Here is My Movie Review of There Will Be Blood

Here is My Movie Review of There Will Be Blood

Now when it comes to this movie a lot of people say this is what the best movies of all time and one of the best movies of 2007 and I can definitely agree with that because this one is My second favorite film of 2007 my favorite film of 2007 is still No Country For Old Men that one is still the best film of that year. But this film is Surprisingly really realistic and turned off its tone and themes surrounding the characters.

Now the storyline is incredible because we focus on this guy named Daniel Planview Who is this evil oil tycoon who wants to search for oil and little Boston and to do that he finds this kid named H.W. And together they meet these two twin brothers named Paul and Eli Sunny and they strike a deal saying we can get you as much money as you can if you help us find more oil and everything starts to go well Until Daniel Plainview’s son goes deaf due to The building that is holding the oil explodes and he starts to resent his father because it turned out that he was just using him to steal more oil and get more money so it's up to Daniel Plainview to try to find more oil and try to get Eli Sonny to give him hundreds of dollars So he can draw the one final place that has oil then he'll be rich. That is basically what the story is for this film. I have to say the storyline is not only perfect but it's also a super realistic because it really there are people who are oil tycoons who enjoy destroying land to find oil so they can make a profit and make ton the money and it's pre-disturbing and messed up and the film executes that evil and very Sinister agenda that oil tycoons actually have in real life.

Now as much as I like the story the best thing about this movie is hands down the performance and this is probably up there with No Country For Old Men as one of the best acted films of 2007. Also you can tell that all the actors are having a lot of fun as these characters.

But of course we have to talk about the big star of the film Daniel Day-Lewis who plays our main villain of the film Daniel Plainview. This has got to be one of the scariest and one of the most mesmerizing performances that Day-Lewis has ever given you going to tell he's just relishing in the fact that he's playing This vile and disgusting asshole of a character that even though he is just acting you can kind of believe that Daniel Day Lewis would be this horrible and disgusting person because of how scary is with his performance. That's how realistic his performance is in the film. Now the character of Daniel Plainview is without doubt the most vile and one of the most disgusting characters in the entire film because this guy's just a straight up asshole he doesn't care about anybody he manipulates  H.W. Plainview is to help him destroy little Boston so they can steal oil and make a lot more money and become rich and he doesn't care who lives or dies as long as he gets a lot of money and destroys the land by taking all the oil from it. Not to mention he uses H.W. to make himself look like a family man because it turned out that H.W Plainview is not Daniel Plainview’s son he was actually somebody else's kid but the mother died of childbirth so Daniel playing the new kidnapped the child and raised them to be his own son to appear more normal to hide the fact that he is evil. Also there are moments where Daniel Plainview would raise his voice and when he does it is downright scary because you never know what he's going to do one minute he can act very calm and the next minute he would scream at the top of his lungs and threaten to kill someone if they didn't listen to him. The scenes with Daniel Plainview are probably some of the most dark and some of them must messed up moments of the entire film such as the scene where he Tells Paul that h.w is his actual son and he's trying to make a deal with him so they can find more places to steal oil from so they can become rich. Also The scene where Daniel Plainview brutally beats Eli Sonny with a bowling pin and cracks his head open is really messed up because he got mad because Eli refused to help him find the last spot that has oil to become rich. It does lead to some really dark and really some messed up moments in the film.  Also much like Anton Chauger  from No Country for Old Men Daniel Plainview also wins at the end of the film he succeeds in destroying Little Boston. The chemistry between him and Paul Dano, Dillon Freasier, and  Ciaran Hinds is perfect.

Now let's talk about Paul Dano. Now look, he is a tremendous actor. He has given some awesome and really amazing  performances in films like The Batman, Swiss Army Man, Okja. Even his small role in Prisoners was really good in that film. Now in this film Paul Dano also gives a magnificent performance because he's playing a dual role. He plays two twin brothers named Paul and Eli Sunny and he does a tremendous job as both of these characters. Now these two characters are very different now Paul does not play a big role in the film but he is still a piece of shit he agrees to help Daniel Plainview and his son H.W Plainview find oil on the land and steal it so they can become rich. The scenes With Paul are really interesting and really entertaining like when he meets Daniel and his son H.W. and they strike a deal and they agree to help each other find the oil or him trying to find oil from for Daniel and his son it does lean to some really dark and really creepy moments throughout the film. Now his twin brother Eli Sunny is completely different to be honest this is the only character that you can actually feel somewhat bad for because I said someone because he's still a piece of shit he's still bad Because he agrees to help Daniel Plainview and his son find oil and get rich. But you feel bad for him because Daniel Plainview treating him like shit yelling at him threatening him if he doesn't help him and his son find the oil and also  beats the shit out of him if he does do what he has told. The scenes with Eli Sunny are probably some of the most disturbing and some of the most brutal moments in the film whether it's him trying to tell Daniel Plainview that he can't get the last piece of land for oil or him begging Daniel Plainview to stop hitting him with the bowling pin and even the scene of him Trying to get the devil out of Daniel Plainview because he believes that he is possessed by the devil and believe that he can make Daniel Plainview good and it does lead to some really scary and horrifying moments throughout the film. The chemistry between him and Daniel Day-Lewis is tremendous.

Dillon Freasier plays Daniel Plainview’s son young H.W. Plainview In the film and here's the interesting thing this is the only movie he had ever acted in and for this being his only movie his performance is still terrific you can tell that he is having a lot of fun as the character.  Now the character of Young H.W. Plainview Is interesting because even though he's nowhere near as evil as his dad he is still a bad because he follows his dad ordered he want to be rich just like him and together they tried to bribe people to help them steal the oil from Little Boston and get a lot of money so they could become rich and powerful. The scenes with young H.W. Plainview is incredible whether it's him meeting Paul for the first time in him and his dad telling him to help them find oil to make more money or or him meaning Mary Sunday for the first time it does lead to some really nail biting and really suspenseful moments in the film. The chemistry between him and Daniel Day-Lewis is extraordinary.

Now Ciaran Hinds doesn't play a huge role in this film but for what he does have. He does a terrific job as  Fletcher Hamilton. Now the character of Fletcher Hamilton is essentially Daniel Plainview’s helper who helps him search for oil so they can steal it and get more money and become rich. The scenes with Fletcher Hamilton are really entertaining whether it's him telling Daniel Planeview the locations of where to find oil or him telling H.W. PlaneView  that he does have a family and it does lead to some really powerful and suspenseful moments in the film. The chemistry between him and Daniel Day-Lewis is incredible.

However the best thing about this movie is the directing by Paul Thomas Anderson because why I love about his directing that he does a terrific job of I'm showing the dark time of 1898 where evil oil Tycoons to destroy land and drill for oil for money and what's really scary is that there are real oil Tycoons out there still that do that evil thing where they go to someone's land and drill it from oil so they can get rich And I think he did a glorious job of showing how vile and disgusting those types of people are because they don't care about life they don't care about getting rich and destroying the environment. I also like how he shows the evil and the downright Despicable nature of Danielle Plainview because this This guy is a monster he's just a full on asshole who doesn't care about anything except getting rich and unlike villains Dreyfus from Dawn of Plant of the Apes. Killmonger from Black Panther. Daniel Plainview and the guy that you're supposed to despise and not feel sorry for and I think he did a glorious job of making you hate him because again he is accurate to real life oil tycoons that still exist today. I also like The cinematography that he used because it looks really dark and just matches the 1800s aesthetic of the oil erupting from the ground and people's lands being destroyed. So I think he did a glorious job with the cinematography. So overall I think he did a terrific job directing this film.

So in conclusion I still really love this movie because of the storyline of having it revolve around this evil oil tycoon named Daniel Plainview Who manipulates H.W Plainview by pretending to be his father to pretend to be a family man. so they can destroy little Boston and steal the oil and become really rich manipulating other people into helping them find more oil and destroying the land. To be honest it's probably the most realistic story in a film because in real life there are evil oil tycoons that drill for oil so they can steal it and become rich and destroy the land. I also love how the film tackle the subject of evil and corrupt oil tycoons are how they don't care about anyone but themselves and how much money they can make by stealing a bunch of oil in one land So they can become rich and I love how the film takes it really seriously because It is a very hard subject to talk about because there are people who have gone through Having their land destroyed by oil tycoons I love how this film takes it really seriously. The performances are amazing especially from Daniel Day Lewis as Daniel Plainview who probably gives one the scariest performances of the entire film because one minute he'll be really calm but the next make  would raise his voice. Also I still think this performance is up there with Javier Bardem’s performance in no country for all men at one of my favorite villain performances of 2007.Also Paul Dano gives a really awesome and terrific performance as the twin brothers Paul and Eli Sunny. Also I love this and photography and the music actually makes this look like a horror movie, Also I like haunting and creepy music throughout the film. I still think this movie is up there with no country for all men with Javier Bardem as one of my favorite films of 2007. I highly recommend you watch this film especially if you like dark and nail biting films like Killers of The Flower Moon with Robert De Niro. Then I'm sure you're going to like this one. I give this movie a 10/10.

Here is My Movie Review of Pray

Here is My Movie Review of Pray

Now when it comes to this film a lot of people really like this film people say the best predator movie and to be honest I agree with them this is probably my favorite predator movie out of the one that I've seen because I enjoy predator killer of killers and I like the first film but this one is some ways better than that first film because this one probably has the best storyline out of all of them.

Now the storyline in the film is actually really interesting because it focus is on this Native American woman named Naru Who is part of her tribe known as Comanche and they are a bunch of tough warriors who hunt to survive and Naru wants to be like them but Chief Kehetu tell her that she's not ready  and she has to train more. But then she finds out  they are being hunted by this mysterious creature that has come to Earth known as a predator which is this advanced creature that uses its gadgets to hunt It´s pray and kill them so Naru have to do everything and are power to take down The Predator and protect her tribe and that's basically what the story is for this film. I have to say the storyline this movie is really interesting because what I like about that rather than focusing on an existing character from The Predator films we're focusing on a brand new group of characters and the film executes its storyline really well and this is probably up there with the storyline in Black Panther Wakanda Forever one of the best story lines of 2022.

Now well the storyline is incredible The best thing about this movie are the performance is because of all the pride or movies and this one has the best acting out of all of them because what I like about the performances this all the actors give really powerful and captivating performances and you can tell that all of them are having a lot of fun.

However the absolute big standout of the entire film is Amber Midthunder who plays Naru in the film and she probably gives one of the most beautiful and emotional performances In the film.  Now out of all the characters Naru It's probably my favorite character in the film because she go through it really powerful and emotional character arc because she really wants to become a hunter like her family and she wants to prove that she can be a brilliant Hunter even though her family said that she is not ready to take on a vicious creature like the printer because they fear that she might get hurt or killed by that thing so as the film go on she starts to learn how to be a really skilled Hunter and learned to protect the people that she cares about that being her tribe and take down the Predator. The scenes with Naru are probably some of the best moments in this film whether it's her hunting with her family or her seeing the Predator for the first time and did that seen alone of her fighting the planet for the first time it led to some really horrifying and some really suspenseful and nail biting moments throughout the film. The chemistry between her and Dakota Beavers, Dane DiLiegro, Michelle Thrush, Julian Black Antelope are still terrific.

Dakota Beavers plays Naru´s brother Taabe in the film and his performance is incredible. He gives probably one of the most captivating  and the most terrific performances as this character. Now the character of Taabe is a really interesting character because you can tell he really cares about his sister Naru and their tribe and wants to teach her how to be a perfect hunter and help his tribe take down the Predator. The scenes with Taabe Are probably some of the most emotional and entertaining moments throughout the film whether it's him bonding with his family or him teaching his sister Naru to hunt by telling her how to use a bow and arrow. It does lead to some really powerful and emotional moments in the film. The chemistry between him and Amber Midthunder is terrific.

Julian Black Antelope plays the leader of Naru’s tribe Chief Kehetu In the film and he probably gives one of the most powerful and entertaining performances  as the character. Now the character of Chief Kehetu Is really incredible because you can tell that he's very protective over the tribe especially Naru because he doesn't want her to hunt The Predator because he's worried that if she does see my accidentally get him in the rest of the family in danger so you can call him understand why he is hard on her because he doesn't want her to die or get the whole tribe killed. But at the same time you do see that he really cares about her because he doesn't want her to get hurt. The scenes with Chief Kehetu are really emotional and really incredible whether it is him hunting with his family or him seeing The Predator for the first time it does lead to some really captivating and nail biting moments in the film. The chemistry between him and Amber Midthunder is exquisite.

Michelle Thrush plays Naru’s Mother Aruka In the film and her performance is probably the most emotional performance in the film because you can tell if you put so much heart and emotion to this character. Now the character of Aruka is probably the most emotional character because you can tell that she really cares about her family and she wants to protect her tribe at all cost and made sure none of them got hurt or killed by the Predator. The scenes with Aruka I'll probably throw the most beautiful moments in the film whether it is her asking Naru why she doesn't want to hunt with the rest of her family or her spending time with her family. It does lead to some really beautiful and some really fun moments throughout the film. The chemistry in between her and Amber Midthunder is terrific.

Dane DiLiegro plays the Predator in the film and his performance is probably one of the scariest and creepy performances of the entire film and you can just tell that he is having a lot of fun as this evil alien monster that enjoys killing people and other animals. Now the Predator It's really interesting because unlike the other variations of it in the other films. This one is really young and he is learning how to hunt and kill his prey. But he is still really intimidating the way he turns invisible And camouflages himself and just kills any animal or anyone he sees is really incredible. The scenes with the Predator are probably some of the scariest and one some of my favorite moments in the film especially where he revealed himself to Naru It is probably one of the most creepiest moments of the entire film is especially that scene of The Predator swattering Narrows whole family it doesn't lead to some really late suspenseful and some really horrifying moments in the film. The chemistry between him and Amber Midthunder is terrific.

However the best thing about this movie is the directing by Dan Trachtenberg because he is a really amazing director. I loved his directing in 10 Cloverfield Lane from 2016. I also loved his directing in Predator Killer of Killers. This is probably his best directed film because why I love about his directing he does a terrific job of developing the character of Naru Because at the start of the film he want to become a hunter but her family won't lie because they don't want her to get killed by the Predator but I had the film goes on he starts to learn how to be a skilled hunter and protect her family and by the end of the film she successfully kills her very first predator. I also like how he develops the Predator because unlike the other Predators in the franchise this one is really young so he is still learning how to hunt and kill his prey Because he does have weapons but they are not super advanced ones like the other brothers have in the other films so he kind of starts out  rookie predator because he is trying to learn the rugs into becoming a professional killer. So I thought that it was really interesting how he developed both Naru and The Predator. So overall I think you did a terrific job directing this film.

So in conclusion i still think this is probably the best Predator film because it has the best storyline having it revolved around Naru learning how to be a brilliant hunter and to protect her tribe from the Predator because at first she doesn't know how to hunt but as the film goes on it starts to learn how to be a hunter and learn how to survive against the Predator. Also the performances are really amazing. This is probably the best acted film in the pride of the franchise and Amber Midthunder stole the entire show as Naru because you can tell that she was having a lot of fun as this character. I also think that the action sequences are really amazing especially that file battle against the Predator were terrific Especially when Naru takes her bow and arrow and shoots the Predator multiple times and kills him. I also think the Predator is up there with Gorr The God Butcher from Thor love and Thunder and one of the best villains of 2022. I still think that this is in my top 5 favorite movies of 2022. I highly recommend you watch this film especially if you enjoy really suspenseful and Incredible films like Nope with Steven Yeun. Then I'm sure you're going to like this one. I give this film a 10/10.

Here is My Movie Review of Indiana Jones and The Temple of Doom

Here is My Movie Review of Indiana Jones and The Temple of Doom

Now when it comes to the Indiana Jones movie is I really enjoyed them but this one was always my favorite ever since I was a kid this was the one that I watched the most out of all of them mainly because it has an interesting storyline and the characters that were really amazing and I always found this the funniest one out of the Indiana Jones films because even though this film isn't a comedy there were jokes that made me laugh mainly due to one pacific character. So I went to see this movie theater for the very first time and I have to say it still holds up after all these years. It is still an amazing film.

The story of this film is easily my favorite of the Indiana Jones films because it focuses around Indiana Jones teaming up with this nightclub singer named Willie Scott and his friend Short Round they fly out of Shanghai but unfortunately the pilots abandoned the plane and Jump out the plane and land in India and they find out that the children have gone missing because they were enslaved by The Thuggee Cult led by Mola Ram who Wants to harness the power Shankara Stones  So the cult can grow stronger in power. So what's up to Indiana Jones Willie Scott and Short Round to take down the Thuggee cult and free the children and bring the stones back to the village. That is basically what the story is for this film. Now as I said before this one still had the best story out of the Indiana Jones films. It's actually the storyline that I remember the most out of all of them because I said before this is the one I watch the most out of all the films.

The performances in this film are tremendous. I think out of all the Indiana Jones movies, this one had the best acting out of all of them and because I can tell that everyone was having a lot of fun in this film. It also marks the acting debut of one certain actor who starred in this film and went on to win an Oscar.

Now let's talk about Harrison Ford. Obviously he is a tremendous actor. He has given some really awesome and tremendous performances, whether it is this movie Blade Runner, Indiana Jones Raiders of The Lost Ark, and even Captain America Brave New World. To be honest I think in this film Harrison Ford probably gives his best performance and Indiana Jones you could tell he is still enjoying playing the character. Also you can tell he's having a lot of fun in the film. Now Indiana Jones as a character has not changed he's still the reluctant hero and in this film he only agrees to go to The temple under the palace to find the Shankara Stones  for fortune and glory but when he sees the children getting tortured by the cult he has a change of heart in the side to help them escape and take down Mola Ram. Now there are so many awesome moments with Indiana Jones. Some of my favorite moments include the scene where him, Willie and Short Round are in the mine cart getting chased by Thuggees trying to avoid being killed. Or the scene where Willie does not want to touch any of the bugs and she said there are two dead people right here in Indiana Jones said well there are going to be  two dead people in here if you don't do something. Or the opening moment of the film where Indiana Jones and Willie are trying to avoid getting shot at by Lao Che. It does lead to some really intense and some iconic moments in the film. The chemistry between him and Kate Capshaw, Ke Huy Quan, Amrich Puri is still terrific.

Now let's talk about the most controversial performance in the film that being Kate Capshaw as Willie Scott because a lot of people say that she ruins the film but to be completely honest I never really hated her in this film i always thought she was really fun and entertaining as the character and I'll say this she's not as bad as Jared Leto in Suicide Squad because I think that actor is a lot worse than Kate Capshaw because he can't really act that well. Now the character of Willie Scott that is another thing people say that is the worst thing about this movie they say she's annoying she is not funny but to be completely like I never really hated this character to be honest she reminds me of Katy from Shang Chi because both of them get scared and they freak out about weird stuff that happens. But at the same time she does want to have Indiana Jones and Short Round take down  Mola Ram and the Thuggee Cult and free the children and bring the Shankara  Stones back to the village. The scenes with Willie Scott are really funny especially when they are in the water and she says I hate getting . I hate water and I especially hate you. Then Indiana Jones says that's good and what makes it so funny is that at first Indiana Jones can't stand and he finds her annoying but as the film goes on he does start to like her. Or her begging Indiana Jones not to kill her because he is under Mola Ram ´ s control and it does lead to some really dark and some really funny moments throughout the film. Also the romance between Willie Scott and Indiana Jones I don't think is that bad to be honest it is actually really entertaining to watch. The chemistry between her and Harrison Ford is perfect.

However the actor that steals the entire show is Ke Huy Quan who plays Indiana Jones´s sidekick and best friend Short Round and for this being his first movie he has ever done he still does a magnificent job as the character in fact he is my favorite performance in this entire film. You could tell that he and Harrison Ford were having a lot of fun making the film. Now prior to this film he had no acting experience but then he got the part and everybody really liked his performance. Now Short Round as a character was always my favorite character in the film because he is actually the emotional court because even though Short Round cracks jokes in the film. But he's not afraid to be fighting back to protect his friends and save people because he wants to help Indiana Jones free the enslaved children from Mola Ram. Now there are so many moments with Short Round that I always enjoyed especially his introduction scene when he says wow holy smoke crash landing. Also Willie's reaction to Short Round driving is also really funny. Also the scene where he and Indiana Jones are playing cards and he says you cheat Dr Jones and the two are arguing it's one of the funny moments in the film. Now on top of being really funny there are some really powerful and intense moments with Short Round like the scene where he tells Indy not to drink the blood of Kali and you can see the horrifying look on his face when Indiana Jones is under Mola Ram´s control. Also the scene when he wakes Indiana Jones up from the black sleep by burning him begs him not to kill him and then Indiana Jones saves him from getting his throat slit by one of the thuggees and then they save Willie and he and Indiana Jones hug it's one of the most beautiful and one of the most emotional moment in the film because Short Round really cared about Indiana Jones he is his best friend and he was sort of like a dad because Short Round´s real family died in the Japanese bombing so even though he is happy Short Round does have a tragic past similar to Shang Chi in the MCU. Also all the moments do lead to some really awesome and really Iconic moments in the film. Also I find it interesting that Short Round's very first MCU villain he ever met was The Red Hulk. So you could say Short Round´s very first best friend was The Red Hulk. Then he interacted with Thanos in The Goonies. Then he interacted with Kang and Loki in Loki season 2. To be honest, out of all of Short Round's Interactions with the MCU villains I think his friendship with The Red Hulk is the best one because it's both funny but also very emotional. The chemistry between him and Harrison Ford is tremendous because it actually feels real. Also you kind of buy both him and  Ke Huy Quan as father and son and fun fact Harrison Ford  taught him to swim when they were filming this movie.

Now let's talk about Amrich Puri who plays the main villain in the film Mola Ram and his performance is still really haunting and really incredible. You can tell that he was having a lot of fun as this character. Now Mola Ram is very interesting because this is the character that you don't see until the last half of the film but he makes his presence known by sacrificing someone dropping them into the lava and then pulling them out and ripping their heart out of their chest and killing them and years later it is still one of the most scariest  villain introduction scenes a long time because you can tell that he is so determined to get these stones to grow more  powerful and that's why he enslaved all these children to work in the mind so they can find the rest of the stones. Not to mention that Mola Ram could care less about his henchmen as shown in the final battle on the bridge because he literally just lets all his henchmen die and fall in the river and get eaten by crocodiles and he grabs one of his Thuggee and dropped him off the bridge and let him die. So that shows how sadistic and just pure evil he is as a villain. The scenes with Mola Ram are probably the most intense moments of the film whether it's the heart removal scene or the scene where you print Indiana Jones under his control or the scene where he tries to rip his heart out and on the bridge and tries to kill him. It does lead to some really intense and really iconic moments in the film. The chemistry between him and Harrison Ford is brilliant.

Now let's talk about Steven Spielberg who directed this film. Now apparently he hated this movie. He said that it is his least favorite movie he has made and there is a good reason why he doesn't like it because he said it was too dark and too horrifying. So that's why he made Indiana Jones in the last Crusade a lot more light-hearted due to the backlash this film got from people who found it way too dark. But to be honest I never had a problem with his directing with the film I think he did a glorious job of developing all the characters like the relationship between Indiana and Jones and Short Round was the strongest thing in this film I also like how He doesn't hold back with the dark moments especially that whole scene involving people getting their hearts ripped out And game brutally burned to death. Or the iconic dinner theme where they eat all that growth stuff which includes snakes and monkey brains and eyeball soup. So overall I think he does a terrific job with the directing.

So in conclusion this is still my favorite Indiana Jones movie because it has the best storyline and has some of the best characters Interactions out of all the Indiana Jones films. Also all the performances are perfect. Harrison Ford still does a tremendous job as Indiana Jones. Kate Capshaw is still really fun and entertaining as Willie Scott. But my favorite performance in this film is Ke Huy Quan  as Short Round because I can tell he was having a lot of fun as this character. Also I think out of all the characters in this film Short Round is my favorite he's funny he's tragic he's really brave and he kind of reminds me of Shang-Chi because both of them have tragic origins they both lost their family because Shang Chi lost his mother at a young age and Short Round lost his mother and father when he was very young. Also there are a lot of memorable moments with Short Round like his introduction scene, the scene where he and Indiana Jones are arguing while playing cards and the scene of him waking Indiana Jones out of the black sleep was a really powerful and intense moment in the film. Now the scene where Short Round hugs in Indiana Jones and he's happy that he's back to normal is probably one of the most beautiful and one of the most emotional moments of the film. Also the action scenes are really amazing especially that scene where Indiana Jones is fighting the Thuggee guard and Short Round runs up to him and tries to hit him with the stick and then the guard picks him up and throws him to the ground. Also the final battle on the bridge is probably the best climax of all the Indiana Jones films. Not to mention I like watching this film at home. But it was really fun to watch it in theaters for the very first time. It was really amazing to see the Mine cart Chase on the big screen. It felt like I was really in the movie. That's how awesome it looks on the big screen. Now I'm going to say this even though this might sound weird but I think this is one of the best films of this year so far because even though this movie came out in 1984. If you haven't seen an old movie in theaters and you watch it for the first time technically it does count as a new movie. Also the jokes in this movie are really funny. But the emotional stuff is the strongest part of the film. The dynamic between Indiana Jones and Short Round is the best thing about this movie. I highly recommend you watch the film especially if you have not seen it. If you have not seen it you are missing out on a lot of fun. Also this movie is in my top five favorite movies of all time. That's how amazing a film is. I give this movie a 10/10.
