Here is My Movie Review of Her

So basically what happens is that you have this guy named Theodore Twombly Who works at this tech company and he is in love with Amy but they are going through relationship problems and see the signs to dump him so without any options Theodore Twombly Look on the internet to find a girlfriend a find this girl named Samantha and he starts to fall in love with him but later on Amy that starts to fall in love with a another guy Paul and she suggest to Theodore Twombly to go on a double date with him and his girlfriend Samantha and it's up to Theodore Twombly To fix his relationship with Amy and get back together and that's basically what the story is for this film. Now the idea of a guy fall in love with a female computer voice does have a lot of potential in the The movie executes the concept extremely well because this is probably one of the most touching storylines of 2013 Because you are focusing on a guy that is suffering through a lot of depression because his girlfriend broke up with him a want to find someone that would love him and care for him. 

The acting in this movie is terrific because they all give powerful and emotional performances.  I think this movie is up there with Lisa Frankenstein as one of the best Acted romance films. 

However the absolute big standout of this entire film is walking Phoenix as Theodore Twombly. Now Theodore Twombly as a character is really interesting and sympathetic because you feel bad for him because his girlfriend Amy dumped him and wants to find someone who really care about him and loves him so when he fall in love with his AI and computer program named Samantha you actually buy their relationship   because they have have beautiful and emotional chemistry throughout the entire film. Probably the best moment with Theodore Twombly and when he first means Samantha and they start introducing themselves and not only they really powerful and emotional character moment but it makes sense because it is developing Theodore Twombly  as Character because he feels lonely he doesn't have a girls to talk to because his girlfriend Amy dumped him then he meats Samantha he instantly falls for her. It is probably the most powerful and beautiful scene of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Scarlett Johansson, Amy Adams, Chris Pratt Is remarkable. Fun fact 6 Years after the film was released Joaquin Phoenix would go into play Joker in Joker for 2019.

Scarlett Johansson voices Samantha in the film. I have to say she still does a tremendous job as the character. Now Samantha has a character that is really interesting because you could tell that she really cares for Theodore Twombly and wants to stay With him and make him happy. Probably the best moment with Samantha is when she tells  Theodore Twombly That she wished that she could be an actual human and she actually breaks down crying and not only is it a really powerful scene but it makes sense because she wishes that she can be a human just like Theodore Twombly. It is probably the saddest moment of the entire film. The chemistry between her and Joaquin Phoenix Is brilliant. 

Amy Adams plays Amy In the film. Now even though she doesn't play a big role in this movie she still does a spectacular job as the character. Now Amy as a character is really entertained because she's kind of mad as Theodore Twombly because she is in love with Samantha and she suggests in order to fix it he has to go on double date with her and Paul in order to fix the relationship. Probably the best moment with Amy Is where she finds out that Theodore Twombly is in love with somebody else and she is devastated because She really likes him. She finds out that He fell in love with another girl. Not only is it a really strong and emotional moment but it makes sense because Amy thought that Theodore Twombly was in love with her but she finds out that he already found somebody else so you can understand why she starts to date Paul because of that. It is probably the saddest moment of the entire film. The chemistry between her and Joaquin Phoenix Is wonderful. 

Chris Pratt plays Paul in the film. Now even though he doesn't have a lot to do compared to Amy Adams. He still does an excellent job as the character. Now Paul as a character is really interesting because he just wants to help Theodore Twombly fix his relationship with Amy but he also tries to cheer him up and make him happy. Probably the best moment with Paul is when he tells Theodore Twombly that he has found someone who is in love with. Not only is it really powerful but it makes sense because Amy dumped Theodore Twombly Then she started to date Paul because he had feelings towards her. It is The most Important moment of the film because Paul found someone that he loved that was Amy because Theodore Twombly messed up his relationship with her. The chemistry between Him and Joaquin Phoenix Is magnificent. Fun fact a year after the film was released Chris Pratt would eventually going to play Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy.

The directing by Spike Jones is Brilliant because what I like about his directing is that he does a fantastic job of tackling the subject of what it's like to try to find love because some people get dumped by their girlfriends and try to move on and find somebody else to fall in love with. I also like how he develops the character of Theodore Twombly because you really feel sorry for him because he is going through a lot of relationship problems and wants to fix it and he really wants to find love and the way he did that is he fell in love with Samantha. I think it is really terrific of how he did that. 

So in conclusion I still really enjoyed this film because the storyline revolved around Theodore Twombly Trying to fix his relationship but also trying to find love with Samantha and I think that is the strongest aspect of the entire film. But I think my favorite thing about this movie is the dynamic between Joaquin Phoenix and Scarlett Johansson because they play off each other perfectly in the film and have such beautiful chemistry with one another. This is probably up there with The Kings of Summer as one of my favorite movies of 2013. Also this movie is way better than Jexi from 2019 because that film had a bunch of dirty jokes and the phone Jexi was really unlikable And not entertaining. Well Samantha in this film is like able and this film had a way better storyline and the characters are actually memorable. This is easily in my top 10 favorite films of 2013. This movie is also up there with 1917 from 2019 as one of my favorite films of the 2010s. I highly recommend you watch this film especially if you like Tramps with Callum Turner. Then I'm sure you're going to like this one. I give him this movie a 10/10.
