Here is My Movie Review of Gotti/Why Did This Movie Offend Me On A Personal Level. 

Now this is going to be a very serious review because I'm going to talk a little bit about the movie like I do in my other movie reviews but I'm going to do something towards the end that is really serious and I'll get to when I'm done reviewing the movie. 

So basically what happens is that it tells the real life story of famous mob boss John Gotti Who is the famous mobster in New York in 1973. To be honest that is all I can say of the storyline because it's just the life of John Gotti so it's very similar to the movie The Snowman where there is not an actual storyline in the film stuff just happens. Honestly this movie really doesn't really have the story aside from the thing I just mentioned. 

To be honest I don't have much to say about the actor because the acting is really terrible and it's not Like in Deadfall where you can have fun with all the horrible performances because they're all over the top and so bad that You are entertained with the performances but with this phone this is bite out the worst active film of all time yes I say I think this movie had worst acting then Suicide Squad, Madame Web and even Worth then Terminal. That's how horrible and horrendous the acting is in this film.

Now John Travolta as an actor is very hit or miss. There are some movies that he's in that are awesome like Pulp Fiction and Face Off. But there are some movies that he's in that are really bad like Trading Paint from 2019 and The Fanatic which came out the exact same year. But this is by doubt his worst movie because he plays John Gotti in the film and it's horrible he tried to sound like Robert De Niro from Goodfellas but it just does not work at all because Robert De Niro works better as a gangster in films than John Travolta does also the wig that he is wearing in this movie looks so ridiculous and and silly to the point you just can't take it seriously. Also John Gotti as a character is not really a character because what do we know about John  Gotti well he killed people he did drugs and he swears a lot that's all we know about this character. Also there are points where he narrates this movie. It doesn't make any sense, It just feels like he did this just for money. Fun fact actors like Al Pacino, Joe Pesci, Anthony Hopkins, Joe Johnston, Nick Cassavetes, and Barry Livingston were all considered to play John Gotti.

But the worst  Performance in this entire film is Spencer LaFranco who plays his son John Connie Jr this is the worst performance of all time because he just over axes screams a lot and the scene were he's arguing with his father  in jail just comes off it's really weird and just doesn't make any sense. The chemistry between him and John Travolta is really terrible because they don't really work well with each other in the film at all.

Kelly Preston also gives a horrible performance as John Gotti's wife Victoria  DiGirgio Gotti  It just feels like she's sleepwalking. Though her performance doesn't feel like she's giving a shit about anything in this film. But the character of  Victoria  DiGirgio Gotti  Is Judd there to be John Gotti's love interest and they argues you questions why he's doing all these horrible things and that's it that's all she does there's a scene where she yells at him when he's in jail over the phone and it comes off very feeling heavy and very uninteresting. The chemistry between her and John Travolta is terrible because you don't buy them as a married couple in the film.

The directing by Kevin Connolly If so terrible because this movie is supposed to be about the life of famous New York mobster john Gotti but it just gets everything wrong and there's a point where he tried to make you feel sympathy towards John Gotti and it's like no he fucking killed a lot of people he is complete psycho why would you feel bad for this guy. Overall he did a horrible job directing the film because it feels like he doesn't understand who John Gotti really is if he's like oh John Gotti was just some psycho who said many bad words and killed people so I'm going to put that in the movie.

So in conclusion I fucking hate this movie this movie was boring and it was stupid the storyline what's storyline there wasn't really a story in this movie because again it was just John Gotti being a psychopath that's all it was. All the acting was awful, nobody gave a good performance. You know what fuck it  this movie is so awful this is now my most hated movie of all time. First it was Madame Web but not anymore. I still hate that film but this movie is worse because it was even more boring than that film was. If I made the top 50 worst films I have ever seen, this movie would definitely be at number one for sure because of how stupid this movie is and how uninterested I was while watching this film. No joke after I watched the film I literally thought about this and I was like fuck it I want to rewatch Captain Marvel I'm not kidding as much as I hate Captain Marvel at least with that film there was one good quality about that movie and that was goose the cat. Also this movie is 1 hour and 44 minutes I'm not even kidding it felt like 19 hours and 59 minutes that's how fucking bored I was while watching this piece of shit.  Also this is now my number one worst film of 2018. Also it's not just the worst movie of 2018 it is the worst movie of the 2010s. Also this movie is so awful that it makes Green Lantern 2011 look like Inception in comparison. That's how horrendous this film is. I suggest you just fucking skip this movie go  watch The Bikeriders with Tom Hardy it is way better than this fucking piece of shit because they had a bear storyline way better acting.  Also that film was actually accurate to the true story of that famous biker gang that was depicted in the film. Also I can name 9,000000 other fucking movies that are way better than this garbage. Overall fuck this movie it is one of the worst movies of all time. It is one of the worst movies I've ever seen in my life. It gets a -800,000/10. This film Gets a honorary fuck you 

So that's it for the review and to be honest I could have ended the review like that giving it a negative -800,000/10. But now I'm going to discuss the marketing and holy shit the marketing is  the most vial and one of the most disgusting ways to Market a film because the marketing essentially tell the people who are watching it don't listen to the critics who gave this film a 0% on Rotten tomatoes you should support the movie and give it a chance and this offensive me really hard because I love movies I been watching movies as a kid and I like to review films and that is accentuate my passion  I also wrote a couple of screenplays because I hope get turned into movies I hoping to become an actor in a film writer and director but with this I definitely agree with everyone that this is the most disgusting and crappy marketing you'll ever see  for a movie because this movie was going to be dead from the start. It is a big fuck you to critics that essentially what this movie is the big middle finger to people who actually like reviewing movies and watching movies. Also I review a lot of terrible movies and I actually have fun doing it it's fun to just trash on movie you hate because you know it's terrible you know the movie is fucking garbage because the trailer or the horrible acting and not to mention it's kind of fun to mention how disappointing it is to see all your favorite actors in a crappy movie. Now i'm going to mention a couple movie reviews that I actually enjoyed doing. The first one is my review on Deadfall now this one was really fun to do because I watched it and it was a terrible movie but that's what made the review so fun I enjoyed talking about how terrible Nicolas Cage was in the film because well it is a bad performance it was actually the best thing to discuss in the review because I went on for a good majority in the review just sort of praising how funny Nicolas Cage was in the film. The next review I want to briefly talk about is my review on The Devil All The Time because it was really fun to discuss the religious aspects of the film of how God can easily corrupt people. It was just really fun to discuss how awesome the performances were throughout the film. My last review I will mention is the Bikeriders now this one was a lot of fun to do because it was really interesting to discuss how biker culture was very popular back in those times and there was also really fun to discuss all the all the performances especially Tom Hardy´s performance in the film and it was just really interesting to mention how much this film surprised me because when I saw the trailer. I thought it looked interesting I didn't know if I liked it or not so I saw the movie and I was really surprised about fun it was and fun fact I re-watched the movie last night and it's still held up and you want to know why it held up so well because it was really fun to rewatch all the emotional things but also some of the more intense scenes of the film. The overall fuck the marketing and fuck this movie worst movie ever.
