a terrific job as the characters that you can tell everyone is having fun in the film. I still think the film is up there with I Saw The TV Glow as one of the best acted A24 films. There's movies probably up there with us

Anton Yelchin plays Pat In this movie. I have to say he still does a fantastic job as the character of Pat. Now Pat as a Interesting character is much like him and The rest of the band wants to get out of the green room. Probably in the best moment with Pat is where he and the band Are stuck in the green room and they trying To keep the door open so Darcy Banker doesn't come in but unfortunately Pat gets his arm cut open really bad and not only was it really intense but it made sense because he was screaming in pain because his arm was gushing blood. It is probably the most disturbing moment in the film. The chemistry between him and Imogen Poots, Aila Shawkat, Joe Cole,  and Patrick Stewart is still Magnificent

Imogen Poots plays The character of Amber. I have to say that the character of Amber is really incredible because much like the rest of the band, she just wants to get out of the green room. Find the best scene with Amber is where she is getting attacked by the dog and she tries to fight it off and not only was it really intense but it made sense because She didn't want to be killed by it. It is probably the most disturbing moment in the entire film. The relationship between her and Pat is the strongest aspect of the entire film. The chemistry between her and Anton Yelchin is still really tremendous.

Aila Shawkat plays the character of Sam. I have to say she does a remarkable job playing the character. Now Sam as a character Is remarkable because much like the rest of the band she wants to get out of the Green Room. Probably the best moment with Sam is When she sacrifices herself so the team can't escape from the Neo-Nazis and not only was it really emotional but it made sense because they didn't want to be killed by them. And then probably the most powerful moment in the film. The chemistry between her and Antonio is still interesting. I could tell that the two actors were having fun with their characters.

Joe Cole plays Reece In the film. I have to say he still does a terrific job as this character. What makes Reese Such an incredible character is that he much like the rest of the band wants to get out of the green room. Brian the best moment with race is where he's talking to Pat tell him to become and relax and telling him everything going to be okay not only was it really emotional but it made sense because he and the rest of the band will get out of the green room alive. It probably is the strongest moment in the film. The chemistry between him and Anton Yelchin is Excellent

However the absolute standout of the entire film is Patrick Stewart as Darcy Baker. Now much like what I said in my Breaking News in Yuba County review with Awkwafina. This is a really different performance for Patrick Stewart because he usually plays really nice and calm characters but in this movie he basically plays a villain who is a Nazi. I still find it really interesting. What makes Darcy Baker such an interesting villain Is that he has a really great but simple motivation because he wants to cover up the crimes that his crew has made. Probably the best moment with Darcy Banker And when he tells the band to give him the gun then he will let them out and not only was it really suspenseful but it made sense because he gave them an option if they give him the gun they get to leave. It is probably the most disturbing scene in the entire film. Also Darcy Banker is probably the one the best of the 2010s. Probably the best moment with Darcy in this movie is when he went up on the stage to make a speech in the bar. It is probably the best moment in the entire film. Now is he the best villain from A24? Well he is the best second A24 villain. The best A24 villain is Joy Wang/Jobu Tupaki from Everything Everywhere All at Once The rivalry between him and Pat is still interesting. The chemistry between him and Anton Yelchin is really awesome.

Now the directing by Jeremy Saulnier is really remarkable Because why I like about him directing and that he takes a really simple concept of a band being stuck in a Green Room and makes it work really well because you'll think of movie about a band being stuck in a green room will be interesting but somehow Jeremy Saulnier Makes it something false really disturbing but really entertaining at the same time. I think it is really perfect of how he did that.

So in conclusion I still really enjoyed the film. I still think the storyline is really interesting with this band trapped in this Neo Nazi bar. I also still think that the chemistry between the band and the strongest aspect of the film. Patrick Stewart as Darcy Baker is probably my favorite performance in the entire film and he is probably up there with Ian McKllen's performance as Magneto in the X-Men films as one of the best villain performances. This is still up there with the Lighthouse as one of my favorite A24 films. I still think this movie is up there with Women in Gold as one of the best films of 2015. I still think if you enjoy the movie A Ghost Story with Casey Affleck. I'm sure you'll like this one. I give this movie a 10/10.
