Here is My Tv Show Review of Marvel's What If…? 

Now when this show was announced I was beyond excited for it because the air condition looked really tremendous because it was like the self-shaded 3D animation and the thing that excited me the most was actually having the actors come back to reply their roles in the MCU. re-watching the show and I have to say it still holds up because something I actually like about this show and that fixes mode to the dull villains that were in live action and actually gives them some personality And mix them a lot more intimidating.

Now the storyline is really incredible because it focuses on this thing called the Watcher he narrates the stories and show the audience what can happen in the Multiverse because at first it focuses around Captain Carter and then there's a story about Doctor Strand and then the guardians of the Multiverse had the team up to defeat Infinity Ultron and that's basically what the story is for this show and I have to say the storyline is incredible just having it revolve around all these characters and telling different stories and the way what happened this reality and it is a really amazing idea and the in the show executes it perfectly.

The characters/voice acting Is really interesting because it's actually most of the actors who have played the characters in live-action and even animation form everyone does a stellar job at the character that some of them actually improve their performances from the movies. 

However the absolute big stand out of the entire show is The watcher Voiced by Jeffrey Wright and he does a Stellar job with his performance because he gives us very wise Mentor like performance and it is really incredible. Now the Watcher is accurate to the comics he ascently watch it over different universes and he's not allowed to interfere or else the Multiverse will be unbalanced But sometimes he'll have Interfere to protect the heroes and team up with them to take down Different threats across the Multiverse it particularly in this season it is Infinity Ultron. The scenes with the watcher are incredible weather it is him Telling Captain Carter that she's not in her original timeline or Explaining to Doctor Strange they can't interfere it does leads them really heartbreaking and some really intense moments and that fight scene between him and Infinity Ultron is incredible and It's probably one of the best action sequences in this show.

    

    Now Captain Carter is voiced by Haley Atwell and she and she still does a fantastic job at the character because she gives a really powerful and emotional performance And you can tell she is having a blast playing this character in fact she is so good that she actually got to reprise this role again in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and she still does a terrific job in that film. Now in the original timeline Peggy Carter was Steve Rogers love interest who really cared about him and unfortunately he sacrificed himself and he was frozen for 70 years and she died of Alzheimer's in Captain America the Winter Soldier. Now in this timeline Peggy Carter becomes Captain Carter due to the Winter Soldier serum and she still falls in love with Steve and Still wants him to do that special dance with her. The moments with Captain Carter are incredible whether it's her fighting Hydra or her watching Steve Rogers sacrifice himself to save everyone and it's probably one of the saddest moments of the show because she really loved and cared about Steve Rogers and it doesn't lead to some really powerful and some really heart-wrenching moments throughout the show. 

Now Dr Steven Strange Is voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch and he still does a remarkable job at this character you can tell that he is having a lot of fun as this character And the also voices Strange Supreme he does a glorious job voicing that character as well Because when he's talking as the normal Doctor Strange he's very calm but where he voices in a certain his voice gets more distorted and I thought that was really incredible of how he did that. Now Doctor Strange In this show is probably one of the darkest characters in this show because unlike the original MCU timeline where Doctor Strange got into a car accident and it became scorer supreme and this timeline he kind of goes down a villainous route where he fell in love with his girlfriend Christine but unfortunately he keeps accidentally killing her in a car accident and he's just so miserable without her so he decide to use the time stone to reverse time and try to fix that but unfortunately he summons an evil variant of himself named Sinister Strange Who wants to go back in time and bring Christine bag so he could be together and doctor strange wants to prevent that from happening. The scenes with Doctor Strange are incredible and probably some of the darkest moments in this show because whether it's him begging the water to punish him or him trying to tell his evil self that they can't bring back Christine it does lead to some really sinister and downright horrifying moments in this show and the the fight scene between Doctor Strange and Strange Supreme is tremendous because both of them want to fight for different reasons Doctor Strange wants to be a hero well surface or strange wants to bring Christine back.

Now let's talk about Klaul now when it comes to Klaw in the MCU. He didn't really do much in the movies. But Andy Serkis still does a terrific job as the character and even this show even though he doesn't play a big role in it Andy Serkis still give the fun performance. Now the character of Klaw his pretty accurate to how he was depicted in live action because I find it funny because even in animation Klaw still gets axed off because Killmonger betrayed him and kills him like in the original timeline. The scenes with Klaw are interesting weather with him talking to killmonger or him find out that he's being betrayed it did a lead to some really dark and some really intense moments in the show.

Now let's talk about Chadwick Boseman He was a tremendous actor in Sally this is his final performance in the MCU as T'Challa/Star Lord and he definitely went out on a high note he gave one of the most powerful And one of the most emotional performances of the entire show because he was always tremendous in the MCU as Black Panther and it is so incredible to hear him voice this character one last time. Now T'Challa In this show is really different because in the original timeline he would be the king of wakanda. But in this timeline he was abducted by Yondu and became a ravager and became Star-Lord and he had to Team up with the ravengers to take down The Collector. The scenes with T'Challa/Star-Lord Are terrific whether it is him fight against The Collector or the scene where I can find out that wakanda was never destroyed and he gets into this argument with Yondu and it's probably one the most heartbreaking moments of the entire show and it doesn't lead to some really intense and some really emotional moments in the show as well.

Now the character that really surprised me is The Collector now in the MCU timeline i thought he was very bland he didn't really have a personality and Benicio Del Toro he wasn't bad as this character. But he was just kind of flat. But In this show he is actually very intimidating. Now The Collector accurate to how he is in the comics and it feels like Benicio Del Toro actually gave more of effort in this show then he did in live action because we will get him in live accident he looks kind of bored and kind of exhausted the way he like reading the lines out like he's not terrible but in this show you can tell he's actually having a lot of fun character. Now The Collector as a character is accurate in how he is in the comics he likes to experiment on different beans throughout the universe and collect them and keep them in his Museum. The scenes with The Collector are incredible whether it is meting T'Challa for the first time or that really awesome and intense fight where Fighting T'Challa in his museum by using his the telepathic abilities and trying to kill him and it didn't lead us some really intense and some really nail biting moments throughout the show. Also to be honest I think The Collector was really was actually really menacing to the point that I wish he was in the next Thanos instead of Kang because I feel like this show actually did The Collector more accurate then Kang because well the MCU did do a decent job of adapting Kang. I feel like he was still a disappointing villain. But both villains are really fun and very entertaining.

Now Iron Man in Show is voiced by Mick Wingert Now at first I didn't really like the performance. But after thinking about it and re-watching the show I actually think he was really good now in the words of Harrison Ford From Captain America Brave New World he's not Robert Downey Jr. But he did a solid job of imitating his voice. Also I can tell that he was having a lot of fun as this character. Now in the original timeline Iron Man was part of the Avengers he went up against Thanos he developed PTSD after almost dying during the Battle of New York he went up against captain America during Civil War. But in this timeline he was rescued by Killmonger and was killed by Hank Pym. The scenes with Iron Man are really incredible whether it is him meeting killmonger for the first time or him getting killed by Hank Pam it does lead to some really intense and some really chilling moments throughout the show.

Now Killmonger is introduced in this show and his voice by Michael B Jordan and he still does a terrific job because he was always tremendous as this character in the MCU and you can tell that he is having a lot of fun as this character. Now in the original MCU timeline Kilmonger became ruler of wakanda after he beat T'Challa In battle and he raged war on wakanda because they never brought him back it left him to stay with the dead body of his deceased father and that really hurt killmonger so that's what drove him to anger and bitterness and you really felt bad for him at the villain Even though you don't agree of what he's doing because all the stuff he did was bad. You understand what Drove him Try to kill Black Panther. Now in this timeline Killmonger is a different because he is not sympathetic at all because even though he befriends Tony Stark but he betrayed him and tried to kill him and even turned on the guardians of the Multiverse when they're trying to take down infinity Ultron by taking all of the infinity Stones and try to rule the Multiverse but he got punished and locked in a pocket dimension. The scenes with killmonger are incredible whether it's him saving Tony Stark in Afghanistan or him betraying the Guardians of the Multiverse and trying to kill infant Ultron on his own to take over the Multiverse it does wait to sound really heavy and some really shocking moments in this show.

Kurt Is introduced in the show voiced by David Dastmalchian he still does a glorious job at the character you can tell that he is having a lot of fun at this character and he probably gives one of the funniest performances in this show. Now the character of Kurt is exactly how he is in the Ant-Man movie very funny and very cowardly they make him very like nervous in the show because he still has their fear of Baba Yaga but he also want to help the other Avengers take down the zombies. The themes with Kurt are really funny whether it's him Being in Spider-Man's zombie survival video or him being scared of Baba Yaga and does a lead some really fun and some really hilarious moments throughout the show.

Now Hank Pym is introduced in the show and Michael Douglas comes back to voice Hank Pym and he still does a glorious job as this character in fact he gives a much more Sinister and downright creepier performance as the character and you can tell that he is having a lot of fun as this character. Now the character of Hank Pym Is very different to how he was in the original timeline because in the original timeline Hank was very grumpy but yet he really cared about Scott Lang and he Wanted him to become Ant-Man So he can be the hero and spend time with his daughter Cassie and he also wanted to get his wife Janet Van Dyne out of the quantum realm. But in this show Hank Pym is a villain because he goes on killing spray by killing all the original founding a members of the Avengers because he wants revenge on Nick Fury for getting his daughter hope killed during a shield Mission. The scenes with Hank Pym Probably some of the most disturbing moments in the show whether it's him killing off the first couple avengers or him having this vicious argument with nick Fury and blaming him for the death of his daughter it does lead to some really dark and some really nail-biting moments in this show.

Scott Lang Is introduced in the show his voiced by Paul Rudd who is one of my favorite actors of all time and he still gives a glorious job voicing the character because Paul Rudd has never given a terrible performance as Ant-Man he's always incredible As this character And in this show that's no different he is still really fun and really funny as this character and you can tell that he's having a lot of fun in this show. Now the character of Scott Lane in this show is exactly how he is in the original timeline he's really funny and he really wants to help the Avengers. There are so many memorable moments with Scott Lang in the show whether it's him flying around with Dr doctor Strange ´ s Cape Or him reacting to the other Avengers when they see him as just a head in a jar it doesn't lead to some really funny and some really entertainment moments in the show.

Now let's talk about Ultron. Now when it comes to Ultron I was never really a big fan of this character because he had so much potential by in the end really lame because they make him overly silly in Avengers age of Ultron But the trailers made them look really scary and ever since that movie came out I always found Ultron a big disappointment of a villain because he had so much potential. But in this show they fixed all of Ultron's problems because he is way better than how he is in the original MCU timeline this one is a lot more scarier he had the on-screen president he tried to kill the Guardians of the Multiverse and even beated the Watcher in a fight. In fact Ultron is so scary that the other guardians of the Multiverse needed to recruit Arnmi Zola to help Them take down Infinity Ultron That's how dangerous he was. The scenes with infinity ultron are incredible whether it's him attacking the Guardians of the Multiverse or him saying to the Watcher i can destroy realities with a thought why won't you die. it does lead to some really intense and really brutal moments throughout the show. Now Infinity Ultron is voiced by Ross Markquand and he does a Stellar job voicing this character and you can tell that he is having a lot of fun as this character. Now much like I said about The Collector the same thing can apply to her because Infinity Ultron because he was so intimidating to the point that I wish that he was the next Thanos instead of Kang.

However the best thing about this show is The directing by Bryan Andrews because what I love about his directing is that he doesn't say Stellar job of adapting the what if Comics because the exact same thing happens in the comics different alternate events happen in different realities the Watcher narrates and explains to the audience of what is happening. I also like how he adapt all these characters from the MCU and even takes some of the worst characters like the collector and Ultron and make them a lot more interesting and a lot more comic accurate because the collector wasn't that interesting in live action but in this show he's a lot more intimidating and a lot more memorable and a lot more one more accurate to the comics. Even Ultron who is one the most disappointing MCU villains and made him more intimidating and a lot more interesting And more accurate to the comics. i also like how he develops and gives some of the characters very powerful cat dogs like Doctor Strange having him try to move past the death of his girlfriend Christine or Captain Carter realizing that to that different timeline and she might not see her Steve Rogers ever again so that was really interesting how he develops a lot of these characters. I think it does a terrific job directing the show.

So in conclusion i still really love the show because of all the interesting storylines like What If Doctor Strange Lost his Heart Instead Of His Hands or What If Ultron Won. Or what if Killmonger Rescued Tony Stark. Among many others. Also the voice cast is incredible whether it is Paul Rudd as Scott Lang, Benicio Del Toro as The Collector, Michael Douglas as Hank Pym, Michael B Jordan as Killmonger, and David Dastmalchian as Kurt. As well the rest of the cast does a glorious job with their characters. I also like how this show actually gave emotional character arcs to some of the characters especially Doctor Strange who had to deal with the Lost of his girlfriend Christine and he was trying to go back in time to try to prevent her from being killed in the car accident but he acted that way created a evil variant of himself named Senator Strange and he had to learn to leave the past behind. Or Captain Carter who was recruited to fight against Hydra and had to say goodbye to Steve Rogers who she really loved. So the show did a terrific job and made you Feel bad for these characters. I also like how this show had a lot of awesome villain then and even took some of the weaker MCU villains like The Collector and Ultron and actually made them really incredible and more intimidating than they were in live action especially Infinity Ultron who is probably one of the best villains of the entire show and he was actually very intimidating to the point that I wished that he was the next Thanos instead of Kang. Although there are so many memorable moments in this show like T'Challa fighting the collector or Or the Guardians of the Multiverse battling Infinity Ultron among many other awesome and terrific moments in the show. I highly recommend you watch the show especially if you enjoyed Marvel zombies with Awkwafina then I'm sure you're going to like this one as well. So I give this show a 10/10.
