Here is My Movie Review of Thor

Here is my movie review of Thor

So basically What happens is that you have Thor and he is crowned Prince of Asgard but unfortunately the Frost Giants Start to invade Asgard so thorough decides it will be a good idea to fight against them but unfortunately his father owed him get mad at him for disobeying his orders so in order to teach him a lesson he bashes him to earth and takes his power away From Hamlet to teach him a lesson then you have an evil half brother Loki who wants to take over Asgard so in order to do that he banishes his adoptive father Odin to another realm and Thor has to learn the powers of response ability in order to earn his rightful place in Asgard and it's up to Thor to take down his evil brother Loki and save Asgard and that is basically what the story is for this movie.

I have to say out of all the Thor movies this one probably has the best acting out of all of them all the actors do a wonderful job at their characters and it's due to the awesome and tremendous writing for this film and none of the actors feel like they're overdoing that they are all having fun I feel like all of them are in character as they should be.

Chris Hemsworth plays Thor In the film. I have to say he still does a tremendous job as the character. Now the character of Thor is Is really accurate to the comics because He is really serious he doesn't crack a lot jokes Yeah I kind of wish that the MCU kept him like how he was in this film because in Thor Ragnarok and especially in Thor love and thunder he is just overly silly but in this film he actually goes through a character arc He starts out very in-over his head he's very arrogant and he doesn't obey orders from Odin And he gets punished for it he gets his powers taken away and gets banished to earth. Probably the best moment with Thor is where he is trying to lift up his hammer but he can't dig him not being worthy to pick it up because he was no longer worthy of his father. Not only is it really intense but it makes sense because he has powers taken away due to him falling his father Odin and it is probably the strongest moment of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Natalie Portman, Anthony Hopkins, Idris Elba, Jaimie Alexander Fun fact actors like Tom Hiddleston, Alexander Skarsgard, Liam Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Triple H, Kevin Mckidd, Joel Kinnaman, Channing Tatum, and Daniel Craig were all considered to play Thor.

Natalie Portman plays Jane Foster In the film. I have to say she still does a glorious job as the character Now the character of James Foster in this film is basically Thor's love interest and they do have really awesome chemistry with one another she Essentially wants to help Thor regain his rightful place as Prince of Asgard. Probably the best moment with James Foster is where she and Thor are at the restaurant and Throw the cup on the ground and not only was it really funny but it made sense because he liked drinking the tea from the cup and he demanded another one and it did probably one of the funniest moments in the entire film.

Anthony Hopkins plays Odin In the film. I have to say he still does a remarkable job as this character. What makes Odin such a Exquisite character and that he basically is there to watch over the nine realms she wants door to follow his orders and when he chastises him you really understand it because Thor did not listen he went into war with The Frost Giants without his father knowing. Probably the best moment with Odin and where she bashes Thor to Earth and not only was it really shocking but it means sense because he needed to teach him a lesson so he stripped his powers away so he would Will learn his lesson about falling orders and it is probably the strongest and most important scene of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Chris Hemsworth is astonishing. Fun fact actor Mel Gibson was considered to play Odin.

Jaimie Alexander plays Sif I have to say she still does a wonderful job as the character. Now much like I said with Thor I have to say I like Sif More in this film than in Thor love and Thunder because in this film she is a badass female warrior she doesn't crack any jokes she is very serious but unfortunately in Thor Love and Thunder she cracks a few jokes not a lot not as bad as door but I still liked it better when she was mostly serious and brave. The fifth wants to help Thor take down his evil brother Loki and return back from Asgard to claim the throne And make him a powerful and noble warrior probably the best moment with Sith is where she and Thor are taking down the destroyer and not only was it a really awesome action sequence but it made sense because it was attacking new Mexico and they had to do everything in their power to stop it. It is probably the most intense and awesome moment of the entire film that chemistry between her and Chris Hemsworth is astounding.

Idris Elba as Heimdall. I still think he does a great job as this character. I still think he is really smart and really wise. The chemistry between him and Chris Hemsworth is still great. But my biggest problem is that Idris Elba actually has nothing to do in this movie he's barely in it I even forgot he was even in this movie and that's really sad because Idris Elba is a great actor. they just wasted him in this movie. I still think he should have voiced Apocalypse in an X-Men movie in the Marvel Cinematic universe.

However the absolute big standout of the entire film is Tom Hiddleston as Loki. Now much like I said with Thor the interpretation of Loki we get in the film is very much perfect because he is funny but at the same time he is more scary than funny because He was lied to by his adoptive father Odin of his heritage and you can see how much this angered him and well I do like Loki in future MCU stuff I think it was a strange idea of making him sort of like an antihero to be honest I preferred it more when he was more of a villain but that being said he He is still one of the best MCU villains of all time because a lot of people playing at their number one or in their top three favorite MCU villains. Now Loki's motivation is that he wants to take over as guard and he actually succeeds temporarily he kills his own father he banishes Odin to another realm. Probably the best moment with Loki is where she questions Odin where he's from and that argument between it him and Odin is not only really intense but it made sense because his heritage was lied to when he was born. It is probably the most powerful and strongest moment of the entire film The chemistry between him and Chris Hemsworth is still outstanding. Fun fact actors like Josh Hartnett and Jim Carrey were both considered to play Loki.

The directing by Kenneth Brangh is brilliant because why I love about his directing that he gets everything about the character of Thor completely accurate to the source of material he starts out as the prince of Asgard he doesn't obey Odin's orders and he gets banished to earth and have his powers taken away He has to fight against his evil brother Loki He has to reclaim his has rightful place as king of Asgard and I also like how he doesn't make Thor into a silly character because unfortunately that's what the MCU does after Thor the Dark World was released and his name into a goofy character and I liked it better when he was like noble and really serious so I definitely think that was very tremendous of how he did that the stuff between Loki and Thor is very comic book accurate they they hated each other so much but sometimes they have to team up and I think it is very spectacular how he did that.

So in conclusion i still think this is one of the most underrated MCU movie and it is probably one of the best movies in the Thor film series because it basically gets everything right about the character he's serious he doesn't crack a lot jokes he is a very interesting character he'd go through an awesome character character ark and Loki is such a tremendous villain and that's how I like how Thor and Loki have this intense rivalry. I still did the storyline is really amazing how it focuses on Thor how he starts out really arrogant and in over his head to brave and powerful warrior and I did the film handled that extremely well and I think more people should watch this film especially if you like Captain America The Winter Soldier with Chris Evans I give this movie a 10/10.
