Here is My Movie Review of Unhinged

Here is My Movie Review of Unhinged

So basically what happens is that you have this woman named Rachel Hunter and she is suffering through through financial trouble so what she decided to take her son Kyle To school and are they drive on the road that she Honks the horn at this guy named Tomes Cooper and they have an argument and after that Thomas Cooper decides to stock and harass her and teach her a lesson about what it's like to have a very bad day. It is up to Rachel Hunter and her son Kyle to survive against Thomas Cooper and that is basically what the story is for this film. To be perfectly honest the storyline in the film is so ridiculous that it's actually really interesting.

Now the acting in this movie is so laughably bad but at the same time is very entertaining and there are points where the actors are trying to give good performances.

Caren Pistorius gives a laughably bad performance as Rachel Hunter. But to be like there are points in this movie where she does try to give a good performance. Now the character of Rachel Hunter is so over the top because she panics a lot because Thomas Cooper is trying to kill her but at the same time you can see that she is going through financial difficulty with her family and probably the most laughably bad moment Is when she reacts to her boss firing her and it's just so cheesy and ridiculous to the point that's actually really funny. The chemistry between her and Gabrielle Bateman and Russell Crowe is decent.

Now Gabriel Bateman's performance as Kyle Flynn. Now Gabriel Bateman's performance is actually really good. He does a solid job as the character. Now the character of Kyle Flynn Is really interesting  because he can see the stress that his mother is going through having her going through financial Trouble trying to provide for the family. Probably the best moment with Kyle Flynn is where he sees Thomas Cooper for the first time in not only is it really Intense but it makes sense because she sees how unstable he is is probably one of the most memorable moments in the film. The chemistry between him and Caren Pistorius Is great.

Now Russell Crowe plays  Thomas Cooper In the film and his performance is probably the most memorable thing in this film because Russell Crowe is hamming it up the entire time going over the top as possible. Now the character of Thomas Cooper is really over the top he screams a lot he raises his voice and that's what makes him so ridiculous but very entertaining he would kill anyone who gets in his way and his motivation in the film is so laughably stupid but it is really  funny because he wants to kill Rachel Hunter and her son Kyle Flynn just because she honked at him during a red light when they were driving. I have to say Thomas Cooper probably had all of the best moments in this film. Probably the best moment with Thomas Cooper is when he is in this restaurant and starts yelling and beating up Rachel Hunter's boss Andy and it's supposed to be a very intense moment but due to Russell Crowe's performance it comes off as laughable but very entertaining to watch. Also the way he dies is just so funny Thomas Cooper is killed when Rachel Hunter Stabs them right in the eye with a pair of candy cane scissors. The rivalry between him and Rachel Hunter and her son Kyle Is decent. The chemistry between him and Caren Pistorius  Is still excellent.

The directing by Derrick Borte Is so we have to be bad because this movie is supposed to be very dark but if you feel like he's trying to make this into a comedy film and that is exactly what he's doing because this movie is about to take really seriously but You can't really take it seriously because there's a lot of really over-the-top and unintentionally funny moments. Though I will give him credit for this, the social commentary he provides about road rage drivers is actually really awesome because there are people who have road rage issues who yell and honk their car horns to get attention and just lead to more problems.

So in conclusion I still think that is a really bad film. The performances is for the most part work but it is mostly very over the top acting.  The storyline is so laughably ridiculous to the point that it's actually a very interesting storyline for a movie. Also Russell Crowe is so over the top as Thomas Cooper to the point that he's very entertaining to watch and I still think he is up there with Nicolas Cage as Eddie from Deadfall as one of the most over-the-top villain Performances in a film. Now this is one of the worst 2020 movies. But because it is so laughably bad it is one of the more entertaining bad 2020 films. Now I give this movie a 2/10 because the characters are not the most memorable a lot of the characters are very dumb but because it is so over the top and crazy and Russell Crowe gives the over the top performance as Thomas Cooper to point that it is so laughably bad to the point that is very entertaining to watch. I have to say if you enjoy Speed 2 Cruise Control with Willem Dafoe is a movie that is so bad that it is actually good. I give this movie a 10/10.

Here is My Movie Review of 1917

Here is My Movie Review of 1917

So basically what happened is that it tells the real life story of Lance Corporal Schofield and Lance Corporal Blake who fought in World War I and they have To enter into enemy territory in order to save 1,600 of their fellow comrades and to fight the Nazis It is up to Lance Corporal Schofield and Lance Corporal Blake Protect their Fellow comments and take down the Nazis and survive World War 1 and that is basically what the story is for this film.

The acting in this movie is terrific. I still think everyone does an Excellent job as the characters.

However the absolute big stand out of the entire film is George McKay as Lance Corporal Schofield. What makes Lance Corporal Schofield such a wonderful character is that he really wants to Save all 1,600 of his Fellow Comrades and fight and survive against the Nazis in World War I. Probably the best moment with Lance Corporal Schofield  Is where he and Lance Corporal Blake  are walking through the trenches and not only is it really intense by main sense because in real life during World War I  lots of soldiers have to walk through the trenches to avoid getting killed by the Nazis during those times. It is probably the most powerful moment in the entire film. Also I can tell George McKay had a lot of fun playing this character. The chemistry between him and Dean- Charl Chapman, Mark Strong, and Richard Madden  is still fantastic.

Dean- Charl Chapman plays Lance Corporal Blake In the film. I have to say he still does a remarkable job as the character. What makes Lance Corporal Blake Sunshade incredible character is that much like his friend Lance Corporal Schofield. He also wants to R\rescue all 1,600 of their fellow comments and Fight the Nazi and survive World War I. Probably the best moment with Lance Corporal Blake Is where he and Lance Corporal Schofield Are navigating  In the war by walking in the mud and not only is it really suspenseful but it made sense because in real life in World War I soldiers had to walk through the mucky water in order to avoid being seen and killed by the Nazis. It is probably the strongest moment in the film. The chemistry between him and George McKay Is spectacular

Mark Strong plays Captain Smith in the film. I have to say he still does a terrific job as the character that makes Captain Smith such a spectacular character is that he along with The rest of his comments has to survive World War I and defeat the Nazis. Probably the best moment with Captain Smith is when he tells  Lance Corporal Schofield that has to move on and not only was it really emotional but it made sense because in real life he had to move on and get over the loss of his best friend Lance Corporal Blake. It is probably the saddest moment of the entire film. Fun fact Mark Strong previously played the villain Doctor Sivana In the movie Shazam which also came out in 2019. The chemistry between him and George McKay Is excellent.

Richard Madden plays Lieutenant Joseph Blake In the film. I have to say he still does an outstanding job as the character. What makes Lieutenant Joseph Blake Such a Marvelous character is that he, much like the rest of the soldiers, wants to take down the Nazis and survive World War I. Probably the best moment with Lieutenant Joseph Blake Is where  Lance Corporal Schofield tells him that his brother Lance Corporal Blake was killed by a biplane and not only is it really sad but it made sense because in real life that is how Lance Corporal Blake  died in World War I. It is probably the most heartbreaking scene of the entire film. Fun fact 2 years after the film was released Richard Madden will go on to play the main villain Ikaris in Eternals The chemistry between him and George McKay is fabulous.

Fun fact this was my second Richard Madden movie I have seen because the first movie I've seen him in was in the 2015 remake of Cinderella  and he was really great as the Prince and ever since then I've been wanting to watch more of his stuff. Then I watched him in the movie Eternals and he was awesome as the character of Ikaris and ever since then I've been wanting to watch more of his films.

But the best thing about the entire movie in the directing by Sam Mendes Is exquisite because why love about his directing is that he does a flawless job of depicting the tragedy of World War 1 because in real life It is known to be a one of the most tragic warns in history because we have lost a lot of soldiers to the Nazis. I also like how he gets the true story of Lance Corporal Schofield and Lance Corporal Blake  Of how they both had to survive in World War I and fight the Nazis and survive. I still get this Tremendous of how he did that. I also love how he was able to do scenes in one take to get the feeling of war really accurately.

So in conclusion I still love this movie. This is up there with Hacksaw Ridge as one of my favorite war movies. The way it depicts the real life events of Lance Corporal Schofield and Lance Corporal Blake really accurate to real life. This is easily in my top 10 favorite movies of 2019. This is also up there with Avengers End Game as one of the best movies of 2019. I highly recommend the film especially if you like Guy Ritchie's The Covenant which stars Jake Gyllenhaal. Then I'm sure you're going to like this one. I give this movie a 10/10.

Here is My Movie Review of T.A.U

Here is My Movie Review of T.A.U

So basically what happens is that you have this woman named Julia who is a thief and one day she gets taken to this facility by this guy named Alex who is doing experiments on her and sends her to meet the other people that have been experimented on by Alex. Then they tell her that they need to leave the facility. Then Julia rescues them and they have to try to escape the facility. Then they meet this artificial intelligence named T.A.U Who tries to keep Julia from escaping so he decides to kill off everybody else with its robots.  It is up to Joanne to escape the facility and take down T.A.U that is basically what the story is for this film. The storyline in this film is prayed dumb and the way I can summon it is that except the lazier rehash of the movie I. Robot because both movies have robots trying to kill humans. The only difference is that I, Robot  movie  had their story then this generic horrible sci-fi.

The acting in this movie is really terrible except surprisingly for one performance that's actually really good.

Maika Monroe Is really terrible at the character of Julie. She is so flat and it feels like she is asleep walking throughout her performance. Now the character of Julie is awful because all She does is freak out that she thinks she is going to die and she just questions what's going on and that's all her character. Probably the worst scene with Julia and where she is first in the facility sheets freaking out and it just doesn't Show that she is a strong or interesting character. The chemistry between her and Ed Shrine and Gary Oldman is decent.

Ed Shrine  Plays Alex in the film. I have to say he is horrible. Now Alex as a villain is just a generic boring and uninteresting villain All he does is experiment on people that's all he does he's just a pathetic one-dimensional villain with no personality and no redeeming qualities You know what I'll just say it as much as I found Ajax from Deadpool a weak villain at least he was memorable than this character Probably the worst scene with Alex is when he's talking to the people who made T.A.U and it's just so still heavy and serves nothing to the story. The chemistry between him and Maika Monroe Is okay.

Gary Oldman voices T.A.U In the film. I have to say out of all the performances he is the best performance in fact he does a spectacular job as T.A.U. Also out of all the characters T.A.U Is the best character of the film. Much like what I said about Willem Dafoe being the best part of Death Note 2017 I think Gary Oldman Is the best part of the film. Probably the best scene T.A.U is where he tells Julia to do her task or she would kill her and not only was it really intense. But it makes sense because she has to do what he says. It is probably the best moment of the entire film in fact all the moments with  T.A.U are the highlights of the film. Also T.A.U design is really interesting but really simple because it is a triangle. The chemistry between him and Maika Monroe Is surprisingly excellent. I do think they do have awesome chemistry together.

The directing by Federico D'Alessandro Is awful because hit directing I just don't get it because This movie is supposed to be a sci-fi thriller but for something that goes from that to a sci-fi romance film I don't know what he wanted the film to be did he want this to be a sci-fi thrower or a sci-fi romance film. This should have gotten to someone like Robert Edgars then It would have been a sci-fi thriller film.

So in conclusion this is one of the worst movies of 2018 because it doesn't know what it wants to be, does it want to be a sci-fi thriller film or a sci-fi romance film. Also this movie is up there with Death Note 2017 as the worst Netflix Original films. All the characters except for T.A.U  are bland and  flat in one dimensional characters. All the performances are really terrible. The only actor who actually does a great job is Gary Oldman as T.A.U because it feels like he's the only actor that's having fun in the film. This movie tried to be like the movie I Robot but It completely failed because that movie did the whole robot trying to kill humans plot better than this movie did. I say just skip it and go watch Chappie with Hugh Jackman because that movie is a lot better written and has a much better storyline than this one had. I give this movie a 3/10.
