Here is My Movie Review of Punisher War Zone

     Here is my  movie review of  Punisher war zone.

    The story is about Frank Castle / the Punisher trying to take down  Billy Russo and that's basically what the story  is for this  movie. This has got to be one of the most underrated superhero movies I have ever seen. The story was great.  

Now a lot of people say the acting is very bad but to be perfectly Honest I 100% disagree with that statement to be the worst superhero movie that has really bad acting is suicide Squad because Most of the actors were just not giving good performances. The only two actors that gave decent to good performances were Violet Davis and Margot Robbie Because they felt they were the most into. But this film have a lot of great performances and I feel like most of the actors in this film gave more of an effort than the actors in Suicide Squad.

    

Ray Stevenson plays Frank Castle/The Punisher in the film. I have to say he still does a fantastic job as the character. What makes Frank Castle/The Punisher such an awesome character is that he really wants to protect this family from Billy Russo/Jigsaw and take down Billy Russo/Jigsaw once and for all. Probably the best moment with Frank Castle / the Punisher Is during the final confrontation of the film Billy Russo / Jigsaw and fights him and kill him by stabbing him and throwing him into a fire and not only was it really intense but it made sense because he wants to take down his arch nemesis Billy Russo / Jigsaw. It does for the most powerful moment of the film. No is this my favorite actor who has played Frank Castle / the Punisher Well he's my second favorite My favorite actor who has played Frank Castle / the Punisher in John Bernthal from Netflix´s Daredevil.

    Doug Hitchison plays Loony Bin Jim In the film. I have to say he still does a spectacular job as the character. What makes Loony Bin Jim Such a great secondary villain that actually wants to help his brother Billy Russell / jigsaw to get revenge on Frank Castle/The Punisher and kill him. Probably the best moment with Loony Bin Jim Is where he kills this one guy in the hospital who ate his applesauce in front of him and not only it was really disturbing but it made sense because he couldn't eat his applesauce because he was tied to the bed and once he got out he just mauled him and ate him It is probably the most shocking moment in the entire film. The chemistry between him and Ray Stevenson is excellent.

  However the absolute standout of the entire film is  Dominic West as Billy Russo/Jigsaw. What makes Billy Russo / Jigsaw such a terrific villain is that he his really understandable villain motivation because he basically wants to get revenge on Frank Castle / the Punisher for Throwing him into a glass shredding machine. Probably the best moment with Billy Russo/Jigsaw Is where he get his face repaired by the doctor and then killed him and not only was it really dark but it made sense because that was his breaking point and that made him go crazy and wanted revenge on Frank Castle/The Punisher and kill him. The rivalry between the ham and Frank Castle is tremendous. The chemistry between him and Ray Stevenson is outstanding. Fun fact actor Michael Keaton was considered to play Jigsaw.

  

     The directing  by Lexi Alexander It's really interesting because why I like about her directing is that she got the rivalry between the Punisher and jigsaw really accurately to the comics and she also got jigsaw origin story correct because in the comics the exact same thing happened they fall into a glass frame machine which cuts of parts of a faith and he gets some skin to be surgically put on and then he rename themselves Jigsaw. I think it is really astonishing of how she did that.

So in conclusion i don't think this movie is as bad as a lot of people say it is there are far worst comic book films like batman and Robin from 1997 and fantastic Four 2015 those two films are way more unwatchable than this. I still think the storyline in this film is really interesting having Frank Castle/The Punisher going Up august Arch Nemesis Bill and Russo / Jigsaw. I still think Jigsaw is up there with Iarkis from eternals at one of the most underrated movie villains. I still think this movie is up there with the eternals as one of the most over-hated superhero movies. I still think more people should give this movie any chance before calling it one of the worst superhero movies ever made. I give this movie a 10/10.
