Here is My Movie Review of Saltburn

So basically what happenes is that you have this guy named Oliver Quick who attends this university Of Oxford What the more popular students where he meets this guy named Felix Catton and he feels sorry for Oliver Quick after he tells him  the stories about him having substance appears and how affects his mental health  So Felix Catton Decides to invite him to spend the summer at his family's country house Call Saltburn and Oliver Quick agrees. So add the result he becomes popular and Felix Cutton gets jealous and tell him that he doesn't belong there so Oliver Quick decides to kill whole family so he can have the university all to himself and it's up to Oliver Quick to kill all of the people who live at the University and have it all to himself and that is basically what the story is for the film.  

The acting in this movie is Fantastic I still think everyone is doing a terrific job as their characters. Also I can tell everyone is having fun in this movie.

However the absolute big standout of this entire movie is Barry Keoghan as Oliver Quick. Now the character of Oliver Quick is very interesting because well he had the main character were following he is also the main villain and what makes him such a terrific villain in that you can understand where he's coming from  Oliver Quick loves the University so much he doesn't want anyone else to have it so he decides to kill everybody to have it all to himself and he actually succeeds he killed off every single person who is there so he can have it all to himself. Probably the best moment with Oliver Quick is being friends Felix Catton. Not only is it really emotional but it makes sense because they start out as friends but as the film goes on they start to immediately hate each other and it sets up their rivalry very well. It's probably the most powerful moment in the film. Fun fact 2 years before this movie came out Barry Keoghan played Druig In 2021's Eternals. The chemistry between him and Jacob Elordi, Richard E Grant, and Rosamund Pike Is excellent. 

Jacob Elordi Plays Felix Catton In the film. I have to say he still does a spectacular job as this character. What makes Felix Catton such a wonderful character is that He really wants to make Oliver Quick´s time at the University really fun but as the film goes on he starts to hate them because he is causing so much problems and he wants him to leave the university. Probably the best of moment with Felix Catton Is where he Tells all the quick that he doesn't belong at the university and wants him to leave and not only is it really intense but it makes sense because he is jealous that Oliver Quick is getting all the attention and not him and he has causing a lot of problems and it's probably the Strongest moment of the entire film. The chemistry between him and Barry Keoghan Is terrific. 

Richard E Grant plays Sir James Catton In the film. I have to think he still does a fantastic job as the character.What makes Sir James Catton Such a incredible character is that he really wants to make Oliver Quick´s time at the University very fun. Probably the best moment with Sir James Catton Is where he first meets Oliver Quick and he mentions that he reads a lot of books and not only is it really Interesting but it makes sense because Oliver Quick really likes to read. It is probably the most powerful scene of the entire film. Fun fact 18 years before this movie came out Richard E Grant voiced the villain Lord Barkis in the film Corpse Bride 2005. The chemistry between him and Barry Keoghan Is remarkable. 

Rosamund Pike plays Felix Catton´s mother Elspeth Catton In the film. I have to say she still does a marvelous job as the character. What makes Elspeth Catton  Such a astounding character that you can tell that she really cares for Oliver Quick and wants him to have the time of his life at the University. Probably the best moment with Elspeth Catton  Is where she is at the dinner with the rest of the stents and mentions that she will like to have over quick stay at the University and not only is it really powerful but it makes sense because it foreshadows the ending of the film what he killed everyone and he has the university all to himself. It is probably the most important scene of the entire film. The chemistry between her and Barry Keoghan Is marvelous. 

The directing by Emerald Fennell Is brilliant because what I like about her directing that she does a outstanding job of the social commentary of the upper class system at University because in real life if you're upper class you're very popular in the school year very rich and you get a lot of attention but I also like how she discussed that it can go to someone's head and that is exactly what happens to Oliver Quick he gets all self-absorbed he loves this the school and he wants it all to himself he doesn't want anyone else to have it. I think it is really incredible of how she did that. 

So in conclusion I still really enjoy this film because it does a great job of discussing the social commentary of what it's like to be rich and being upper class in a university. I still think this is up there with Renfield as one of my favorite films of 2023. I still think this is in my top 10  favorite films of 2023. I also still think that Oliver Quick is up there with The High Evolutionary from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 as one of the best villains of 2023. Also I still think Oliver Quick is up there with Ikaris from Eternals as one of the best villains of the 2020s. Also if you like the movie The Black Phone with Ethan Hawke. Then I'm sure you're going to like this one. I give this movie a 10/10.
