Here is my movie review of Jack the Giant Slayer
So basically what happens is that you have this farmer named Jack and his Uncle tells him to sell a horse. then can come across this monk who gives him magic beans. Then you have Princess Isabelle Who tells her father King Brahmwell that she doesn't want to marry Elmont and then she gets kidnapped by General Fallen and then up to Jack, Roderick, and Elmont to take down General Fallen and rescue princess Isabelle and save the kingdom and that is basically what the story is for this movie.
The acting in this movie is still great,
Nicholas Halt as Jack. I still think he does a great job as this character. I still think he is really smart and really sympathetic because all he wants to do is to rescue Princess Isabelle and reunite her with her dad. The chemistry between him and Eleanor Tomlinson, Ian McShane, Bill Nighy, Stanley Tucci, and Ewan McGregor Is still really great.
Eleanor Tomlinson as Princess Isabelle. I still think she does a great job as this character. I still think she is really smart and really sympathetic because all she wants is to be reunited with her dad. The chemistry between her and Nicholas Holt is still really great.
Ewan McGregor as Elmont. I still think he does a great job as this character. I still think he is really smart and really sympathetic because all he wants to do is to rescue princess Isabelle. The chemistry between him and Nicolas Halt is still really great.
Ian McShane as King Brahmwell. I still think he does a great job as this character. I still think he is really smart and really sympathetic because all he wants is to be reunited with his daughter and to make her happy.
Stanley Tucci as Roderick. I still think he does a great job as this character. I still think he is really smart and really intimidating. I like how the movie makes you think that he is one of the heroes of the movie but in reality he is one of the villains in the film. I still think His death is still really great. The rivalry between him and Jack, Princess Isabelle, and Elmont is still really great.
Bill Nighy as General Fallen. I still think he does a great job as this character. I still think he is really smart and really menacing. The CGI on General Fallen still holds up. I still think that is Bill Nighy's most underrated villain performance. I still think his death is really great. But also really gruesome. The rivalry between him and Jack, Princess Isabelle, Roderick, and Elmont is really great.
The action scenes are still great. The final battle is also still great.
The CGI and special effects still hold up.
The directing by Bryan Singer What I like about his directing is that he took the story of Jack in the Beanstalk and made it much more darker than the original story. I like how he incorporates different twists in the movie Probably my favorite twist in the film is where you think Roderick is a good guy but in reality he is one of the villains in the movie.
So in conclusion I think this is a really underrated movie of 2013. I think this is a really underrated fantasy film. I think more people should watch this film. I think this is Brian Singer ´ s best movie since X2 X-Men United. I give this movie a 10/10.
This looks really good and I've been wanting to see it for a while now. What is it streaming on?
