Here is My TV Show Review of Peacemaker

Here is my TV show review of Peacemaker

So basically what happened is that it takes place right after the Suicide Squad left off and do you have Christopher Smith/peacemaker and then he meets Agent Emilia Hardcore, Adrian Chase/Vigilante, Leota Adebayo, and John Economos and they are tasked by Amanda Waller to take down Project Butterfly and also tells the origin story of how Christopher Smith became Peacemaker. That is basically what the story is for this show.

The acting in the show Is really amazing because All these wonderful actors give such powerful and very strong performances and you can tell that they are having fun at that characters I think this is up there with Loki in terms of what the best superhero shows that has the best acting.

John Cena comes back as Christopher Smith/Peacemaker. I have to say well I liked him in the Suicide Squad I think he is better in this show they was in that movie because what makes Christopher Smith / peacemaker such a tremendous character is that he has to learn how to be a hero even though he doesn't want to be one But he has to in order to take down project butterfly. Probably the best moment with peacemaker is where he is reunite with his father Auggie Smith/The White Dragon and he mentions that blood sport is afraid of rats and not only was it really funny but if they clever call back to the movie the suicide squad because in that movie he was afraid of rats and it is probably the funniest scene in the entire show. The chemistry between him and Danielle Brook, Freddie Stroma, Jennifer Holland, Steve Agee, Dee Bradley Baker and Robert Patrick is still really terrific.

Chukwudi Iwuji plays Clemson Murn/Ik Nobe Lok In the show. I have to say he still does a glorious job as the character. What makes Clemson Murn/ Clemson Murn/Ik Nobe Lok Such a incredible character that he is the leader of the team and he is tasked to take down project butterfly and he wants Christopher Smith / peacemaker to fall his orders the mission doesn't go wrong. The Twist reveal that Clemson Murn/Ik Nobe Lok was really the alien butterfly all along not only was it really shocking but it made sense because he mentioned that he had the fled their planet and go to Earth to find a new host of us and it's probably the most shocking twist and moment of the entire show that chemistry between him and John Cena is astounding. Fun fact a year after this show came out Chukwudi Iwuji will going to play the main villain The High Evolutionary in Guardian of the Galaxy Vol 3.

Danielle Brooks plays Leota Adebayo In the show. I have to say she still does a fantastic job as the character. What makes Leota Adebayo Such a brilliant character that you feel bad for because she never wanted to be a part of taking down project butterfly but her mother order her to do so because she had to save the world and prevent them from possessing as many humans as they want to and have it. Probably the best moment with Leota Adebayo Was she mentions to hardcore that she and the daughter of Amanda Waller and it's probably the most shocking moments because we the audience didn't know that she'll the daughter of one of the most evil characters in the DCEU and it's probably the most shocking scenes of the entire show. The chemistry between her and John Cena is brilliant.

Freddie Stroma plays Adrian Chase/Vigilante In the show. I have to say he still does a remarkable job as the character. What makes Adrian Chase/Vigilante Such a incredible character that he wants to help Christopher Smith / peacemaker to take down all the butterflies and save the world and prevent them from invading planet Earth. Probably The best scene with Adrian Chase/Vigilante Is where he and Christopher Smith / Peacemaker are battling Auggie Smith/the White Dragon and not only is it really intense but it makes sense because they're trying to take down Auggie Smith /The White Dragon so he doesn't try to kill them It is probably one of the best access in the entire show. The chemistry between him and John Cena is still excellent.

Jennifer Holland plays Agent Emilia Hardcore In this show and I have to say she still does an excellent job as the character of Agent Emilia Hardcore. What makes Agent Emilia Hardcore such a interesting character in that she wants to help Peacemaker take down project butterfly. Now the relationship between her and pacemaker is very similar to the relationship between Star-Lord and Gomorrah from the MCU because she likes Peacemaker but she doesn't put up with his nonsense. So she kind of has a love hate relationship with him. Probably the best moment with Agent Emilia Hardcore Is where she first meets Christopher Smith/Pacemaker And she gives him the middle finger and not only was it funny but it made sense because she does it really like him at first it is probably the funniest moment of the entire show. The chemistry between her and John Cena is still really tremendous.

Now the main villain is not Auggie Smith /The White Dragon is actually the alien butterflies and they are really great villains because they had to fled to earth because their home planet was destroyed so they had to haven't people to stay alive and that is a really great villain motivation. Probably the best moment with the alien butterflies and when they is where they start flying into people's mouth and possessing them and not only is it really disturbing but it makes sense because they need to possess a human in order to stay alive and it's probably the most disturbing moment of the entire show. The effect of bringing the alien butterflies to life looks really awesome and the CGI looks very interesting it feels like they if they were real alien species in real life even though they're fiction but the show does such a magnificent job of making you think that they are real.

However the absolute standout of this entire show is Robert Patrick as Auggle Smith/ The White Dragon. What makes Auggie Smith/The White Dragon such a spectacular villain is that he has a really great villain motivation because he wants to get revenge on his son Christopher Smith / Peacemaker for killing his oldest son.  You can really understand why he has such a burning hatred for his son Christopher Smith. Now the character Auggle Smith is very bigoted and really fun to hate because he is a full on racist, he is also sexist, and a homophobic dirt bag of a person. Auggle Smith / The White Dragon is very similar too Calvin Candie from Django Unchained because both of them are very bigoted and very hateful characters. I think August Smith might even rival Cartman from South Park as the most bigoted character in media be at least Carmen just a spoiled child. Also you really want Auggie Smith to fucking die already and he does his son Christopher Smith punches him in the face multiple times and then he finishes him off by shooting him in the head. I Also I think that Auggle Smith might be the most realistic DCEU villain. I still think Auggie Smith is the most disgusting offensive and a total scumbag of a person in the DCEU Heck I'm going to say that I think he is more of a scumbag than Kilgrave is from Jessica Jones because with Kilgrave is scary because he is just a rapist who controls people. He doesn't wear a White Dragon costume and says racial or homophobic slurs at people. What makes Auggie Smith so scary is that there are people in real who are actually act and behave a lot like him because there are people in real life who are just racist just because they want to be that way they want white power they want to kill all the minorities. I think the show does excellent at tackling the subject of bigotry and offensive people. Probably the best scene with Auggie Smith / the white dragon is where he wears his battle armor and goes after Pacemaker and tries to kill him and not only was it really intense but it made sense because he wanted vengeance for the death of his other son it is probably the most powerful moment of the entire show The rivalry between him and Christopher Smith / Peacemaker is still really great. I still think his White Dragon armor still looks really cool. I think The White Dragon is my favorite DCEU villain and I also think that Robert Patrick is my favorite DCEU villain performance. The chemistry between him and John Cena is still really exquisite.

The directing by James Gunn Is really interesting because why I like about his directing that he does a terrific job of giving Christopher Smith / Peacemaker a tragic backstory and although giving the butterflies a interesting backstory as well and it works extreme while you do feel bad for Christopher Smith / Peacemaker. I also like how he developed the character of Auggie Smith /The White Dragon just making this really cold-hearted bigoted evil character but giving him a great motivation and great but disturbing character moments that are actually relevant to the story I think it is really spectacular of how he did that.

So in conclusion i still really enjoyed this show because it does such a marvelous job of giving Christopher Smith /Peacemaker more character development such as diving into his childhood and backstory with his bigoted and racist dad known as Auggie Smith/The White Dragon. This is probably up there with Jessica Jones as one of my favorite superhero TV shows. Also this show is really funny but it's actually interesting how dark the show can go especially when it comes to the offensive dialogue that Auggie Smith/The White Dragon says. I like how this show references stuff that within the Suicide Squad movie because this movie the show takes place right after that movie left off so I think it's really interesting how the show did that. Also Auggie Smith /The White Dragon is probably up there with The Grabber from The Black Phone as one of the best villains of 2022. He is also up there with The High Evolutionary as one of the best villains of the 2020s. I still think more people should watch the show especially if you like the show Loki with Tom Hiddleston. I give this show a 10/10.
